Hotel Family-friendly a Johor Bahru

My family and I have been stayed in pulai springs for many times. We enjoy the swimming pool so much because it is big. However the pool that has slide was not clean enough. Actually the hotel generally look good externally and internally, but sadly the room, if you really look into it, can see that they should put effort to maintain the rooms. the toilets need to undergo major cleaning. There were stains on the walls, floor, basins and toilet bowls. Some areas of the rooms floor were dusty. The wall decorations were dusty too. The sofas really need new cover. Mostly torn and stained. The breakfast buffet spread was tasty this time. Last time i came it was not delish. Hope they consistently prepare delicious foods. The construction along the pulai springs entrance was quite disturbing. The dust and the uneven road surface might affect or damage visitors' vehicles. The staffs there were friendly and helpful too.

This is our 2nd time to stay at this hotel. The room was clean. But the shower have a bit problem as it a bit loose. Parking a bit limited. But overall stay here was good. The price was reasonable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we felt at home. The cleaning was top-notch, and everything was well-maintained. What stood out the most was how kid-friendly the hotel is, with a great environment

The check -in was regular and un eventful, but not very informed as to what we were getting for a room. We made our booking on booking.com however th room 208 that we walked into after check- in was nothing like the visual we saw online when we booked the room. The image online was a bright carpeted room with a large window, a queen sized bed with white clean linen. Room 208 was dark, had no windows, the phone did not work and there was a big patch of mold on the bathroom ceiling. We had to go back down to the front desk as the phone was not working so could not call down. Once at the front desk, I explained that the room we booked had a window, and we need to have a window. There was no apology for trying to put us in a room with no windows. The front desk lady explained that the only other room still available with a window has 2 beds not the one bed we booked. We did not have a choice, so we accepted the room with 2 beds. It was pass check in time, so there was not much rooms to offer. We were happy that we were able to get a new room available. Room 103, was better there was a window, but no carpet, room was one of 2 connection rooms, bathroom was clear of mold on the ceiling and good that the phone works and there was a bidet in the toilet and a rain shower too. We watched some CNA news in the afternoon but once we returned to the room at 10pm, there was no sound on the cna channel. We called down and were told it's the channel issue, I explained that there must be another channel in English not just CNA. We were told engineering has gone back for the day and will be back in the morning. I insisted and the lady informed that someone will come after 11pm to help, I said okay. The gentleman that came after 11pm, was helpful, he tuned channel 5, so that we could watch it and explained that cna is not working as its the channel issue. This was the best service provided to us on this visit.

Un appartamento molto bello e pulito! Host era molto comprensibile perché l'app forniva in modo errato un check-in precoce alle 10 per noi, (osservi che il check-in in tempo sarà alla standard 3pm), ma ha rapidamente pulito dopo l'ospite precedente ha lasciato e ha provato il suo meglio per lasciarci controllare in asap. view Bene, tutto è stato come descritto, TV ha netflix e youtube per noi di guardare :) tutto è stato pulito e in buone condizioni in generale! solo che, come menzionato da altre recensioni, Quando si accede, chiamali invece di aspettare che rispondano per via di testo perché devono venire a casa per ricevervi.Abbiamo chiamato e sono arrivati immediatamente, quindi non ci sono problemi :)

I luoghi erano incredibili, molto bellissimi e spaziosi. Amo la condizione generale della casa e tutte le attrezzature sono disponibili. Il mio preferito sarà la piscina privata e la sala Karaoke L'intero spazio è completamente climatizzato, che è un punto più del viaggio. Il luogo è facile da trovare e facile da accedere. L'ospite è molto amichevole, mantiene contatto con tempi e tempo per assicurarsi che tutto vada bene per il mio soggiorno. Molto consiglia a un gruppo di amici o famiglia di dare un tentativo di rimanere in questo luogo 👍🏻

Retroazione positiva: *L'unità 4105 è stata generalmente ben mantenuta e pulita. *Mi preoccupa che l'unità possa avere odore di fumo di sigaretta perché è consentito fumare, ma siamo grati che non abbiamo trovato alcun problema di malessere con esso. *In termini di manutenzione, la risposta del team è stata rapida - quando ho chiesto di prendere le matite di pavimento e quando ho sbagliato a chiedere di fornire i tovaglioli da bagno. *Possiamo ottenere una vista bella dall'unità e la posizione è conveniente per andare al centro finanziario, cibo/restauranti, KK Mart, spiaggia, etc2. Opportunità per il miglioramento: *Doveva seguire e chiedere il controllo in info, che è stato inviato poco prima 2.00pm il giorno del controllo. *Il check-in è stato ritardato fino a circa 4.30pm; è stato fatto per aspettare, seguire e cacciare, con ragione dato che la proprietà è stata completamente prenota il giorno precedente e ci sono troppe unità da pulire! *Il tempo di check-out è stato rivisto da 12.00pm a 11.00am, ma la notifica è stata inviata attraverso whatsapp a 9.20am al check-out giorno, che non ero a conoscenza fino a circa 11.09am quando ho controllato i miei messaggi. (Nota: Ma il pic è stato concordato quando ho detto che andremo a controllare alle 12:00, perché abbiamo controllato tardi e ci hanno informato tardi del cambiamento di orario.)
