It has great location. Walking distance to jb sentral. 24 hour reception. Friendly staff. Old hotel with old furnitures, etc. Bathroom has good water pressure. Value for money though 👍🏼

Booked the deluxe room for 3 people. Spacious and facilities were basic enough for a good shower. Near to CIQ and mall within 10 minutes walk. Price is reasonable for this kind of hotel setup.

Sadly noticed there is no housekeeping after 10 or 11pm . Another feedback is hotel location that is secluded n dark and round a corner. If traffic light can be installed before a bend, to encourage drivers to slow down would be safer for all crossing over the road

Last check in 11.30pm but lucky staff welcomed me. Location and service good.. Toilet too old, flush sometime not working. Water 🚿 dirty..

Walking distance to mall and immigration building. Not difficult to find using Google maps. Was not congested. Aircon was cold and water pressure was good.

我出差國內外多年，多次，來馬來也好幾次了，説實話，這是我住過最爛的酒店。第一，房間非常破舊，看下面圖片，像回到了上個世紀 第二，馬桶壞的要按還幾次碰巧才能沖水 第三，洗手盆漏水 第四，沒有拖鞋，找前台要，説沒有，兩手一攤。第四，沒有吹風機，還好，去前台借了一個。第五，床頭無插座，沒有電話。好了不説了。馬來還是很多好酒店的，也不貴，這家是奇葩，希望國人來馬，提前避坑。

뷰 하나가 가걱대비 끝내주게 좋은 호텔입니다 이 가격에 이만한 획트인 시티뷰 처음이었어요 객실은 조금 오래되었는데 가격 감안하먼 숙박가능한수준입니다 다만 아쉬운건 화장실 물 잘 안내려가는점 그리고 관광세가 포함으로 지불했는데, 괸광세 마지불로 알고 있더라구오. 바우처로 즡빙래서 지불하진 않았습니다 싱가포르 숙밧이 비싸서, 조호에서 숙박하시는분 CIQ에거 도보 이동 가능하며 전망 좋고 가격 저렴한 호텔이 아닐까 싶어요

個人感覺是住過的酒店最差的了，各種設施都很舊，還要收取一個房間10林吉特的旅遊税，還有50的按金。不過前台的小妹妹還是比較熱心，幫我們打印出行單。

Hotel ni betul-betul depan Double Tree Hilton JB. Walaupun lobinya cantik, tapi waktu nak ke bilik macam dalam filem 80-an. Daripada lif sampai laluan ke bilik. Unik! Tapi jangan terkejut, biliknya kemas tau. KELEBIHAN 1. Old but gold. Biliknya bersih, kemas dan selesa. 2. Tilam dan bantal juga selesa. 3. Lengkap dengan peti ais, toiletries dan water heater. 4. Staf lelaki yang waktu malam tu sangat membantu. Cakap pun sopan. Tahniah. 5. Paling best tingkapnya besar. So, dapat tengok view yang sangat cantik. KEKURANGAN Maaf jika kecil hati, cuma ulasan jujur untuk penambahbaikan. 1. Seterika tiada di bilik. Kena gosok baju di luar. Mujur seterika tu depan bilik kami. 2. Bilik kami tempah untuk 3 orang, tapi air mineral dalam bilik ada 2 saja. Patutnya letak 3 sesuai dengan penghuni bilik. Sekian sahaja ulasan saya. Terima kasih.
