Hotel a Joensuu, Finlandia

La stanza è semplice e confortevole, l'ambiente è pulito, il centro della città è situato, e il suo ambiente è caldo e caldo. Ci sono supermercati molto convenienti. Il panorama fuori dalla finestra è anche molto buono, e la partenza è stata ritardata.

Le strutture sembrano grandi, avevamo prenotato il Re Superiore per due notti, ma la stanza era estremamente polverosa e io mi sono addormentata, perché sono asmatica. Il puliziatore è venuto mentre usciamo e avevamo pulito il bagno, ma tutto il polvere nel dormitorio era intatta; mangiamo nel ristorante e il cibo era delizioso, ma il pastore ha messo una delle piatti sul mio partner e sul mio neonato. Ha espresso profondamente le sue scuse. Abbiamo anche ricevuto un doppio pagamento per un elemento e quando l'ho chiesto, mi è stato detto che il loro sistema non funziona bene e che sarebbe difficile restituire i soldi e ci vorrebbero prendere solo qualcosa del valore del sovraccarico invece di un rimborso. Quando mi sono allontanato, mi è stato detto che potevano solo restituire il sovraccarico. Spa è bello, ma purtroppo il negativo supera il positivo e non mi sarebbe stato possibile raccomandare a un amico. Non c'era alcuna compensazione per la mancanza di pulizia o per la mancanza di cibo che si spruzzava in tutto il vestito del mio partner e del mio bambino, avrei aspettato almeno un certo livello di buona volontà.
