Hotel in zona Ko Poda Beach, Krabi

Bella camera, hotel pulito, drink di benvenuto, vista decente, non vicino al mare. Facile raggiungere a piedi 7-11. C'è molto cibo davanti a te. Lo svantaggio è che la montagna si trova al 3° piano e non dalla parte della piscina. Il rumore dalla piscina è ancora forte, probabilmente perché durante il festival è forte il rumore dei bambini che giocano nell'acqua. C'è stato un reclamo riguardo alla stanza e il personale ha esaminato l'azione tecnologica e si è subito scusato. Ma non so se posso risolverlo o meno perché ho controllato prima.

Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno all'hotel B2 Krabi Premier. Abbiamo trascorso 8 notti meravigliose lì. Questo hotel è situato circondato da rocce incredibilmente belle, guardando le quali non puoi letteralmente credere ai tuoi occhi😍 Il personale qui è super gentile, disponibile e premuroso. Un ringraziamento speciale al giardiniere che ha curato instancabilmente il bellissimo giardino per tutta la giornata. Sembra che ogni dipendente di questo hotel sia al suo posto e tutti cerchino di svolgere perfettamente il proprio lavoro preferito. Grazie a questo, l'hotel è pulito e ben tenuto. Qui c'è silenzio, ordine e tranquillità. La camera era abbastanza grande e confortevole, dotata di tutto: accappatoi e pantofole. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni giorno, non è necessario richiederli. Il letto è comodo con materassi di buona rigidità. L'unica cosa era che i cuscini alti erano scomodi. Ciò che veramente mancava era almeno una piccola asciugatrice sul balcone. L'hotel dispone di una piccola ma confortevole palestra e di una bella piscina. La colazione è standard: panini con ripieni diversi e una scelta di caffè. Il caffè, tra l'altro, è eccellente e ha salvato la situazione) in linea di principio, questa colazione era più che sufficiente. Nel complesso, in termini di rapporto qualità/prezzo, questo è un hotel molto, molto buono. E l'ambiente compensa tutte le piccole mancanze. Se questo hotel fosse solo per adulti, ci torneremmo solo 🔥👍🙏

Ho apprezzato il mio soggiorno al resort Phu Pano a Krabi. Le camere sono belle, ma sembrano un po' datate e non sono sicuro che siano mantenute correttamente. Anche la piscina è fantastica ed è il luogo ideale per prendere il sole. Il servizio e la comunicazione alla reception devono davvero migliorare. Hanno rifatto il letto con due lenzuola doppie invece di un lenzuolo king size come da mia prenotazione. Ho dovuto richiedere tre volte affinché le mie lenzuola venissero eventualmente cambiate. Guarda le foto prima e dopo. Ci è voluta mezza giornata e anche allora ho dovuto aspettare e doppiamente confermare con la governante. Tuttavia, è un buon posto dove stare?

We had previously booked this hotel for a 2020 visit before Covid ruined those plans, so we were looking forward to our eagerly awaited holiday in Thailand. We had decided to travel during the Songkran (Thai new year) festivities, which were unbelievable. So much fun! Our 13 year old daughter (can I say daughter nowadays!!!) had the best time of her life shooting water everywhere. The Thai people, always smiling, are simply amazing. Now, ok, this is a hotel review. We had booked a pool access room by the fantasy pool (the one with the slides). Simply, unless you like people clambering over YOUR small terrace, taking photos while stood on YOUR terrace, jumping in the pool from YOUR terrace, trying to get to their room next door across YOUR terrace, don’t waste your money. It was disgusting, utterly intrusive and bloody ignorant. There are no barriers (and there should be) between the rooms/terraces to prevent this. A joke! We had two sun loungers on the terrace (which people climbed over too) but they were in the shade all the time. Rooms 127 to 131 get no sun at this time of year, so again if you’re a sun worshipper don’t waste your money. The wifi is abysmal. It says somewhere in the room, don’t wait to get home to complain about something, ask the staff! We complained about the wifi almost every day until we gave up. They advertise (incorrectly) that there’s wifi available in all areas. A total lie! The only place you were guaranteed wifi was in the reception area. Or the Green Pepper restaurant across the road!!! I had to pay for 5G everyday to do some work for my business back home!!! And then I get charged for having my room an extra hour on checkout! So much for customer service. A recent reviewer said the breakfast was amazing. No, adequate is the word you’re looking for. It didn’t matter what time you visited, it was packed out, nowhere to sit, no cutlery, no plates, no cups, no food. Everyday we had to ask staff for this, that and the other to be replenished. There was just not enough staff. Apart from 5 behind reception!! On a plus, the room itself was fairly nice with a comfy bed. It could do with more drawer space and more hangers in the wardrobe. Oh and the plug didn’t work in the bathroom sink. On a plus plus, the bar staff at the fantasy pool bar were awesome. A special massive thank you to Soe who was brilliant. One final note, please Ananta Burin Manager/owner, please don’t reply to this review patronising me. This review is a true and honest review. There needs to be changes at this hotel before we ever return. Sorry Soe.

I stayed for the first time at ' Maneetel Ao Nang ' on friday night. Ao Nang was very busy for ' Somkran ' so I couldnt park at the hotel but there were spaces at ' Landmark' very close by. Its in a great location with everything you might need in walking distance. I choose it as I was visiting the New ' Irish Embassy Pub ' + wanted to walk there. On arrival, there were 2 lovely reception staff who did a great job of welcoming me. Its a lovely spacious reception where the gym + pool + a coffee shop are all on ground level. The room was perfect + very nicely designed/decorated. Its small but I expected that. Theres a balcony if you want to sit out. VERY unlike the reviews previous to mine...I had a super night sleep, NO noise at all until my alarm clock went off ! The breakfast area is on the 2nd floor + you can sit facing out to sea ! Good choice of breakfast + spotlessly clean. I would be happy to return here.

Raramente scrivo recensioni negative, ma purtroppo devo dire questo. Se confrontiamo il costo della camera e le sue condizioni, nel complesso l'hotel non è male. Il personale è buono, anche la posizione dell'hotel è buona, la colazione è deliziosa. Non mi è piaciuto l'odore sgradevole del bagno, la vista dalla stanza del muro dell'edificio adiacente (ma quella era solo sfortuna per la stanza) e la cosa più spiacevole sono state le federe e gli asciugamani strappati. La biancheria chiaramente necessita di un aggiornamento.

Questa è la nostra 4a gita a Krabi e poi il 4° hotel che abbiamo soggiornato a. Villa cha cha in un nutshel è tutto quello che vuoi in un resort per un viaggio di famiglia. Prenotammo la suite sulla spiaggia e era bello, spazioso e comodo! Il servizio è in generale buono, ma, e questo è un problema minore, cibo richiede tempo per essere servito nel ristorante, che significa essenzialmente che si può godere di più cocktail in un'ora felice : ) È un'auto a 15 minuti dalla spiaggia di Ao Nang, ma hanno un servizio di navetta gratuito ogni mezz'ora. Un'altra cosa che possono migliorare è avere un altro massaggiatore al loro spa. Ci sono solo un massaggiatore e a volte il periodo di attesa è troppo lungo!

Non abbiamo abbastanza parole per il servizio brillante che abbiamo ottenuto in questo hotel. Il miglior cibo a colazione, pranzo e cena; con prezzi accessibili. Servizio rapido ogni volta ha bisogno di aiuto. Tutti i membri del personale sono utili e amichevoli. Il servizio di navetta è stato grande!

Se questa bella oasi urbana fosse situata in una grande area metropolitana, sarebbe chiamata tendenza o industrial-deco e costa il doppio del prezzo. Il personale era benvenuto e utile.Perfetto luogo per un passeggiato casuale intorno alla città di Krabi!

Very good value for money, check in was quick and staff very friendly. Great location as it is close to food markets, restaurants and bars.
