Location is walking distance with mtr to the hotel. Room is clean and come with ‘Xiao Ai’ AI voice system. Very nice features included in the hotel. Room is comfy and quiet. Also hotel is stone throw away from eateries. Amenities is good and even prepare one time use face towel. A plus

Best hotel I’ve stayed in Shenzhen so far. I’ve stayed in 3 different places. The staffs are kind and accommodating. Fanshen is a great area with lots of food stalls. You get to be among the locals here. The room has xiao du which is a voice assistant. Amazing.

The location is great and the room is clean. I had the normal room with AI voice assistant and it is great experience. There is a lot of restaurants nearby so you don't have to worry about not finding anything to eat.

Staff service was excellent with quick check in and check out! Room was clean and modern with Smart Voice Intelligence! Hotel is conveniently located less than ten minutes walk from subway. I I highly recommend this restaurant.

Perfect location, just a stone throw away to Fanshen Food Street 🍲 with hundreds of food stalls and only 1.5 km away from UNIWALK Mall 🛒 which is the largest in Shenzhen. We chose the gaming 🎮 room as our entertainment and really enjoyed the speedy Internet and fast PCs. Beds 🛏️ are comfortable and the room has a view of the food street.. Which made us perpetually hungry 😋. Highly recommended hotel 🏩 👍!!

HOTEL IS CLEAN.stay for two nights . Staff is helpful and friendly. Night market and convenience store nearby the hotel .Overall is good.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it definitely won’t be the last. I was impressed by the smart room setup – all electrical items are voice-controlled, which made the stay both fun and convenient. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is also excellent, with plenty of great food options nearby, especially the restaurant on the ground level. Plus, the subway station is just a 10-minute walk away. I’m already planning to come back for my next visit!

Staff was friendly and efficient. Delicious Latte in the lobby. Lots of dining options nearby. Short walk from the subway. Good air conditioning, ❄️lowered the temperature quickly. Excellent water pressure in the shower!🚿 Good quality bath products in the shower. Little to no street noise, we slept well. The floors in the room and hall could use a thorough cleaning, but overall a pleasant stay.

It’s good to stay for a day ,, close to metro station. Lot of restaurants near by , hotel is expensive compared to other same star hotels ,
