Despite the gloomy weather my friends and I had an enjoyable stay. Highlight is the 23F bar, good food and cocktails are super delicious. Highly recommend anything based with rice wine and plum. Love the staffs, very friendly and responsive. Even after last order they managed to make an exception and made my fav cocktail haus bah. The service will definitely be one of the reasons for my future comeback stay here.

Room was clean and view was good too, Hillview for the greenery. Good place to stay, might be slightly pricy but do try their breakfast, it’s good. Really great stay for me to get away from stress

All right so 5 stars in general for the hotel BUT a big 1 star for the food (not including breakfast that was very good) lunch and diner is a big joke for such a hotel. We had lunch and I paid 100$ AUD total for beef striploin 300g (178MYR or so) and my girlfriend chicken noodle. I also ordered a lemon tart and I thought it was a joke at first. Great location! I booked the twin sea room but they upgraded us to a deluxe room king bed although I specifically say I want to keep my twin bed room… Extensive menu at their breakfast buffet too.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist with any request. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly settled into a spacious, well-appointed room. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities, a very comfortable bed, and beautiful hills views. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything tidy, and the attention to detail was impressive. The bathroom was stocked with high-quality toiletries, and the shower was refreshing with great water pressure. I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the ambiance was relaxing. There also gym & swimming pool located at level 23.

Enjoying himself so much inside the house. Easy to go around with shopping mall just opposite hotel. Celebrates birthday at the hotel cafe. Nice.

New hotel with great location right in the city centre. Lots of things to do nearby the hotel, mostly within 5min walking distance. Clean and big rooms. The amenities are great, roof top dining view is perfect! Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Booked king size with hill view But End Up gave us no view. Then pass us key but hill view with twin beds. My wife scolded them And they End Up gave us Highest floor with king size with hill view. Not sure why the management is like that. Yes the manager called us to apologized but still feel disappointed. Then unlucky again the hair dryer is spoiled haha My wife called 3 Times for 20 minutes But no people send the hair dryer & we were late for the dinner. My wife super angry again haha the New dryer sent to Room but we already went out. Best Part is they gave us extend until 3pm because our boarding time is 4pm. 🙏 Breakfast: I saw many western people walking around And do not know What to Eat haha included me also. Food menu still can improve haha 4 stars breakfast. Swimming view is nice. Hill view Room is nice. Can see Mountain Kinabalu in Morning.

Location very strategic and convenient, near with Suria Sabah mall and adjacent to many local foods, short walking distance to many attractions.

1. Wifi is very slow, can hardly load online videos 2. Room is spacious, but somehow has some small bugs flying around 3. Service speed is very slow. We had a hot water shortage during our stay, and took 30-40 min to resolve 4. The overall amenities quality is fair, not as good as other normal 5-star hotels 5. The breakfast is not worth to pay for, just normal

3 minute walking distance to jessleton pier. Rooms are clean and quite spacious. Breakfast buffet was fresh with wide selections.
