Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Karlsruhe

Plus: + Value for money as such but largely depending on what deal one can make. + Reception - friendly and efficient. + City Center + Public transport (with a trade off - see under minus) + Breakfast OK but just + Bar service - coffee service excellent + Room very good equipped + Clean + Excellent but expensive garage-parking. Minus: - The Airconditioning is a bad joke! Does not work but they offer you a (good working) ventilator instead! - Avoid if possible the rooms at the frontside corner. A continuous flow of traffic and loud Trams are passing. It’s impossible to open a window without running the risk of hearing damage!

About 10 of us stayed at the hotel for a fair trade. I was very satisfied, both with the communication before our trip and then service during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. The only negative was that street-facing rooms on the first level got quite noisy because of loud passers-by or possibly late-coming guests having a chat before coming in. Not sure the hotel can do anything about that, though. Luckily, the hotel is on a side street, not a main one with lots of traffic. I'd stay here again and can recommend it. The location is also great, walking-distance to many restaurants or even some shopping.

Albergo davvero eccellente! Ottima posizione a 8 minuti dalla stazione. Personale super gentile, camere pulitissime, alla reception sempre disponibile bevande calde e fredde, biscotti. Una colazione molto varia con ogni cibo si possa desiderare. Lo consiglio vivamente!!!! Truly excellent hotel! Excellent location 8 minutes from the station. Super friendly staff, spotless rooms, hot and cold drinks and biscuits always available at reception. A very varied breakfast with every food you could want. I highly recommend it!!!!

Ogni volta che passiamo attraverso Karlsruhe restiamo qui - l'atmosfera è grande, il personale è meraviglioso, il colazione è incluso e molti altri percorsi gratis (che altri hotel hanno da tempo fermato fornendo), fantastiche camere, e anche suggerimenti di percorso. E poi la posizione - così centrale, facile parcheggio e grandi shopping, camminare e mangiare possibilità proprio sulla porta. Molto consigliato!

I absolutely hate to give negative marks to anyone, but I feel that it is my responsibility to warn business travellers in particular about what seems to be going on at this hotel and, I am afraid, might well be going on across across the Novotel chain. I also want to alert their senior management who appear to have been deaf to comments passed to them by staff on the ground. I have used this hotel for almost 20 years for my occasional stays in Karlsruhe. It is clearly the first choice for business travellers to Karlsruhe: perfectly centrally located, superb transport connections, with all modern conveniences, very good and varied breakfast buffet, very helpful and unusually friendly staff and up until now well appointed rooms, But upon check-in this time, actually on a private visit, the staff seemed reluctant to let me have a room on the 4th floor, the first one to be completed in their current renovation process. I nevertheless chose a room there, had one look at it, and decided that it was a travesty for what is supposed to be a hotel for business travellers: No desk, no chair other than two huge reclining rocking chairs, no sockets other than a few German 220V outlets dotted about the room, one at a time, no USB charger points. In other words: not a place where one can do any work. Is a business traveller desperate to put a last touch on that PowerPoint for next morning going to balance a laptop on her lap while rocking in an easy chair just out of reach of the socket for the chargers? And, just to discourage the leisure traveller as well, they ripped out the bath tub and replaced it with a shower tray the same full size of a bathtub, and replaced the cupboard for your clothes with open hanging space only. My wife, for one, would not put up with spending a leisurely weekend staring at her dresses and coats. We are not of student-dig age anymore! The real insult is that all of these ”amenities” (necessities if you ask me) were and are still present in the un-renovated rooms on the lower floors, I was on a private trip, but still wanted to do some stuff, so I asked to change rooms, which was not a problem. But it would have been in the not too distant future. Accor Hotel management: PLEASE STOP AND THINK AGAIN, or this might not be the last review of this nature.

La ricezione dei partecipanti alla reception era amichevole ma un po' caotica. Purtroppo ci sono stati anche i partecipanti alla reception che erano piuttosto emozionati da domande e che hanno dimostrato chiaramente. La camera 208 è tranquilla ma molto stretta. E' strano che il bagno sia grande e sufficiente rispetto alla camera. Purtroppo, tutti i silicone fuggiti erano fortemente colorati e in parte dotati di sponde di funghi. La qualità della pulizia della camera e della bagno è stata molto dipendente dal personale di manutenzione. I primi due giorni, nonostante la pulizia, erano ancora punti di vetro e bottiglie distaccate e punti indefinibili sulle aree distaccate nel bagno e sul tavolo. La qualità del mattone era buona, purtroppo, i cuscini non erano così buoni. Il servizio di ottenere in qualsiasi momento un caffè o altre bevande calde nella sala colazione è un bel gesto. La colazione era in ordine senza essere qualcosa di speciale. La posizione del parcheggio è difficile da raggiungere grazie al parcheggio privato dell'hotel, con un'altezza massima di 1,5 m per i veicoli da regolare.

Non posso dire abbastanza. Molto bella e un'esperienza perfetta. L'hotel è bello e le camere sono molto belle! Il personale è bello e il complimentare colazione fantastico. Raccomando a chiunque resti qui. Proprio attraverso la strada dalla stazione ferroviaria, ma non si può sentire i treni da tutto all'interno della vostra stanza.

Können dieses Hotel in jeder Hinsicht nur empfehlen. Vom Empfang, über die Lage, die Zimmer und Betten, die Bar im Hotel alles perfekt. Parken für 10.- Euro in der Tiefgarage oder gratis auf dem Parkdeck. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum die Auswahl so frisch, gross und lecker super Kaffee!
