Leider war nicht bei der Buchung zu erkennen, dass die Unterkunft nicht gehbehindert ausgerichtet war. In der Remise gab es keinen Fahrstuhl , sodass wir die frühzeitig abreisen mussten. Für ältere Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ist dieses Hotel nicht geeignet. Der Speisesaal wäre auch zu eng. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Sie sagten auf Ihrer Hotelseite wird es ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen. Bitte machen sie es auch. Es ist sehr schade, dass ich meiner Mutter keinen schönen Aufenthalt geben könnte. Good location for walks and outdoor space but out of town if you’re looking for something lively. Breakfast was good, staff very polite. Room very spacious although bathroom a little dated.

Nice hotel beautifully located on a hill close to the Wilhelmshöhe Palace. The hotel has several wings where are the hotel rooms. From the hotel there’s a wonderful view over Kassel. The restaurant offers a good selection of foods, and has a extensive lunch buffet. In front of the hotel is a spacious terrace area where they serve foods and drinks. The hotel has its own Biergarten. The spa area is very nice and has a small pool, sauna and steam bath.

Very friendly staff, excellent rooms and location.
Special mention to the breakfast staff who took wonderful care of a member of our party who was gluten and lactose intolerant.
The natural pool is a cool feature.

Modern clean rooms and friendly staff. Excellent spa and great walks in the Bergpark. I always feel calm when I leave here. Great breakfast buffet.
