I recently had the pleasure of staying at INTUITION NISEKO during my trip to Niseko, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was help with my luggage or in-room facilities , they made me feel truly valued as a guest. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Especially the sofa, I even asked for the brand name that I would like to buy a same one for my home. Super thanks to Dorothy for the info she provided! Moreover, I loved waking up to the serene snowy landscape outside my window! If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Niseko, INTUITION is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

很好的酒店 無論是服務，硬件，配件都是一流的 入住時前台會提供一個WhatsApp電話 方便客人入住期間的所有安排，包括安排車接送，更換毛巾，預約清潔等等。 我們訂的是三房間隔的房間，配有三個廁所，家人們早上都不用排隊，房間對正羊蹄山，拍照超好看。 早餐中規中矩，沒有太驚喜的，已經包括在房價內，沒有太多要求，如果對早餐有要求的可以自己買材料回酒店煮。 唯一比較遜色的，就是廚房設備，沒有火鍋的設備，但是微波爐及蒸焗爐是Miele的，很好用很方便，看得出酒店的管理團隊很愿意花钱在硬件上。 最值得稱讚的就是服務，由於酒店距離雪場相對比較遠，每次叫車來回雪場接送都很方便，只需要提前5至10分鐘通知就可以。 下次再來二世古也必定會再住的酒店 Thanks intuition team again🥰

酒店是新的，乾淨，房間比較小，兩個大行李箱打開，沒地方下腳，整體像中國國內的全季酒店的水平。但價格是這同等水平國內的15倍，真的貴，這預算可以住中國最奢華酒店的水平了。 房間是公寓感覺，有簡單廚房，沒有每日清掃服務。早上10點就要退房，但要下午3點才可入住。

對待中國遊客比他國遊客態度更差，能説比較流利的英語才能讓前台説中文的小哥態度變好一點。房間2天才能做一次清潔，4天才能換一次毛巾床單。房間比較擁擠，和隔壁房間之間的隔音差。

A huge thank you to all the staff who work at Intuition!!! You guys were absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived to end of our stay you guys were so helpful despite how many people we had you guys were more than willing to accommodate!!! Especially Simon, Honza and Gustav who helped manage our 20 people crew truely incredible, you guys really made the trip so much more easier and less stressful - it’s SO helpful to have the rides everywhere and so close to the lifts! Cannot recommend this place enough!!!!!

Intuition is absolutely beautiful! This has to be one of my favourite places in the whole of Niseko (‘: the amenities of the hotel is great and it’s also situationally located super close to the slopes making it easy to get around! Might i add that the penthouse has the dreamiest outdoor bath tub and i am truly floored at how exceptional everything was. It’s a 10/10 for me!

What can I say that hasn’t already been said about this amazing place. Nestled close enough to the main parts of town to be able to walk to everything and set by itself to enjoy 360 views. The appartments we had were huge and accommodated for everything, with a high level of detail. I couldn’t believe how personable, welcoming and accommodating the staff were. A big mention to Simon, Charlotte, Honza and Gustav who not only helped with recommendations but drove us around but took it from 5/5 to 10/5. 100% will return.
