Ottimo posto dove soggiornare, la vista è incredibile. Il personale è molto cordiale. La camera è bella e pulita.😊

Il posto è molto bello, ai piedi delle montagne. Molto tranquillo e con uno staff molto cordiale. Hanno un servizio di trasferimento che ti porta gratuitamente da e per la spiaggia, anche se puoi fare una passeggiata attraverso il mercato e i negozi (30 minuti lentamente). Le cabine sono spaziose, accoglienti e molto ben climatizzate. Lo ripeterei senza esitazione.

Hotel in una strada tranquilla. 20 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Bellissima area verde. Tutto il necessario per una vacanza rilassante.

Un'ottima sistemazione con bungalow molto carini. Molto tranquillo ma non troppo lontano dal trambusto. L'unica cosa di cui potresti lamentarti è che c'è troppo cloro nella piscina.

Ho visto un grosso scarafaggio🪳 la notte in cui ho effettuato il check-in. Questo posto si trova su una montagna ed è lontano dal mare. Tuttavia, c'è un bus navetta🚌 che ti porta al molo di Ao Nang in pochi minuti! L'ambiente di vita qui è fantastico! La colazione è semplice e nella media

It's a long read, brace yourselves! We stayed in Vipa Tropical Resort for 5 nights and the trouble started right when we moved in. They showed us to the room, which was the a bungalo next to the pool. It looked nothing like the pictures of the room we booked. So I went to the reception and said "that doesn't look like our room". After some debate (we were told that they are fully booked and, in reality, this was an upgrade) they took us to Superior room #113. At first glance, it was the room that we booked, but then... things started to come to light... All firnuture was old and beaten down. Literary! There were bits and whole pieces missing or broken. So I made a complaint to Trip.com and demanded to either manage the situation or get me a full refund. While they promised to resolve the issue whithin an hour, we went out into town and when we got back reception was already closed (not a 24h service), so we went to our room, decided to "sleep on it", pulled the cover from the bed... it was stained and the blanket was dirty, like it wasn't changed from previous stay. Another call to support and there was nothing that could do about it, but to offer to wait until morning. We spent the night cramped on the couch. In the morning I went to the reception, called the lady into thr room and said "I don't care about the furniture, but at least the sheets have to be white and clean and crisp". She tried to tell me that those are clean, just the laundry that they use isn't doing a good job.... Again, we went out for the day and by the time we got back the sheets were white, clean and crisp. And Trip.com agent offered us some coins "for the trouble". After night 4, there was a knock on the door and we were offered to look at the room #114... And it was PERFECT! Just next door. The bed was clean, the furniture was brand new, the shower had strong and hotter water. Why, oh why?!?! Oh yeah, they were fully booked and just moved people around.... Besides, all the trouble, the nature around is stunning. Very green and quiet. And the cliff massively hanging above is nothing but spectacular, but... that's where the good part ends. P.S.: There waa a "do not disturbe" sign on our door. And yet, when we got back from our day trip, there were towels and TP and two bottles of water sitting on the couch. Quite disturbing, concidering there's no safe deposit box in the room Not going to stay there again.

在山腳下的坡地上，綠化非常棒，真的有度假氛圍，房間都是獨棟，有班車固定時間來回奧南海灘和酒店，房間很大，衞生間也大，工作人員態度很好，唯一問題就是需要吹風機吹頭髮時根本找不到，找遍了都沒有，其它都非常喜歡

Posto piacevole, appena fuori dal trambusto di Ao Nang. In fondo alla strada un paio di ottimi ristoranti (11/1). Inoltre, belle camere spaziose, bella veranda dove sedersi. E vicino alla piscina. Il personale è cordiale. Tuttavia non sempre sembrano consapevoli del rapporto tra servizio e costo. Il taxi in hotel è molto più costoso che in strada. Come la gita di un giorno che organizzi tu stesso rispetto a quella offerta alla reception. Altrimenti tutto bene! Un soggiorno meraviglioso.....

Consiglio vivamente questo resort! La posizione è ideale: un'oasi tranquilla, ma non troppo lontana dalla spiaggia e dalla trafficata e turistica Ao Nang. La nostra cabina era molto pulita, con aria condizionata e la colazione era abbondante. Il nostro soggiorno è stato reso così speciale e memorabile grazie all'eccellente servizio clienti e all'attenzione che abbiamo ricevuto dal personale! La nostra camera, la piscina e la proprietà dell'hotel erano assolutamente bellissime, tranquille, riservate, silenziose, pulite, con viste meravigliose e un paesaggio lussureggiante. Il nostro adorabile e gentile ospite ha trascorso del tempo a insegnarci la lingua thailandese e ha fatto così tanto per farci sentire benvenuti e a casa. Tornerò sicuramente!

We stayed here seven years ago and it is just a beautiful now as it was then. Excellent staff who will assist you in anything. Great breakfast. Stunning scenery and so incredibly peaceful. The main ***** is five minute drive away. They offer free shuttle service to town. Thanks for great stay

This is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed. If you want to be surrounded by mountains and greenery while being a short walk away from the hustle and bustle, this is perfect. The staff are super friendly and will help you with anything . The resort is about a 20 minute walk from the beach but a 5 minute walk to bars, shops and street food. The room was lovely and spacious with good privacy. If you’re looking to stay in the area, I recommend looking here.

Hôtel très bien situé au pied d'une falaise entouré d'une végétation luxuriante et à l'écart de l'agitation de Ao nang.Bungalow bien équipé avec tout le confort et très spacieux(nous étions dans le 201). Possibilité de louer un scooter sur place.Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est très serviable et aux petits soins.Je recommande cet emplacement.

Sehr schöner Garten, toller und sauberer Pool, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Unser Bungalow war jedoch sehr enttäuschend. Dreckig, stinkend / stark modriger & schimmeliger Geruch. Wir sind nach der 2. Nacht bereits abgereist, weil es uns so geekelt hat.
