The amenities were great but check-in service took too long which the staff faulted it due to their system

No safe box in the room. Breakfast spread is limited and the service staff asked us to sit outside where there are empty seats inside.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time there immensely. . Overall, a truly enjoyable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I celebrated my bday at Capri Hotel. Thank you for the complimentary cake. We faced sudden water leaking from the aircon, then we called the concierge. They immediately sent the technician to come up to fix it.

A nice clean hotel . Check-in service is very slow. Room service is fast and prompt. Hotel breakfast has lot of variety. OVERALL OK

The service is so nice. The room is big and I really like the view facing Singapore. It’s a pleasant stay for business travellers and it’s so quiet stay and very near to the city JB and malls. I love it.

Room is quite nice though there is minor flickering lights, water is slow to drain off at the showering area( have to get use to the food). Breakfast is quite wipespread. Only thing is the security guard, Raju on the first day of our early check in. He is quite impolite as he chase us down from the L40 lounge area when we visited it since we came quite early so need to wait for check in

Near customs, room view of the customs. Room is spacious and bed is comfy. Not all 1 bedroom deluxe comes with bathtub and the bathtub are not in very good condition. Good for guests who needs a kitchen. Overall, good relaxing stay.

The parking is extremely hard to access and confusing. It's like a maze and we feel so frustrated to move around with misleading exit signs too. However overall it's still a wonderful experience having a spacious and clean room.

It's very convenient, walking distance to checkpoint. There's shuttle too! There's also a mini mart just outside the hotel.

Excellent service and the room was top notch 👌 buffet breakfast has a variety of food, will visit again.

Overall a really good hotel that is well equipped and super convenient location. Cleanliness is good and has all the basic amenities. Would recommend this hotel for all.

2nd time staying at Capri but different room (this time Studio Executive King on the 23rd Floor). The only thing is that the bathing area of the bathroom, you need to ensure that the screen is firmly stick onto the glass panal or tape. As the screen will have a gap that the next building residence can see into the bathing area. Other than that, the room and location is great.

Clean and spacious room. My kids love it. We had an enjoyable stay there!
