It was fantastic facility and kind staffs. The restaurant was amazing. I traveled over 80countries but i ve never seen this kind of nice hotel. Ofcourse its location is little bit far from Port kochi but the price is quiet nice and the hotel room has refrigerator and washing machine.

The stay was pocket friendly and it was worth the money we spent.Restuarnt attached has limited items and a bit costly. Less staffed. Its not a very happening place but it was ok.Worth the money. Beds and all good. Rooms are very spacious. Its nice for family or group travelers .

Room was awesome. Spacious, but room cleaning was not done in the morning. Need to call and ask for all the complements items.

Hotel is awesome, room was big like a 1 bedroom appartment with all facilities and a lake view balcony but service is pathetic none to support parking vehicle nor to carry luggage to room. Room service is poor if trained staff is appointed it will be the top 10 hotel in cochin

There was 2 and half hours delay in checkin to the room. The jacuzi is not in working condition. Otherwise the stay was comfortable

Services apppartement is very good but small things are missing in the appartement, like kettle for hot water to make cofffe, and water bug & bugket, staff r not serious, to do thier job,

Very neat and clean property, with good views. All basic amenities like fridge, oven, induction stove, mini kitchen, tv, washing machine etc was available.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were really helpful and the food was also amazing. Enjoyed my stay.
