Highly recommended this place if you are looking for a place to stay in Snow Valley. The service here is super good. The owners are very helpful since prior to my arrival. Quick response to Trip.com message and gave me WeChat contact. The lady owner had arranged transportations for our group and also answer every questions about the activities around Snow Valley. I found it very helpful and made our trip very smooth because of her help. When we arrived, she was very attentive and care for my elderly father. Every single questions was answered accordingly. The foods here were also delicious. They provided free hot water activity for complimentary too. My group was very happy staying here. The room is clean. Floor, bed, water are heated with electricity system.

Host was very helpful (active to communicate with us.), friendly and made us feel like we were part of the family. The people here are so nice. Host often asked us if we room were warm or cold, gave us some tips on what to do in the village and helped us book a bus to hotel and back to the city. And the food sold in the hotel was delicious and big portions. We hope to stay there again. See you next time.

Slight glitches when we checked in but all in all it's a great experience & the host are very nice and hospitable. They make sure we are well taken care of and provide short introduction of the activities around the snow town. The rooms are well decorated, cosy and very new. Rooms are A.I powered and each room are provided with 2 jackets (typical dongbei red flower jackets) which are surprising warm that keep out wind & retain heat well when I'm just on base layer. Jackets and caps are also provided in the lobby for guests for photo takings. Sleigh and snow moulds are provided free for the kids & and adults to play. Location wise they are situated rather far from bus dropoff point. However, on day of checkout their staff walked us to the station as we borrowed 2 sleighs to pull the kids out.

The homestay owner are very welcoming, they are also willing to help if we have transportation problems to their homestay. They will prepare simple Chinese style breakfast for guest as well. The room is spacious & clean.

I like this hotel a lott. First is because the staff is so nice even though we don’t speak the same language. They try really hard to accommodate us. Second, the room is really comfortable. They are nice and cozy even without window. I had a good time clean myself up before next destination. And for the price, it’s worth the money. Only the location is quite a distance from the centre but it’s close to all basic services and shops that you need. Even close to the mall and good restaurants. Mind you the hotel is on the 7th floor (if I am not mistaken) so you have to go inside the red building and take the elevator to the hotel lobby.

來打五星 服務：酒店位置是在一個老城區的類似於中央大街的景點旁邊，打車到中央大街起步價9塊錢，松花江纜車也是起步價基本上離市區的景點都很近，由可能也由於是老城區確實環境比較破舊，説實話對比一線城市整個哈爾濱都基建也都一般，本來一肚子火進了前台，電梯一開火就消一半，裝修風格值得這個價，樓下從燒烤到小吃，還有單元門口10塊錢3串的糖葫蘆那是啥都有 衞生：驚喜的是房間也很乾凈！！！！對比雲南動不動上千的民宿強了一百倍！！全屋智能所有備品都是一次性的，總之這絕對是遛娃寶地！！！性價比之王！！！ 服務：所有工作人員從前台到阿姨都非常熱情，衹要你説沒有她不幫忙的 而且聽説夏天也很涼快 從此以後再不去其他城市被宰了

衞生情況還可以，智能設備衹能聲控開關燈。 入住第一晚就被隔壁吵了一宿沒睡好覺，也不知道隔壁是住了什麼皮肉生意的，10點多就開始***一直到後半夜，震得牆都要塌了，站在走廊都能聽到，擾民程度就是差點報警抓他們。 除了這豆渣隔音之外其他條件都還好，樓下是萬達廣場，晚上還有許多小吃攤。就是附近特別不好停車，停商場停車場一小時4塊，進場即收費，住兩晚停車費也夠多的，所以我們衹好晚上停對面馬路邊，早上天亮前挪走（這邊白天貼條，晚上不管）。

Good location, the room is very spacious, room 15A14, 30th floor, there is a washing machine, it is in a high-rise building near Harbin West Railway Station, you can see the view of the railway station, the staff is very attentive, helpful, very kind, they are on the 8th floor, enter the same entrance as Ji Hotel, you can leave your luggage with them, compared to the price, the room is very cost-effective.

Siamo stati soddisfatti di rimanere in questo alloggio, perché il proprietario e sua moglie sono molto amichevoli e utili. Il alloggio è pulito e sono davvero preoccupati. Ci hanno aiutato facendo una prenotazione per l'autobus da Yabuli al loro inn e anche da loro inn alla città. I frutti congelati sono buoni .. ci hanno anche dato il loro paddy piantato come souvenir. Oltre a questo, il proprietario ci ha portati al riccio dell'orso e ha organizzato le attività, prendendoci foto ... la notte, ci ha portati alla città di neve per attività turistiche..

The best guesthouse I have ever stayed in. The best host, the best service, the best hospitality! This place is highly recommended, you won’t regret booking here. The price is incomparable with the service you received. The room says it comes with breakfast but we ate their food all the time😅(breakfast, lunch, teatime, dinner). Free flow of fruits, hot water, you can use their kitchen to cook. It made us feel home its like going back to your grandparents house. The host offered us to sleep in the other room and leave our luggage in the original room just because our window handle was broken and the room gets colder at night but we refused because we didn’t want to trouble the host for a small minor issues. Plus the blanket was so thick we slept like a baby. We were out of our budget to go for the mountain’s activities plus it was extremely cold, and the host took us out to try various outdoor games like sliding, tubing, and games that I didn’t even know what they are called and all these are for free! My friend’s boots were mistakenly worn by other guest who just left and the host drove my friend off to chase the bus and search for the boots, so responsible! We ate lots of their food and they only charged 10yuan for 2 people (so cheap!) and by the time I wanted to pay, I didn’t have small change and took out 100yuan, the host immediately refused to take the money and said “no need”. I felt like crying instantly as to how kind this host is and this really touched our hearts. We wish to comeback in the future and stay longer!
