Hotel a Karlsruhe, Germania

L'hotel è stato aperto il giorno precedente, quindi, in un angolo, ancora l'atmosfera di costruzione, soprattutto fuori. Situazione in una zona commerciale disattiva, raggiungibile con l'auto, al tram più vicino sono circa 300m. Le camere e l'hotel sono moderne e chic, la colazione ci ha anche piacere nel tipo di presentazione e la selezione. Nel hipster Studio prenotato, una piccola cottura con frigorifero, sono pratiche anche bluetooth altoparlanti per il smartphone. Tuttavia, il hipster Studio non ha certamente i 32qm elencati! Personale molto amichevole. In sintesi, ci è piaciuto, al momento anche un buon rapporto prezzo-prezzo.

L'hotel si trova vicino alla Messe Karlsruhe e facilmente accessibile con trasporto pubblico. L'aspetto e la sensazione dell'hotel sono complessivamente moderni e ben fatto (tema floreale), le camere sono pulite e ben arredate. Tuttavia, due cose non ci sono state soddisfatte e altre persone hanno sentito lamentarsi: questo hotel non accetta nessun contante, ma solo carte. Per gli ospiti stranieri, anche i piccoli fatture devono essere pagati con carta e le commissioni di solito si applicano per ogni transazione. Perfettamente ottenere il pensiero della carta - solo politica, ma sicuramente non è amica degli ospiti. L'altro è che abbiamo dimenticato di portare l'adattatore di viaggio, non per la prima volta, ma in tutti gli hotel precedenti, abbiamo anche potuto prestare uno dalla ricezione. Da un hotel situato più vicino a un luogo come la Messe Karlsruhe e con quasi 160 camere, avremmo aspettato che fossero preparati con un paio di adattatori di viaggio. Come detto: un buon soggiorno in generale e probabilmente ripreseremo, se andremo a visitare la Messa Karlsruhe, ma altrimenti, cercheremmo sicuramente un altro hotel.

Albergo piaceva! Buona posizione (vicina alla stazione ferroviaria), personale molto accogliente, camere confortevoli. Colazione molto soddisfatta con una scelta eccellente di piatti (anche le patate fritte erano presenti)! Sono arrivato molto stanco, lasciato con molte emozioni positive!

Plus: + Value for money as such but largely depending on what deal one can make. + Reception - friendly and efficient. + City Center + Public transport (with a trade off - see under minus) + Breakfast OK but just + Bar service - coffee service excellent + Room very good equipped + Clean + Excellent but expensive garage-parking. Minus: - The Airconditioning is a bad joke! Does not work but they offer you a (good working) ventilator instead! - Avoid if possible the rooms at the frontside corner. A continuous flow of traffic and loud Trams are passing. It’s impossible to open a window without running the risk of hearing damage!

L'hotel è facile da raggiungere attraverso il trasporto pubblico, con una buona posizione centrale per le cose che vuoi vedere a Karlsruhe. Breakfast complimentary and a very nice sauna!

Big apartment, soft comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good location, everything is clean. Breakfast is great with more choice. La reception e il ristorante sono amichevole, soprattutto il personale del ristorante, una ragazza originaria della Croazia è molto amichevole e utile.

Hotel della catena B&B Hotels che ben conosciamo grazie alle esperienze positive avute in Francia, Italia e Germania, comodamente situato a breve distanza dall’ingresso sud della stazione centrale di Karlsruhe. Prenotato tramite il sito internet di B&B al costo di 78€ per una notte, due persone, colazione esclusa, posso dire che si è trattato di un ottimo soggiorno. Probabilmente il prezzo è stato un po’ oltre alla media ma, la presenza dell’ampio parcheggio gratuito in garage, collegato direttamente alla struttura tramite ascensore, è stato perfetto e ci ha permesso di girare la città anche il mattino successivo, solo questo vale un voto massimo. La camera è la classica di questo tipo di albergo (qui era presente anche un terzo letto) con bagno (dotato anche di phon) Wi-Fi, aria condizionata e, dietro al letto, una riproduzione della particolare mappa cittadina a ventaglio. Come in tutti gli alberghi della catena però, la mancanza un piccolo frigorifero è la cosa che più si fa sentire e, almeno per mio modo di vedere la stanza, aggiungerlo cambierebbe molto. In ogni caso, il gentile personale dell’albergo si è mostrato disponibile a mettere in fresco dei ghiaccioli, utili per trasportare qualcosa nella nostra borsa frigo. Grazie alla vicinanza alla stazione, basta percorrere il lungo passaggio che dall’ingresso sud porta all’ingresso principale per trovare diversi tram comodissimi per il centro città oltre a treni diretti nelle vicinanze o anche oltre e, ancora più in periodo di 9-Euro Ticket, questo è stato veramente perfetto. Un ottimo albergo, comodo, silenzioso, ben gestito, sicuramente sarebbe la prima scelta per un nuovo soggiorno a Karlsruhe.

I have chosen Radisson Blu based on my many experiences with the hotel chain I gained in USA before pandemic, boy was I wrong to chose them in Karlsruhe. The room was clean and as on the photos, in order and ready to be used - that's about it. At the arrival I have informed the receptionist we don't have a reservation but that I could do it online right away, she promptly offered to do it herself, when I asked about the price difference I have been told ''it should be more or less the same''. Her booking was 151 euros, the online was 71 euros.. so I booked online with my phone right in front of her. We needed to leave early in the morning so we were happy to learn the breakfast is 6.30am so we confirmed our attendance. When we presented ourselves at the breakfast 6.30am sharp we have been told there was an error and it will be served later. So we waited, when we were allowed to access the breakfast the staff lady realized our room number have not been charged for the breakfast, we offered to pay at the check out as the wallet was in the room upstairs, unfortunately the lady would not bend the rule and insist on the payment before consumption. Early morning, with a hungry 7yo, after waiting already because of wrong information provided, that's not what you want to hear. Fast forward, we are about to leave just to learn the parking was not part of the deal - 17euros from 9pm to 7.30am. Unfortunately the whole experience was not over, my daughter forgot her stuffed animal in the room, when I called the receptionist asking for options on how to get it (we were hours of driving away) I have been told they are ok to hand it over to a currier if I organize one. I am genuinely asking myself if Radisson Blu is still in hospitality business, the complete lack of focus or consideration of client's needs is just striking. I have provided my review to the Radisson Blu directly using the platform I booked with, they came back with automatic answer telling me they have ''taken care'' of the issues signed. I won't come back and I won't recommend.

La posizione è molto buona, non in città ma non troppo lontano dalla città. Il cinema non è nemmeno lontano. La colazione è sufficiente e per tutti. La stanza è bella e ben attrezzata, ma purtroppo non c'è un armadio dove si può eventualmente mettere la valigia. Ma non è un problema, c'è un abito o qualcosa del genere con i pannolini. Il bagno offre un forno, sacchetto igienico, asciugamani e shampoo con gel da doccia. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Ci sono abbastanza parcheggio accanto all'hotel e nelle vicinanze.
