Location is excellent! The hotel is basically close to a number of famous tourist attractions and metro stations (within 8-15 min walking distance). The Nankai Electric Railway express train 南海電鉄 has direct service from Kansai International Airport to Namba. Walking distance from the East Exit of Namba station to the hotel is only a 7-min walk. There are tons of restaurants in the vicinity too. The room is spacious when compared with other availabilities in the neighbourhood. We like the water dispenser on each floor which is very environmental friendly, replacing bottle water. Everything is spotlessly clean. Reception/concierge staff and room attendant are friendly. We did not tried their breakfast so cannot comment. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to stay in Namba.

Big room, super comfortable bed and sheets. It’s about 10 minutes walk from bus station.

We love the space at Citadines it’s really spacious and worth it, most hotel is smaller but I’m glad we booked this

The location was near to two train stations and it was easy to get around. The room that we booked was also spacious.

Very clean and tidy but housekeeping forgot to refill the amenities on some days, not sure if it was a miss or intentional but overall it was a good stay. I love how this room has a kitchen so you can reheat or cook there. Would definitely recommend this place to families!

Very perfect location for stroll at market, shopping at luxury Takashimaya, not far from Namba station. Perfect for family and Business travellers.

Booked this after friends recommendation to stay in Namba for ease of commuting in Osaka, approx 500m to Namba station so some distance but is one of the best Citadines properties. Its a fantastic built, great room for functionality and space, do recommend if one does not mind the distance to Dotonbori & Namba station.

Stayed at a few of Citadines properties in Japan. I would say this is considered as one of the best in terms of location and amenities. The premise is a few minutes walk to Nankai Namba station. Attractions wise, very very near to Kuromon market, walking distance to Takashimaya and 15 minutes walk to Dontobori Glico sign. The staff like Yoshie-san she's very nice and explain what's there in the vicinity nearby. There's a residents lounge where you can enjoy your meals there with free coffee 24 hours.

By far one of the best place we have stayed in. We stayed here twice during our trip in Japan as we stayed a night in Kyoto in between. Checking in and out on both occasions were easy and smooth. They also allowed us to keep our luggages there while we visited Kyoto. Location is about a 10 min walk to Namba train station and there's a Lawson nearby. The biggest highlight were the rooms as they were surprisingly spacious for accommodation in Japan. Also, a shoutout to Shiro-san at front desk. He was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Osaka.

A very comfortable stay and located right at the heart of Namba where it's walking distance to Dotonburi, Shinsaibashi and Shinsekai! Rooms are much bigger than most Japan hotel rooms too! Love that it has also a small kitchenette and we can cook our own breakfast everyday!
