Kent: hotel a 2 stelle

Questo hotel è davvero cattivo, molto meglio di quanto immaginassi, e una buona scelta

Questo hotel è fantastico. Le camere sono sempre pulite, ben fornite di lenzuola, asciugamani e, soprattutto, hanno utensili da cucina e stoviglie che aiutano a cucinare. La posizione è eccellente con negozi molto nelle vicinanze, un 7-11, Starbucks e alcuni ristoranti a 5 minuti a piedi dalla vostra camera. Il personale è sempre gentile e cordiale e hanno a disposizione il servizio di lavanderia. C'è un costo di 7 dollari a notte per il parcheggio, ma questo aiuta a mantenere il parcheggio sicuro e in tutta onestà, potrebbe essere molto più alto. Raccomanderei questo hotel a chiunque. Dirò questo però, controlla i siti di prenotazione di terze parti prima di prenotare direttamente in quanto potresti essere in grado di ottenere un affare migliore.

Il personale non è molto amichevole, la zona non è molto sicura e la stanza era sporca.Abbiamo trovato vecchi pistacchi sotto l'osmano nella nostra stanza. L'uomo che ci ha controllati sembrava irritato che siamo arrivati e lo abbiamo interrotto. Non ci ha mai accolto e non ci ha mai salutati o sorridenti. Dovremmo essere i nostri a salutare quando siamo entrati. Non consiglio questo hotel. Potrebbero fare molto meglio. Sembrava anche che ci fosse un generatore o qualcosa che stava correndo tutta la notte, entrambe le notti, così siamo rimasti, era molto alto nella stanza, non dormivamo bene.

E' molto buono. Il servizio è buono e soddisfacente e la colazione è ricco. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel due volte, vale la pena scegliere

The room is clean and the service is good, however, they are still hiding behind the ”we cant service your room because of Covid” excuse. Which is now an old record especially as many hotels have got back to full service. The thing which really lit me up was after a 4 day stay for $570, ”It is against company policy to call a taxi for the airport” however they will give you a number, which my UK cell was having problems to connect with. I asked if I could use the desk phone and make the call myself, ”no we cant do that either”. I had to call a colleague who I knew had a US cell as well at UK to call me a taxi. VERY DISAPPOINTING END TO THE TRIP.

Our family was initially booked across the street at the Ramada Wyndham Kent, but immediately left because it was scary and filthy and they assigned us an occupied room and we walked in on some sketchy tenants. It was late, my kids were tired, so we stayed close and went across street to Comfort Inn; WORLD of difference!! It was modern, well lit, sparkling clean, with smiling staff. Our room was comfortable and the hot buffet breakfast included with stay was fresh and tasty. Excellent establishment! It was unfortunately close to the crime-ridden area of the Ramada, but Comfort Inn felt safe once inside.
