I migliori hotel con spa a Johor Bahru

The hotel needs a renovation and update with the interior. The room (Premier King) is very spacious but the space is not properly utilized. TV is very small. Wall scones are almost falling and sanitary wares are old. WiFi inside the room is okay. The aircon and mini bar fridge are old but still working very well. There were hairs in the bathroom when I checked in. For breakfast, the pancake (Jan 29th) and Apam Balik (Jan 30th) are very very delicious as well as the dimsum. The water melon however tastes like onion (Jan 30), I suspected it was the knife they use to cut the watermelon. The hotel has so much potential if renovated. I just noticed they are not observing safety as they are using the ledge in the corridors to make a temporary rack for towels and rugs while the housekeeping staffs are cleaning the rooms. These might fall on the atrium which might harm someone below.

Room is clean. There is a fridge and slippers provided. No drain in bathroom, so alot of water from bathtub (even with shower curtain) will drip onto the floor. Breakfast has variety, quality average at best. If possible, ask for room facing away from KSL. There is a good night view.

This will be our 7th time staying over here in Amari, Johor Bahru Hotel as we simply missed the sumptuous great breakfast and facilities very much from our heart. We did a 3 Days 2 Nights. As per usual, our stay have been pleasant. For this time round, l have booked a Deluxe Room so that it is slightly more spacious than the Superior Room for more leg room movement and we lurved the ambience. Everything was okay except for the TV which was giving us some problem. One of the technician, Hafiz came to repair on the TV. At the same time he also assisted to replace the bedroom spotlight and ceiling light too. He was very professional. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay completely happily with no complaints. And we will definately be back for our short vacation once again. Thank you for having us once again. Till then.

In generale, è stata una buona esperienza di soggiorno! Per la mia sorpresa, la camera dell'hotel è buona, e la vista è maledetta! La posizione è super buona, ogni lunedì sera il mercato è proprio davanti all'hotel. L'unica cosa è se l'hotel può fornire un po' di spazio per gli anziani e i bambini saranno meglio, perché il check in tempo è alle 3:00, se arrivate prima, non c'è spazio per loro di riposo, e un sacco di ppl lì.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we felt at home. The cleaning was top-notch, and everything was well-maintained. What stood out the most was how kid-friendly the hotel is, with a great environment

L'hotel è vecchio ma la camera è pulita. Il parcheggio nel seminterrato è sporco e ha odore di fogna, ma per il resto l'intero hotel sembra relativamente pulito. Vengono forniti servizi di base, spazzolino da denti, dentifricio, cuffia per la doccia, sapone per le mani, cotton fioc, doccia e shampoo. Solo rasoio non fornito. La posizione è buona vicino al centro commerciale KSL.

The hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent amenities. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests like extra pillows, towels and etc. The only issue was that the air conditioning in the room was not working, so we called the front desk, and maintenance was sent to our room immediately to check and resolve the issue. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good location, just opposite Bukit Indah Aeon Shopping centre and next to Macdonald's. But Facilities wise is not ideal. Gym very small, only got 4 equipments. Located on ground floor and outside hotel. Swimming pool also just next to the GYM. You need to walk out of the lobby, out of the hotel to go to the pool and GYM. Yet hotel do not provide bathrobe so I don't know how the guest access the facilities. If rain even worst, no shelter linking the GYM and the lobby. 10th floor supposed to have a Club Lounge and staff told me no longer available... Food wise is fair. Some food like pau and hard boiled eggs are cold even tot they are on warmers... Room wise above average as bed got a bit of light stains and cigar burnt mark. Toilet glass door silicon already gone. Face towel not provided. Got shower gel and shampoo dispenser.

La posizione principale dell'hotel lo mette a 5-minute passeggiata da KSL City Mall e a breve distanza dalla piazza di Johor Bahru City, rendendolo conveniente sia per gli acquisti che per la ricerca di attrazioni locali. Tuttavia, soggiornato nella stanza ristrutturata, l'aria condizionata è rumorosa e la varietà di colazione deve essere migliorata.

A short getaway with my family of 4. This is my second time staying in this hotel. This time we stayed in Amerin suite. Room is very big with two separate bedroom. Both room has attached bathroom. One of it has a big bathtub & a separate shower. Free breakfast buffet provided. Wide selection of food to choose from. Location is just next to Perling Mall. Paradigm Mall is a few km away. Will definitely return to this hotel.
