Hotel vicini a Blue Vanilla a Koh Samui

È un ottimo posto dove stare. Personale adorabile, amichevole con cui parlare. Alloggio vicino alla spiaggia, bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa, bella vista, piscina con Avere la possibilità di venire a trovarci di nuovo la prossima volta. ✨✨

Questo è il mio hotel preferito mai Holiday Inn Samui. Perfettamente colazione, camera completamente arredata, piscina grande, campeggio per bambini, Kids Club e così via.Devo menzionare questo; abbiamo incontrato ‘Khun Nim’ al grande ristorante per colazione e lei ha portato la nostra famiglia al Kid Club... Dopo 3 giorni il nostro bambino quasi dorme lì. Hanno 3 o 4 persone non sono sicuri di prendersi cura dei vostri figli e anche di rompere il tempo per pulire la stanza, giocattoli e così via. Per i genitori è perfetta la ragione per cui puoi lasciarli lì, un po' di carta d'informazione per firmare, non preoccuparti che hanno molte attività per i tuoi figli: giocare, ascoltare, guardare, dipingere, disegnare e salire. Ci serve più tempo qui.

Molto grande stanza! Ci è un balcone! Interno piuttosto elegante. Condizionamento d'aria è installato in modo che non si scoppi sul letto! L'ospite super benvenuto. Confortabile materassi e cuscini! Cuscini è un comune dolore hotel thailandese. Ma in questo hotel super comodo! Il posto è anche molto successo. A parte il rumore e allo stesso tempo in 3 minuti dalla spiaggia, caffè, 7-11. Tutti sono prossimi! Siamo molto felici! Se mai conveniente per lasciare Samui, rimarremo certamente in questo hotel!

Avevo un soggiorno fantastico nel resort Bandara.Abbiamo avuto una stanza 146 che era grande e i giardini erano bellissimi!! Speciale grido a Kitti, che è un ottimo ospite e ha fatto il nostro soggiorno speciale!! Una bella custode di casa per la nostra prima settimana che ha lavorato molto duramente per rendere la nostra camera fantastica e profumata Devine quando è tornata dopo un giorno. E Faye/kaye scusami non sono al 100% al colazione lei era bella anche. Personale speciale merita una menzione speciale!! We will definitely return! Great location to walk to fisherman’s village for great restaurants x 😀

Veramente bel posto creato specialmente per i bambini. Sulla strada è il sorprendente villaggio del pescatore e un 7/11. Il personale è tutto veramente amichevole, il club dei bambini è fab e hanno una nipote completamente gratuito sul sito! Le camere sono ben decorate e la cucina è così bella con i bambini. La signora che ci ha mostrato era molto bella come la figlia. L'unico piccolo punto di svantaggio è che il fine settimana abbiamo soggiornato il resort ospitava due, forse tre feste di compleanno per nessun ospite e questo tipo di reception ha preso il resort. La nostra figlia più giovane ha continuato a cercare di entrare nella festa per i noccioli 😂 Quando siamo partiti, il ragazzo che conduce anche il posto ci ha completamente svuotato. Un po' strano - ma nessuno di questi ci avrebbe fermato a tornare!

We came for our honeymoon we were amazed with the hotel view the staff also from nancy that she checked us in and explain in details every thing she also came with to the villa to make sure that everything was fine. Breakfast was amazing lucky was very very nice along with nat there service was amazing all the staff were very friendly the chef also are accommodating and smiling I will not forget also WK from sales she made sure that our honeymoon goes prefect Emmy helped us a-lot with all the information around the city she gave us a very good recommendations Iyan made sure to book for us in the jungle village even it was hard to find a place and also a transportation going to the massage in ritz and also to the restaurant The bogy driver nine very smily and accommodating every time taking us to the room or from the room Over all the staff of the hotel made our honeymoon very special thank you so much everyone

Cerchi l'esperienza paradisiaca di una vita a Koh Samui? Bene, questa posizione idilliaca ha il fascino e il meglio che Koh Samui ha da offrire. Dai panorami prestigiosi, alle splendide albe e tramonti, agli spazi abitativi più confortevoli che si possano mai immaginare, alla tranquillità di svegliarsi con il cinguettio degli uccelli tra gli alberi, a una colazione a scelta indimenticabile e alla cucina tropicale, ai migliori e lussuosi servizi che ogni hotel ha da offrire, per non parlare della gestione e del personale più cordiali, disponibili e gentili di questo spettacolare complesso alberghiero... WOW!!!! Tutto, sì, tutto, è così ben tenuto e pulito, e un'attenzione particolare viene sempre dedicata alle piscine, ai giardini lucidi e alle aree esterne. Ci siamo sentiti come dei re ogni minuto dal nostro arrivo fino alla nostra triste partenza. Torneremo presto a goderci il sole e altri momenti indimenticabili trascorsi in questa location dinamica, nell'isola del divertimento e del divertimento. Alla direzione e allo staff di Fairhouse Villas and Spa, ..... Grazie per aver creato questa esperienza davvero spettacolare e per il trattamento speciale che rimarrà per sempre forgiato nei nostri beati ricordi. Vi amo così tanto ragazzi 💕...!! Senza la piscina, questo hotel non sarebbe una sistemazione ideale, almeno per me. Nessun set di cortesia e servizi di base e. cuffie da doccia, bicchieri, asciugacapelli, ecc. Il pavimento della stanza ti farebbe sentire come se dovessi indossare sempre le pantofole. I miei asciugamani avevano macchie che avrebbero potuto essere pulite. Il personale non era affatto interattivo. Ho chiesto a qualcuno, una cameriera, una cuffia per la doccia, invece di dire ”Non forniamo cuffie per la doccia qui”, ha semplicemente scosso la testa. Quando sono passato davanti a loro per pulire le stanze, nessun saluto. Anche l'accoglienza, poco disponibile. Nessun ”sawaddee” quando siamo entrati nella reception. La posizione è un punto di forza di COSI, anche se è proprio accanto al Central Department Store, che si trova nel cuore di Koh Samui. Nonostante la zona residenziale e il punto turistico, era così tranquillo. Anche la piscina è un'ottima struttura. Resta qui solo se hai bisogno di una stanza per una notte o giù di lì, immagino. Non è una vacanza ideale. Probabilmente non sarebbe nella lista degli hotel di ritorno

I read many reviews about this resort and studied the Mantra Samui website, but never learned until after I booked (4 nights stay) my room that they had cancelled , during Covid, the regular shuttle that took guests down the hill to Fisherman Villa. I learned this because I called the hotel before my trip to ask some questions and also ask how to reserve a place on their shuttle. The resort does have one auto/driver that will drive you down to the bottom of the hill if it is there, and if it is not picking up someone at the airport. The shuttle delivers you directly to the bottom of the hill, is pretty much is just a local road. Then you can wave down a taxi and negotiate the price. Some fun! The Mantra Sumai should update their website to say the regular shuttle has been cancelled, and replaced by their maybe available one car. Continuing my story... We booked a massage at another hotel that is about 20 minutes away, and gave ourselves one hour to get there. So the night before we reserved to get the ride down to the bottom of the hill for the next day afternoon. When we went to reception, we were informed there was an accident, which was a flat tire, and the tire 'might' be fixed in half an hour and then another 20 minutes to get back to the Mantra. They apparently felt no responsibility to contact us. Just wait for the guests to show up and then tell them. They felt no responsibility to call the driver for any update. They then offered to call a taxi, but that would take about 20 minutes to arrive. Also when you call a taxi there is no opportunity for negotiation. My hour was dwindling. Well 20 is better than maybe 30 + 20 minutes. So they called the taxi. Luckily the Mantra driver showed up after 15 minutes, and the taxi was cancelled. My conclusion, after all the interfaces with reception, is they have a poor sense of responsibility and lacking the ability for logical thinking to provide a good guest experience. There are other examples beyond the above. Our suite room was in good condition, and everything functioning. Well, except the phone did not work, but I did not need that. The suite has a king size bed and a separate built in bed in the back of the living room. OK, so 4 people can stay. But the flaw in the suites is there is only a 2 person love seat to sit on. There is no chair, and no desk. It is no fun to use your laptop when the coffee table level is below your knees. A simple 4 leg table for a desk, and a simple chair would be nice, and not cost very much. They do have an on-site co-work room somewhere, but I did not use it. I think it is an extra cost and I did not have that much work to do anyway. The highlight of the Mantra Samui was the included breakfast. There are many cooked to order choices plus a buffet of juices, fruits, cereals, yogurt, pastries, and several breads you can toast yourself. Il centro storico di San Francisco è stato molto amichevole, molto confortevole e molto attrezzato per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Abbiamo prenotato una camera deluxe con vista sul mare e non siamo stati delusi, era spaziosa e pulita. Alcuni vestiti e lacrime possono essere visto ma niente di male. Alcuni dispositivi potrebbero essere un po 'più moderno come la televisione, ma non era grande. Sicuramente raccomanda! Il colazione e la cena serviti al ristorante erano anche buoni.
