It is good overall

Tempat sangat strategis di area bandara soeta kamar bersih wangi ada air panas nyaman buat beristirahat sejenak setelah dan saat akan melanjut perjalanan . sangat membantu untuk mempermudah dlm kepentingan bisnis. Terimakasih kepada petugas semua ramah baik dalam menjalankan tugas buat mbk Nuri dan terutama buat Mbk Anti Terimakasih telah membantu membelikan koper kalau gak ada bantuan mbk anti gak kebayang dech repotnya.. Buat Tim kebersihan jg Terimakasih banyak Buat yg bantu ngebawaain koper saya yg super berat Terimakasih... lupa namanya mas siapa ... Buat mas taufik orang lampung terimakasih Jg buat mbk Yelsi Terimakasih....

It’s good and near for late nights it’s ok to stay

Arrived after a 5 hour international flight 6am at T2 had to get to T1 which I am aware of. Got to the door and no lift is provided, had to carry my 2x 30kg up the stairs. I understand I am very early and asked what time the earliest possibility to check in. They simply said 2pm which is noted. However most hotels I have been to try their best to get a room ready usually by 10 or 12 they are able to let us in. We sat in the lobby with no sockets or compliments. The comfy chairs are in the back which they instantly said I had to pay to sit in those chairs. Waited till 12pm and noticed most of the rooms were cleaned and ready but yet again they refused to let me enter the room. Got into the room at 2 after waiting 8hours. Room is as expected in photos, only minus to me was no soap bar provided to wash hands in the bathroom. But the whole waiting until exactly 2pm was an ABSOLUTE joke, hotels always prioritise customer satisfaction and they missed all of it.

Most convenient place to stay for travellers on transit or deciding to rest after arriving late at night, and planning to head to the city the next day. Room was small and basic, and no windows, fitting the description when I made the booking. Bed and pillows were really cosy. Running hot warer which was excellent. Central airconditioning so I was unable to adjust the temperature. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and will not hesistate to use thie hotel for future transit stays.

I had a good night at the hotel. I took a free shuttle bus from Terminal 3. The train was closed at midnight , the ride was short. There's a faint ventilation noise that didn't bother me. They only accept payment cards, no cash. Some visitors were noisy in the night, but they calmed down. Unfortunately, they didn't have any food at the restaurant when I checked out

Malheureusement, je m’étais trompé de date de réservation donc pas pu séjourner et la modification de la date n’a pas été possible..

Great value for money! I would definitely recommend it for staying over!

Lokasi strategis untuk transit penerbangan berikutnya, fasilitas cukup baik.

房間小，密閉，沒有窗户，隔音又太差。。。

Была ночная пересадка, брали на сутки, цена = качество. Чисто, аккуратно. Вода в номере есть, гигиенические набор.
