The hotel was nice the staff was kind and the bed was comfy the place was clean room yeah the shower was nice tea coffee and sugar on the room kettle and tv was big

This is the perfect spot in Swansea. The staff are lovely, the rooms are quiet and clean, and it’s walking distance to the coach station. It’s on a street with lots of bars and restaurants and there are 4 supermarkets in walking distance. Highly Recommend.

The only 2 lifts were not in service at the same time. Luckily the staffs there were pretty helpful. However, they accidentally charged me an extra cost though the amount of money was returned eventually but I hope that similar things won’t happen to other customers in the future Rooms were spacious!👍🏻

酒店房間大，設施該有的都有，員工熱情，入住期間電梯經常維修，要走樓梯。旁邊有很多飯店餐飲，超市也不遠。遊艇碼頭走路距離。綜合來説，性價比很高。

A great Premier Inn, easily accessible. Great location in Swansea just a 5 minute walk from Sainsbury's and the Parc Tawe retail park. Friendly staff who were very accomodating. Our room was clean with everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back.

The hotel was great for exploring Swansea, from bowling, restaurants, marina to the beach and museums. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We all enjoyed the breakfast which provided good choice and suitable for dietary requirements. We had a large family room with great amenities. The room was cold but used the heating, there's not much of an extractor fan and saw mold on the wall by the kids bed (we moved the bed away into the middle of the room). Really quiet hotel and didn't hear much road noise as double glazed. Good WiFi reception and variety of TV channels. Two lifts were fast and handy on way to breakfast. Really enjoyed the hotel and would be happy to return. Great walking distance to all amenities close to the swimming pool and Wind Street has plenty of bars and restaurants. We did have a challenge finding the hotel entrance which perhaps needs better signposting.

Excellent hotel and staff. Very comfortable stay for two nights, brilliant location for visiting the arena one night and a night out the second evening, perfect for shopping in the day to, although hang over didn’t help. Will def be coming back to stay again and couldn’t fault anything x x x

We have had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Swansea City Centre. Staff are friendly and happy to help. A pleasant room, tidy and clean, with all the amenities you need, including a charger port either side of the bed. We decided to have dinner and found they had a nice bar restaurant. We were lucky enough to have missed the rush hour and had a very relaxed dinner, served and cooked for us by the lovely Jamie, who was very polite and helpful.
