Located near to the CIQ but please take note that the walk is not as convenient as you want it to be. However, great modern facilities, service staff are excellent and proficient in their respective roles. The swimming pool, breakfast and gym are all located on floor 1, and are great. They gave me a free upgrade and the room was comfortable and clean. Overall great.

the hotel room is huge and the bed is comfortable! my friend and i had a good rest and escape over the long weekend. However the location is far from austin and aeon hence there’s a high charge for grab as well.

The room was clean and huge. However the male staff was new and there is no mention of what time the breakfast starts at the counter. Took almost more than 30 mins to register us.

Location was near to custom, but hard to walk to hotel from custom since there's no direct road for walking, had to jay walk on road or take shuttle bus from hotel / grab to reach hotel. Room was rather big and spacious, but can start seeing some wear and tear on furniture like the table and sofa

Very nice and spacious room, bath room was good too. Only issue we have was going into the parking lot, it was a maze.

Was pleasant surprised at what was provided in the room. A couch was provided for resting, a desk with office-like set up for charging devices, bedroom slippers, two bath robes and lovely comfortable bedding. We were also surprised to be provided a microwave and some dining utensils along with plates. The service provided was good and prompt.

Had a long weekend getaway with my family and would say that overall experience was alright. Requested for high floor but was given mid floor only. Informed me that my room booking is locked due to special occasion: Bday celebration. Requested for 1 more pair of slippers but was told chargeable. Hey I stayed 2night and was not given another set. Water bottle was opened before but was placed together as new bottle. Overall may not reconsider staying for such service. Btw requested for change of bedsheet but housekeeping did not. We knew because they tried to clean away the dirt on it and did not replace new ones. Such a disappointment!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the toilet was spacious with complete amenities. However, the service was very disappointing.
Room 808 had a strong smoking smell, and the floor manager just sprayed perfume to cover it but the smoking smell is still there. When I requested a room change, the customer service staff was extremely rude, telling me to call back at 9 PM because it was their break-fast time and i should respect.
They were also reluctant and made it seem troublesome to change room. Propose Hotel management to arrange non muslim staff to handle calls during break fast timing in future, as Foreigners might not comprehend the situation.
Another major issue was the parking system. It is confusing for first-time visitors, as hotel guests need to park at level B2 and validate their Touch ’n Go card for free parking. During dinner hours, the queue for validation was ridiculously long, with only one counter available. We had to wait in a line with more than 10 people ahead of us, which was frustrating,
We are rushing for dinner, hence, we paid parking cost RM27 for just 3–4 hours, which is unreasonable.
The hotel staff, especially the phone helpline team, were rude and impatient. Calls took a long time to be answered, possibly due to staff shortages during the fasting month and Hari Raya eve holiday season.
Due to the rude staff and poor service, I will not stay at this hotel again.

Very close to the CIQ checkpoint, less than 10mins walk away, very convenient and an interesting experience to see the checkpoint in operation from the hotel room. The food was good, especially the prata

Apartment style Hotel. Big clean room to hibernate when fasting.
Once breakfast, Pray go out find kueh for raya and eat at bazaar.
Morning want eat breakfast before fasting no problem, order grab food or buy night before and heat up using in room microwave.
Hotel is near CIQ. But the walk there with bags can be dangerous because of traffic and lobangs on ground. So no choice, grab lo. But if you budget, can walk slowly there in hot sun or now in heavy rain.
I whack the ramdhan buffet. The range is not bad, but they don't top up. By 730pm, many dishes especially the sotong, prawn, crab all gone. Teh tarek also never top up.
All the best staying here.

My overall rating of the experience: 4 out of 5 stars. Comfortable common areas with a modern aesthetic, large rooms with clean sheets and comfy beds, plus decent facilities! Our room had no issues but the ones my friends stayed in did have a ponding problem in their showers. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located near the causeway and they even provide a complimentary shuttle bus to drop guests off at the popular shopping malls (albeit with limited timings for the malls further away). The food at breakfast was a bit of a mixed bag – it could certainly do with better quality ingredients and greater consistency. In terms of service, the staff were mostly polite and cordial, though none in particular made an impression. Having said that, it was a pleasant stay overall and definitely a viable option should we visit Johor Bahru again (:

First time ever encountering BROWN WATER from the shower. Never booking this again.
Booked 1 night at Capri for birthday celebration.
Hotel was close to CIQ but didn't have a proper walking path - we had to walk on the road with the vehicles.
Hotel was undergoing renovation at the lobby and pool area. Check-in was fast and fuss-free.
Room looked clean but was warm. Air-con was weak and took ages to cool the room, but was still warm at night. Hotel gave a mini cake and fruit platter with a typed happy birthday note. Was a nice gesture (I requested for a simple deco if possible), but the lack of air-con wasn't good for the platters.
Shower was relaxing at night. Bed was comfortable. Night view and morning sunrise was great.
It was a different story in the morning. We had yellow water from the tap and brown water in the shower. There was no way to wash up or shower. Hotel took some time to send someone up to our room to check it out. They didn't know what the problem was and could not offer a solution. They wanted to offer us a room to shower, but realised it was a hotel-wide problem. Upon prompting, the manager then tried to offer us a 30% refund but this wasn't just a service shortfall - it was brown water in the shower! Moreover, we obviously expected better standards when we booked Capri by Fraser.
Hotel finally offered a full refund. Even so, I can't help but wonder about the service standards. The whole stay felt like the hotel was just going through the motions to deliver what they are supposed to. Or rather, service without heart?
Regretful that I didnt book DoubleTree or another hotel instead of trusting the good reviews of Capri.

Place is very clean and spacious. Only downside is that it is currently renovating during our stay. Location is not directly walkable from CIQ. The lamp is nice
