秋姐 was very helpful in assisting us help to book our transport and recommended us places to visit thus making our trip very smooth. It felt like homely in the hotel. Very clean place.

The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and convenient for travel. The hotel owner is very friendly and hospitable. They were very helpful to us and let us borrow clothes without charging any money. The food at the restaurant is also delicious. I am very satisfied, and next time I visit, I will definitely stay here again. Khách sạn rất đẹp, sạch sẽ, thuận tiện đi lại. Chủ khách sạn rất thân thiện và hiếu khách. Họ rất hỗ trợ chúng tôi và cho chúng tôi mượn trang phục mà không lấy tiền. Đồ ăn của quán cũng ngon. Tôi rất hài lòng, lần sau quay lại nhất định sẽ thuê ở đây.

Hotel was fine, biggest problem was the heating. Much too hot and no aircon to keep temperatures reasonable.I woke up to 30 degrees inside the room. They came to open the windows and gave me many bottles of water.

La mia ragazza e io abbiamo prenotato una stanza in questo alloggio di accanto, ed è stato un bel posto per soggiornare. La casa è stata nuovamente ristrutturata, grande e la stanza molto pulita e confortevole. La casa ha tre livelli e un ascensore da usare, anche se siamo rimasti sul pavimento. Servivano un pranzo luminoso e una macchina espresso. Molto bella finitura e strutture nella stanza. Raccomanderò questo posto ai giovani viaggiatori che cercano un posto per stare vicino al centro sciistico, e ci sono anche un pilota per i servizi di carico/collocatura al centro sciistico e alla stazione Yabuli-Ovest.

The house owner easy to communicate and helpful. He message thru we chat and help us to book bus from harbin to wuchang @ their homestay at snow village. They provide mountain package to play ski and ride snow mobile only RMB400.Every morning the wife cook plain porridge, boiled egg and plain white bun for us. Muslim friendly guesthouse. The owner will bring wherever you want to go including nearby grocery shop. Horse riding to go around snow village also provided with RMB60 per person by the villagers. The snow slide just beside the house. At night we play firework provide by owner. Two days we stay is snowing but the room very comfortable use traditional way to warm the room

Останавливались в июне на две ночи. Отель чистый постоянно убираются. Номера не прокуренные что очень понравилось. Хозяйка Нина за этим следит. Расположение отличное. Всё рядом. Нина хорошо говорит на русском языке много подсказала нам магазинов которые не пешеходной улице и цены в них ниже. Остались довольны всем.

I had an amazing time, of course Sofitel never disappoints! 💜 The facilities were up to par, the food was exquisite and the service was top-notch. Everything was quite impressive, from the in-room dining experience to the indoor fitness center. The room was decorated free of charge at my request and spa packages were reasonably priced.

We stayed from 24-26 of December 2024 at room 11. Owner arranged for transport from Harbin for 100 yuan/person. This is no Ritz, but it feels like your grandma house, warm, inviting, big, homely and very clean. It was the perfect Christmas. For someone who lives in the city like Singapore, this is a perfect getaway for a couple. Definitely an experience you must try once in your life especially with this inn. You get to feel the warmth of the community and see the way the village come together to solve problems. The owners are friendly and humble, always ready to tend to whatever you want, no matter how late. Most important, they are honest and caring. Even after we left, the lady innkeeper made sure to ask her son 小田 to check if we have any problems going back to Harbin from snowtown. It is 15 minutes from the snow valley town centre, but it is surrounded by all shops that you need. You get the experience of peace while having a choice of going to the town centre with the owners fetching you for free. The innkeeper's cooking is so delicious, you don't need to go anywhere else to eat, especially her special pork fried rice and cucumber. I'm still hankering for it after I have left. (Please request for it! It's not on the menu!) We went to snow town after and we really regret not staying longer. You can take a 2hour bus from snow valley to snow town and back again, last bus at 6pm for 100yuan. Highly recommend this instead of staying at snow town.

黑河望江假日酒店，是非常好的一個酒店，地理位置好，酒店下邊就是黑龍江對面就是俄羅斯的故事，酒店內有停車場免費停車，酒店非常正規，乾淨，包括布草啊什麼的，都特別的好，而且還是寵物友好，可以帶狗狗。酒店還提供非常豐富的自助早餐，建議有自駕遊的，帶有寵物狗狗的，一定入住這家酒店，不會讓你失望的。
