Hotel 4 stelle a Sofia

The Junior Suite was wonderful, essentially a studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, large windows, a private balcony seating area and extensive shelf space. The bathroom was very modern with a very nice tall shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large, with a couch. Definitely a great place for both short and long stays. There were a few small inconveniences in the room, but nothing that affected our stay (water seemed to leak over the door of the shower onto the shower mat; toilet seat was very stiff and loud to open/close; closets were very wide but oddly short to accommodate extra drawers, so too small to hang dresses in full length; the automatic lighting inside the closets did not turn off correctly; and our key card stopped working in the middle of our stay and had to be fixed at the reception). The hotel is very close to a tram stop, so it's easy to get into the city center, and it's also very close to the Cultural Center. It is a bit more of a trek to walk into the city, but still possible in 20 minutes or so. The hotel is located on a small street off the main road and the sidewalk leading up to it is very narrow and in disrepair. You would not guess that the inside of the hotel is so sleek and modern based on the older surrounding area.

Recentemente sono rimasto presso la Sofia Novotel e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza.Le camere erano molto pulite e ben mantenute, fornendo un confortevole spazio per rilassarsi dopo un giorno di lavoro. I letti erano perfetti, non troppo fermi e non troppo morbi, assicurando un grande sonno notturno. La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, situata intorno alla strada da un centro commerciale, che lo rende incredibilmente conveniente per cena, shopping e intrattenimento. Il colazione è stato eccellente, offrendo una buona varietà di opzioni fresche e deliziose per iniziare il giorno. L'unico punto di svolta è stato il palestra, che è molto piccolo e manca di pesanti pesi liberi e di un bar di tiro. Anche se è buono per un allenamento di base, chi cerca un più completo fitness potrebbe essere deluso. In generale, Sofia Novotel è una scelta per la sua posizione, comfort e servizio, ma gli entusiasti di fitness potrebbero trovare le strutture sportive limitate.

L'hotel è tutto a posto, pulito e spazioso.Il tipo di servizio di navetta notturna che ci ha preso il 30 aprile è grande. Molto attento, ci ha chiamato per assicurarci di raggiungere l'aeroporto. La signora è una pelle oscura, con capelli curli legati ai capelli e era in servizio il 1 maggio tra 8.30-9.40 am. Abbiamo prenotato il servizio di navetta al 8.30 ma dal momento che siamo in ritardo, abbiamo chiamato la ricezione per cancellare la prenotazione. La sua risposta era che non poteva essere cancellato dovete prendere un taxi all'aeroporto. Quando siamo arrivati alla reception a 8.55 sono e chiesto di nuovo dove è il shuffle aeroporto ha detto in una voce sterna senza sorriso si deve prenotare via QRcode. abbiamo deciso di aspettare all'ingresso principale per la navetta che non si è presentata. Sono tornato alla ricezione a 9.05 am e mi chiedo perché ho perso il bus anche se ero lì a 8.55 am e lei ha risposto con un viso retto a sinistra a 9:00. Ho deciso di prenotare il bus di navetta tramite il codice QR a 9.30 am e mi sono aspettato alla porta principale. A 9.28 am non c'era alcun segno di autobus, sono tornato alla ricezione e ha detto di aspettare per qualche minuto. A 9.35 am, era al telefono, ma ho visto 2 ospiti dell'hotel salire sul bus con il loro bagaglio sulla porta laterale (non la porta principale). Ho fatto girare 4 altri ospiti per informarli che il pick-up è alla porta laterale e abbiamo presto salito sull'autobus. Abbiamo scoperto che il ricevitore li ha detto di aspettare all'ingresso principale invece dell'ingresso laterale.Quindi alla fine abbiamo aspettato da 8.55 am fino 9.35 am e abbiamo perso il bus di trasporto 9am e quasi perso il 9.30am bus a causa di un ricevitore estremamente insufficiente che non dovrebbe essere in quel ruolo di ospite se lei si sente che ogni domanda che le viene presentata è una cora. La gestione dell'ufficio si prega di riesaminare i vostri standard di qualità del servizio. Questa atteggiamento è semplicemente inaccettabile e non è un hotel economico.

I stayed at WN Hotel for 3 days as a remote worker and was pleasantly surprised at every turn. The self check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the keyless Bluetooth door entry made coming and going effortless. The rooms are huge — perfect for setting up a comfortable workspace.The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful whenever I needed anything. While the hotel isn't located in the city center (so it may be less ideal for travelers looking to explore Sofia in just a day), it's absolutely heaven for remote workers. The surrounding area is alive and booming with shops, bars, and restaurants, giving off a young, productive vibe. Highly recommended for digital nomads and anyone looking for a comfortable, modern stay!

Very Disappointing Service – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at Hotel COOP Sofia and had an unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists, Mariana. When I called the reception to request some ice for my room, she informed me ,in a rather rude tone ! That the hotel does not deliver ice to rooms and that I had to come downstairs to collect it myself. As I tried to explain that I had received ice in my room the previous evening, she abruptly hung up the phone. When I went down to the lobby to clarify the situation, I told her that her behavior was unacceptable and that an apology would be appropriate. Instead of apologizing, she claimed she was “too busy” and that there were “too many guests,” although the lobby was completely empty at the time. She then asked, again in a dismissive way, whether I still wanted the ice. I requested to speak with her supervisor, but she pretended not to understand what I meant. Eventually, she brought me a small amount of ice in a paper cup. Only after I insisted did she return with an ice bucket and tongs. This level of service is far below what one would expect from a four starts hotel of this category. The experience left a very negative impression, and I will certainly not stay here again. Aside from this, the hotel’s facilities are average at best and do not justify the price. The only real advantage is the availability of parking, which also comes with an additional charge of €12 per day.

Nel complesso, l'hotel ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Le camere erano pulite e confortevoli, e il personale era cordiale e disponibile. La posizione era molto centrale, il che ha reso gli spostamenti facili. La colazione era discretamente varia, anche se alcuni aspetti avrebbero bisogno di un po' più di attenzione. Nel complesso, sono rimasto soddisfatto e lo consiglio.

Si trova vicino al centro città ed è molto comodo raggiungere a piedi la via pedonale, però l'hotel non è grande come pubblicizzato, la colazione prevede solo pochi tipi di pane, il che non è particolarmente abbondante! Se devi prendere un taxi dall'aeroporto al centro città, costa solo 20 in valuta locale, a me ne hanno addebitati 40, quindi fai attenzione!

La stanza non aveva l'impianto audio, durante il mio soggiorno non ho chiuso occhio, l'ultima notte è stata orribile. Colazione molto nella media, troppo semplice. Personale accogliente e disponibile.

The location is superb! It's only a walking distance to Boyana church and Boyana waterfalls. 5-10 minute walk circa. The rooms are spotless, warm and very classic. Amenities were ok for the price I've paid. From the airport just take the metro and stop to Vitosha station. Take the bus no.64 and it will bring you directly to the hotel. Great staff and super helpful specially the old lady. Not everyone understands and speaks English but it's ok. The location is about circa 20mins by bus to the city centre of Sofia. The place is so quiet and tranquil. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to comeback during the summer season!

La colazione è stata un vero punto forte: eccellente varietà, ingredienti freschi e deliziose opzioni per tutti i gusti. Le camere erano pulite, confortevoli e ben tenute, e il personale era cordiale, professionale e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Nel complesso, un'esperienza fantastica e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque visiti Sofia.
