Hotel in zona KGV Osterholz, Kassel

Abbiamo avuto un bellissimo soggiorno di due giorni in questo hotel storico, un tempo un monastero. Poiché avevamo motocicletta dovevamo parcheggiare nel garage dietro l’hotel come il terreno ridotto, abbattuto rendeva insicuro parcheggiare. Il personale era amichevole ed efficiente. La nostra camera era piccola ma confortevole, guardando il giardino della birra. Abbiamo ricevuto un buono per un drink al bar che era un bel toccamento. Abbiamo amato la miscela dell'hotel boutique moderno, preservando la storia e l'architettura del posto. Non abbiamo avuto colazione ma abbiamo avuto un grande pasto serale nel ristorante. Ha avuto una grande posizione vicino al centro di Kassal e al fiume. Quando ci siamo fermati c'era un festival con musica, cibo e birra che ci piaceva. Avremmo consigliato questo hotel.

Camera spaziosa con macchina del caffè come in tutti gli hotel H4. Bagno spazioso con vasca e doccia Personale alla Reception cordiale e disponibile, ma dipende completamente dal gestionale e non è in grado di prendere decisioni nonostante ad esempio la mia lamentela per la pessima cena al ristorante, da quì la mia valutazione negativa altrimenti avrei dato volentieri 4 stelle. Ristorante : Personale poco gentile, e poco disponibile. Non ricordo il nome della pietanza ma c'era del pesce con delle fave e credo (limone?) su qualcosa che somigliava a degli spaghetti : al primo boccone ho sentito dei vapori pungenti passare dalla bocca e salire fin su nel naso, nauseabondo, mai capitato in vita mia. L' ho lasciato interamente nel piatto, mangiato solo 2 pezzetti piccoli di pesce la cameriera non ha battuto ciglio nemmeno quando ho ordinato un' insalata dicendo che non potevo mangiare quella ”pietanza ” . Mi ha molto irritato il prezzo intero che mi è stato addebitato, nessuna flessibilità, della serie : ” hai ordinato ? anche se è pessimo e non lo mangi lo paghi lo stesso! ” Non faccio mai polemiche e pago senza problemi, ma per chi verrà dopo di me : Se soggiornate all' H4 di Kassel state lontani dal ristorante e se proprio volete provare, non ordinate pesce con fave e limone .

La ricezione è molto calda e la stanza è molto tranquilla.E'molto conveniente uscire dalla porta.

We dont have anything negative to say about the hotel. Everything was working very well. The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. Service in the reception is good and all of the facilities are working as they should. Absolutely no issues on that part and considering the price, then it is an absolute bargain. We also visited the restaurant at the hotel and that was on the other hand a disaster. It was quite booked on the day we visited, because of some corporate event. This resulted in the waitress being a bit stressed, but it was still handled very badly. We waited half an hour to get the menu. After that we was informed that some of the courses couldnt be served, because they were out of different things, but we got an option to order one burger, which was not served on the homemade bread that normally was served, but on some cheap bun from the supermarket. Considering Covid-19 we also observed that menu's were just delivered from one occapied table to another - without any cleaning - and after we had observed that one guest had been licking their fingers between every side swap in the menu. Disgusting and in the current covid situation absolutely not acceptable. In total. 5 star for the hotel. 1 star for the restaurant. Would happily go back to visit hotel, but the restaurant visit was not acceptable.

Nous avions réservé une suite et une chambre et souhaitions disposer d'un lit pour bébé, devinez dans quel hébergement nous avons retrouvé le petit lit? dans la chambre double bien sûr malgré la surface énorme disponible dans la suite; cela ne s'invente pas. Nous avions réservé une nuit pour être hébergé et nourri après 500 km d'autoroute. Le préposé un accueil actif ce soir là nous a précisé que le resto était fermé et qu'il existait différentes auberges à proximité. nous nos sommes donc crapahutés vers les chambres avec les bagages, une bouteille d'eau minérale et un verre sans aucune assistance. après avoir découvert le bon bâtiment et la chambre nous sommes donc partis nous sustenter à Baunatal. Ce complexe hôtelier est en fait un campus spartiate à l'architecture néobauhaus de 2018: les chambres spartiates où le gris, le blanc et le brun dominent sont très bien équipées mais le mini-bar est absent et l'eau minérale se boira tiède. Lors de notre arrivée en hiver les chambres n'étaient pas chauffées. Notons que les bâtiments ne sont pas climatisés l'été. Nous avons compté le soir 12 voitures dans le parking gratuit. En somme l'hôtel était vide et le restaurant Kochwerk aussi, faute de clientèle suffisante ce qui n'est mentionné nulle part lors de la réservation mais bien sur la notice que vous recevez à l'accueil. Les connexion wifi et 4G sont correctes dans toutes les parties de l'énorme campus. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le personnel en salle courtois et souriant ce qui contraste avec celui de la réception. Une mention particulière pour la machine à café qui vous concocte un expresso digne des baristas Italiens.

L'hotel è situato in un quartiere residenziale vicino al bordo della città antica. Con la bicicletta incredibile, con la bicicletta elettronica non c'è problema. Le biciclette possono essere posizionate bene in un garage chiuso. Ci siamo trasferiti in una ”comfort-double room”. Ricordo un po' gli anni '80, ma era abbastanza grande e pulito. Anche il bagno ha il flair degli anni '80. Ma anche qui: abbastanza grande e pulito. I mattoni erano relativamente nuovi, anche se un po' morbido, ma tutti hanno i loro preferiti. Abbiamo dormito molto bene. Le camere di business sono probabilmente ristrutturate, corrispondenti al gusto del tempo, ma sono anche un po' più costose. La colazione è calcolata con 8,90 € in più, ma il suo denaro vale la pena. Esso è sempre fresco. Naturalmente non c'è salmone e sega per il denaro. L'hotel non ha un ristorante, ma collabora con un ristorante balcanico per qualche strada. Non abbiamo mangiato molto bene ”giugoslavo”. Bevande fredde si ottiene all'auto intorno all'ora. I dipendenti sono molto amichevoli e preconciliabili. In generale, l'hotel sembra essere usato molto da passeggeri e da passeggeri di business, ma non ha effetti negativi. La prenotazione diretta è stata più economica che attraverso i portali di prenotazione pertinenti. Il fine settimana è più economico che il mezzo settimanale. Se si cerca un alloggio ragionevole a un prezzo reale sulla strada Fuldarad, possiamo consigliare questo hotel di buona coscienza.

Us: Two adults and two small kids. Great experience and stay at an authentic castle, taking us back to the middle age. The service were good and so was the cleanliness. The design of the rooms stayed true to the style of the castle, and it was a fun experience walking to the top of rapunzels tower. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both living up to the expectations in terms of quality. During dinner, we were sitting at the terrance with a wonderful view of hills and nature. Overall atmosphere is pleasant and authentic and a place to stay for couples with or without children.

This is the best hotel in the H Hotels chain. The rooms are very well presented and comfortable. All of the public areas are also lovely. It is a great cosy atmosphere in the winter or a lovely terrace area for a summer evenings drink. The food is fine for a chain hotel and the breakfast is well made and the staff are attentive to make eggs as you wish to have them. It is a little gem off the beaten track. Perhaps the only thing missing would be a spa area or an option for a bath in the room. Such things would make it a very romantic destination.
