The location is perfect and the reception team are very helpful, friendly and kind. Big thanks for them ☺️ But the room needs some renovation, the walls are mouldy.

Right in the city center, a reliable, clean hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but very good for the price. I recommend it to everyone

호텔이 크진않지만 아담하게 깨끗하네요. 주위가 완전여행지 중심이라 밤늦게까지 놀아도 부담없이 돌아올 수있는 곳입니다. 아주 시원하게 잘잤습니다.

Sehr dünne Wände und lauter Kühlschrank. Konnte leider fast gar nicht schlafen. Ausstattung war alles notwendige da und personal war freundlich. Einrichtung alt und manche Sachen sind renovierungsbedürftig.

They canceled my booking few days before my arrival. They decided they want to rent out the room for a bigger price to someone else, so they kicked me out. Of course they didn't communicate about it, I just got an email that my booking is canceled.

DO NOT STAY HERE! They charged my card multiple times for the full cost of the hotel (in NOVEMBER) & they still refuse to refund it. Totally unhelpful and very disappointing. Tiny room was not what we booked - we booked a Deluxe Queen Room and got a tiny box room. The advertised skybar was hardly ever open and when it was open the staff were not helpful at all. The only positive was that it was in a good location but there are so many other hotels in the same area, do not bother staying here.

We had a great stay at The Trang Trang. Perfect location within the bustling Old Quarter. The staff at reception was so helpful and friendly. We were on the 9th floor,room was large for hanoi, good views. From little balcony Bathroom perfect. Definatly would stay here again
