It was fantastic facility and kind staffs. The restaurant was amazing. I traveled over 80countries but i ve never seen this kind of nice hotel. Ofcourse its location is little bit far from Port kochi but the price is quiet nice and the hotel room has refrigerator and washing machine.

Service is not good.Even Tea bags are not provided unless we asked for it.Othereise hotel decorations and spaces are excellent

Good location , room and pool area was clean and comfortable . Worth the money .

The stay was pocket friendly and it was worth the money we spent.Restuarnt attached has limited items and a bit costly. Less staffed. Its not a very happening place but it was ok.Worth the money. Beds and all good. Rooms are very spacious. Its nice for family or group travelers .

food delivery is very late, room door mat is not available,if I called for door mat and I use one day door mat, the door mat is dirty u pay for that.

The suite is big and well maintained, but the landlines and tvs are not working, food was pathetic, without any prior intimation they have charged 1500 rs for one hour delay in exit

We dint like the way they arranged the things for us i don’t even want to give 2 as a rating it is worse than that and for everything we need to call them for 10 times and locker was not working

Spacious rooms, great amenities, cooperative staff, great food and all the good things that can be added to the list, definitely recommended

We reached around 8 pm in the evening till that time the room was not ready. We have to wait for an hour. Room service was pathetic

Average experience with very poor maintenance and service. Out of 2 days stay they haven’t cleaned the rooms even though we requested multiple times. No/delay response for room cleaning and basic services. Smelly outdoors and the pillows are smelly too. Extremely poor service and response from the receptionists. Food is authentic and tasty in the Kochi restaurant. But will never recommend this stay

The rooms are spacious and nice. But very poor service from housekeeping or restaurant. Most reception calls go unanswered. No hot water for shower.

Yes. In my booking i was offered a room with a jaccuzzi. But it not there in the room. And the bed was twin bed and it was super uncomfortable for a couple. They dint even bother to ask.
