A welcome sight not far from where the Airport bus drops. 12 minutes walk to the main railway station - if you like steep stairs on the underpass. Convenient walk to Dogguan Mosque site, local restaurants and City Mall. Grandiose lobby (where you check in) is on the 21st floor. Many facilities on different floors, but most seemed shuttered and unavailable. Hallway and room were in excellent condition. Nice room layout and view of the city. However, shower room light would not turn off at night. Study desk was a bit wobbly. Muslim Specialty restaurant has a high end menu but the sofas are not suited for dining, I think. Hotel's free vegetarian breakfast buffet was very tasty.

We booked this hotel as a stopover before we took the train to Lhasa. Location is perfect, next to the train station. absolute recommendation. Staff is helpful.

Very near to the train station if u r catching an outbound train to somewhere or lhasa! But there are not much shops and malls near the hotel, being the old or muslim quarters...

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

Great location, very close to the train station. Nice room and everything is fine. The only thing is the smell of smoke. If you don’t mind it then it’s great. Otherwise, I would pick something that has a little more control over where people can smoke.

Location is excellent in front of Railway station, it is excellent in service, it has excellent breakfast for Chinese and foreigner too,Room also big size with all required ammonites.True value of money

為了離火車站近點選擇了這個酒店……我敍述一下，從北京到西寧一共兩天行程，第一天入住很冷有些感冒，給前台打電話加兩床被子，客房服務員送來説，你們至於要兩床被子……第二天有一日遊的行程，六點出門九點回來，一進門放在桌子上的衹吃了一顆的感冒葯沒了，我和家人的充電器也找不到了，對於經常出遊的人自己的東西都是有記號的，然後所有可能想到一個地方都找了一遍……最後在自己的行李箱找到了……但絕對不是我們自己放的，因為我們習慣隨時帶……很氣憤打了前台電話，前台也沒客氣説，你等會兒我剛接班不知道，給你問問……呵呵，原話哈！十分鐘以後酒店客房主管來了，我把事情敍述一遍，包括房間衞生間的睡袍和浴室沒有收拾的垃圾，都拍照記錄了……過了十分鐘夜班服務員來把白天沒有打掃的收拾了，經理了解情況後，送了一個果盤説跟白班服務員確認了……確實是動了我們的東西，原因是有其他房間客氣説退房，讓服務員幫助收拾，但服務員記錯房間號了……呵呵呵呵呵呵，各位自己考量體驗，我是親子出遊，西寧景色很美……然而……你們覺得呢？

衞生沒有打掃乾淨，停車位大半由本酒店佔了（總共20多個地下位）。特別指出並告訴大家一聲：此開元與彼開元之間已不存在任何關係並且與浙江開元服務完全不一樣。特別是餐廳是清真食品。本打算出來玩月餘定一家江南口味的餐廳吃結果．．，更加可笑的五星大酒店用餐還收了5元的紙巾錢（酒店沒有提供其他任何紙巾和衞生用品）。當時就反映問題，到退房時好像才發生一樣，説下次來再給優惠，笑説了。

西寧青海開元大飯店的服務令人印象深刻，客房乾淨舒適，床品柔軟舒適，衞生間乾淨整潔。早餐種類豐富，味道美味。酒店地理位置優越，靠近市中心和旅遊景點，方便遊覽。員工熱情友好，樂於助人，提供了很多旅遊建議。總體來説，這是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，強烈推薦給其他旅客。

青甘旅遊在西寧住了一晚上，酒店位置好在市中心位置，離西寧站很近。購物比較方便。有地下停車場。前台服務非常好。就是一點不足，大堂辦入住在頂樓21樓，有點麻煩。

西寧是個很綜合的城市，開元酒店就在西寧站的隔壁，出行非常方便，酒店設施應該説是很不錯了，房間很大，真的可以，滿分好評，推薦的哦。66666666666666

酒店硬件設施感覺比較整齊，舒適，卧具柔軟；服務入住、行李保存，業務諮詢都非常道路熱情周到。早餐比較豐富，西寧難得的性價比比較好的五星級酒店

酒店位置靠西寧站，如在西寧站上下車會比較方便。前台韓女士工作認真細緻，酒店房間空間大而且各種設施齊全，不過房間的電腦桌有點晃。
