We had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt truly well taken care of throughout our time here. Special thanks to Qiu Jie, who was always responsive and patient in answering our many questions via WeChat — her support made planning everything so much smoother. We’re also deeply grateful to the boss, Hongbo, for his warm hospitality and genuine care; it truly felt like staying with family rather than at a commercial accommodation. Everyone we met — including the chef and our drivers — was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. They were always ready to help with arrangements such as transportation and ticket bookings, and did so with great sincerity. We were also thoughtfully provided with frozen fruits, which was a lovely and refreshing treat after spending time outdoors in the cold. The location is about a 2-hour drive from Snow Town, and we loved being away from the busy, crowded tourist area. The peaceful rural surroundings allowed us to experience local life at a slower pace, complemented by delicious farm-to-table home-cooked meals. The hosts even taught us how to do the hot water splash, which was a fun and memorable experience in the freezing winter weather. As a bonus, there’s also a cute little deer in the backyard, which added an unexpected and delightful touch to our stay. They helped us book a visit to Gou Xiong Ling (¥400 per person, inclusive of transportation, entrance fee, and all rides). The snow activities — snowmobiling, snow tubing, snow drifting — were great fun, and we appreciated that photos and videos were taken and shared with us afterward. In addition, they assisted with ticketing and arrangements for our visit to Snow Town, including crossing Yangcaoshan by horse-drawn sled, taking a snowmobile up the mountain, and then a jeep ride down (with the option to walk down as well). Transportation back from Snow Town was also smoothly arranged. Overall, this stay offered not just comfort, but a truly warm, authentic, and thoughtfully curated experience. Highly recommended for travelers who value genuine hospitality, local experiences, and a peaceful alternative to the crowds of Snow Town.

Cleanliness & Basics: The room was clean and we had hot water for showers. Authentic Experience: We enjoyed feeling immersed in the local neighborhood, with lots of small, inexpensive restaurants nearby. Points for Foreign Families to Note: Language Barrier: The staff were very kind and helpful, but did not speak English. They managed communication using translation apps, which was fine but required patience. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was entirely Chinese-style (congee, egg, steamed buns, pickles). Amenities: Don't expect extra facilities like a gym or pool. It's a place to sleep and clean up, not a resort. Local Focus: The inn is clearly geared toward domestic travelers, so room decor is simple and functional. Overall: This inn is an excellent, economical choice if you prioritize a clean room and good value. We were comfortable and would use it again for a budget trip

Highly recommend this hotel. Great location, the Xueyun Street (main street) is just at the door step. Minutes away from the snow mushroom 🍄 and easy to walk back after the night dance party and the hotel 我包肉 was great must order. Those who love great scenery should book this room as you can view big snowman from one window, another window you got to view the whole town from the top. Ticket to ten mile gallery mountain and bald mountain can ask their friendly pretty lady in charge to book for you, only recommended for those who can endure extreme cold. Great stay. The hotel, provide towels and everything unlike another hotel I had stay for my second night this is still the best. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I really enjoy staying here. The host was very nice. The room is clean and comfortable. There are a lot of activities we can do here. Beautiful place to visit .

It's a big, new & clean room. Plus walking distance to Metro ,bus & the railway station. Plenty of shops & restaurants around. There is no extra hook in the toilet & room. The hotel provided a hook as shown in the photo. No extra hook. So after hanging my Winter jacket, I got no more space for others. So I got an issue or no place to hang towels, clothes etc. Overall I am happy with the stay. Will stay again

Из плюсов: классное оформление номера, большая ванна перед окном, в номере очень тепло, даже жарко, большая кровать (мы спали втроём), шикарное расположение рядом к кварталом Барокко, отличный вид из окна. Минусы: чистота весьма условная, хотелось бы чтобы влажная уборка была более качественная. В номере были одноразовые полотенца. Их меняли ежедневно, как и тапочки и другие одноразовые вещи. Но всё же, одноразовые полотенцами пользоваться не удобно. В целом, проживание в номере оставило только положительные эмоции. Спасибо!

Il ristorante è ricco di scelta, non solo ci sono diversi ristoranti, ma anche un intero bar, e soddisfa facilmente le esigenze di cibo. Il parcheggio è anche molto cauto. Può essere parcheggiato fino a Wanda negativo parcheggio di due piani, con un tasso di 40 yuan per 24 ore; se vuoi risparmiare le spese, il proprietario dell'hotel fornirà anche un parcheggio gratuito, e il viaggio è conveniente e pratico.

Mr. He is extremely kind and helpful. He allowed us to send packages to the hotel even before we arrived and was always responsive. The room is spacious and clean, with a great location. There are many restaurants nearby, and it’s very close to Harbin Railway Station. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a wonderful stay here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location peaceful and had beautiful views. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Every detail was well prepared, and the amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay. The food was amazing too. I’m so thankful that they also serve halal foods. Overall, this homestay exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

We stayed here for 4D3N during our recent visit and it was a memorable experience for all of us. The place is comfortable & the host is really friendly. What makes this place so special? The host's service & hospitality. It is totally above and beyond which makes us really happy with our stay. Despite having a language barrier (we cannot speak or understand Mandarin), the family manages to accommodate all our requests and make us feel welcome. Upon confirmation, we contacted the host through WeChat and he helped us to arrange for return trip transportation from Harbin to Wuchang. Other activities that were arranged by the host: horse-drawn sleigh, visit to frozen waterfall & mini amusement park, private transfer to Snow Valley (journey approx. 2.5hrs/way), snowmobile to Bear Hill with other activities, play firecrackers during Lantern Festival, hot water splash in winter. Should you want to experience Northeastern hospitality, I highly recommend to put Kuolanting Inn as your choice. P/s: For Muslim traveller, there is no halal food available here, so please be prepared beforehand.
