We had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt truly well taken care of throughout our time here. Special thanks to Qiu Jie, who was always responsive and patient in answering our many questions via WeChat — her support made planning everything so much smoother. We’re also deeply grateful to the boss, Hongbo, for his warm hospitality and genuine care; it truly felt like staying with family rather than at a commercial accommodation. Everyone we met — including the chef and our drivers — was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. They were always ready to help with arrangements such as transportation and ticket bookings, and did so with great sincerity. We were also thoughtfully provided with frozen fruits, which was a lovely and refreshing treat after spending time outdoors in the cold. The location is about a 2-hour drive from Snow Town, and we loved being away from the busy, crowded tourist area. The peaceful rural surroundings allowed us to experience local life at a slower pace, complemented by delicious farm-to-table home-cooked meals. The hosts even taught us how to do the hot water splash, which was a fun and memorable experience in the freezing winter weather. As a bonus, there’s also a cute little deer in the backyard, which added an unexpected and delightful touch to our stay. They helped us book a visit to Gou Xiong Ling (¥400 per person, inclusive of transportation, entrance fee, and all rides). The snow activities — snowmobiling, snow tubing, snow drifting — were great fun, and we appreciated that photos and videos were taken and shared with us afterward. In addition, they assisted with ticketing and arrangements for our visit to Snow Town, including crossing Yangcaoshan by horse-drawn sled, taking a snowmobile up the mountain, and then a jeep ride down (with the option to walk down as well). Transportation back from Snow Town was also smoothly arranged. Overall, this stay offered not just comfort, but a truly warm, authentic, and thoughtfully curated experience. Highly recommended for travelers who value genuine hospitality, local experiences, and a peaceful alternative to the crowds of Snow Town.

The owners are very kind and nice. The room is also good, and importantly, it's always warm. Breakfast is included, and they can help you book tours to various places. The room provided hot water for showering 24 hours a day, and there's also free hot drinking water. The walls aren't soundproof, and unfortunately my room was next to the lobby, so it was noisy all the time. 😭 But overall, this accommodation is excellent! ❤️

We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests. A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference. Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable. This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. I would 1000% encourage anyone visiting Snow Town to book with them—you will not regret it. Our experience would have been completely different without them. Best experience when we stay there!!❤️ We are a group of 13 the host was very helpful, they help us to book our activities, our bus from snow village. So far the best place to stay in snow valley🫶❤️

It's a big, new & clean room. Plus walking distance to Metro ,bus & the railway station. Plenty of shops & restaurants around. There is no extra hook in the toilet & room. The hotel provided a hook as shown in the photo. No extra hook. So after hanging my Winter jacket, I got no more space for others. So I got an issue or no place to hang towels, clothes etc. Overall I am happy with the stay. Will stay again

Mr. He is extremely kind and helpful. He allowed us to send packages to the hotel even before we arrived and was always responsive. The room is spacious and clean, with a great location. There are many restaurants nearby, and it’s very close to Harbin Railway Station. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a wonderful stay here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location peaceful and had beautiful views. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Every detail was well prepared, and the amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay. The food was amazing too. I’m so thankful that they also serve halal foods. My trip to Snow Valley was amazing, made even better by a wonderful host. My friends and I stayed at Kuolanting Inn, and the service was excellent—even before the trip began.
