So far so good and very nice to stay. I will come again to stay there with my families & friend thank you very much🥰

Terrible experience at this suite. 1. Late checkin and checkout : it can be happened to you as well. I also didn't believe it could be happened to me.. contacted with room master before arriving, and they said let them know when we once arrived. So I send the message that I'm arrived at 3:35, but I met the person who got the key at 4:35 and the housekeeping was leaving when we came in the room. Check out also same as checkin, waited over 20 min to checkout after request. 2. Cleaning : living room floor was slippery and toilet floor has very poor drain system, all of the floor was wet whenever we got the shower. 3. ★★towel issue : I let them know we're 3 person but they gave us 4 bath towels only. So I requested more towels because we stay there *2nights* but they turned my request down to provide more towels. I think it doesn't really make sense. 4. Bad odor : I never open the windows but it must be came from the sink. 5.deposit issue : hotel description said 200 RM but they requested 300 RM even *no credit accepted* There's too many things that I don't recommend this room.. please re-consider before choosing this room if you guys have a short term vacation and don't wanna wasting your time. It's really cheap but I would rather the *real hotel* that having the front desk.

First family trip to Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. I'm satisfied with both the location and the facilities. There's a swimming pool. I had a great time with my family. If I go to Kota Kinabalu again, I will stay at this accommodation.

Location strategic, near to all the attractions places. Checking in is a hassle, had to use the bomba lift. The apartment had a cockroach and toilet is clogged, the flood is dusty. Had to wait sometime for the deposit refund as well.

樓下就是海鮮市場，住了五天，卧室的窗子就沒開過。客廳有一個小陽台，要不是晾曬衣服估計也不會打開，味道簡直太大了，而且蒼蠅也多。熱水的問題不知道溝通了多少遍，真的感覺是洗了幾天冷水澡冷水頭。旁邊有連堂，半夜誦經簡直不要太滲人。窗簾完全不遮光四面八方透光，逼着去買了一個眼罩。

酒店環境還可以，但因為服務太差了給這個評分。我們當天是八點多到的酒店，已經很晚了，而且坐那麼長時間飛機真的很累，衹想趕緊入住，但是怎麼聯繫房東都聯繫不上，還是大廳一個當地小哥看我們待太久了幫我們打電話才聯繫上。由於知道是無前台酒店，提前一天我已經郵件聯繫房東並取得了微信，但是微信上詢問辦理入住事宜卻一直不回消息。入住當天那麼晚，我們兩個女生在國外誰都聯繫不上真的很不安全。在大廳坐了很久才給發房間密碼。收取按金後説好在退房當天晚六點退按金，可是過了兩天房東一直不回消息，電話、網絡電話、微信都不回消息。最荒謬的是連攜程的客服都聯繫不上這個房東。這樣的酒店我不明白攜程為什麼會合作，一點安全保障都沒有。客服説酒店衹給了一個電話並且打不通。那這樣的酒店難道在審核上攜程的時候不給予篩選和驗證嗎？聯繫都聯繫不上，一點安全和服務都沒有。説實話這個價錢不如住個別的同等價格的酒店服務會好很多，趁早整改吧！

房間乾淨，性價比非常高，海景房能看到海

우선 호텔이 아닙니다. 체크인도 개인적으로 해야하고, 체크인 시간도 1시간이나 늦게 계속 기달리라고만 합니다.. 3일을 사용했는데 수건과 휴지도 하나씩만 주고, 가장 결정적인건 Sea view라고 적혀있지만 시티뷰라고 되어있습니다. the shore 자체는 좋은데, 예약 업체가 개인으로 하는 곳이라 trip.com말고 다른 예약 사이트에서 예약하세요

很大很乾凈啊，可以看到海，同樣的the shore房型別家都要五六百

如果不差錢的話建議不要住這家了，就是公寓樓開的各種私人賓館。辦理入住花了一個小時，根本聯繫不上他們的人，後來還是攜程幫我聯繫到的。 房間裏一股黴味，被子上也是一股味道，下水道反味特別臭。沒有礦泉水，沒有牙刷，沒有梳子，啥都沒有，整體來説體驗感比較差，不建議住。

酒店地理位置不錯，就在海邊，旁邊就是當地夜市和海鮮市場，菜市場，買什麼吃的都很方便。

窗景很好，可洗衣服，沒有一次性牙刷等。
