Sono rimasto in questo hotel per 4 giorni nel mese di febbraio 22 come parte del pacchetto di quarantena. Camera fantastica con tutti i circuiti digitali controllati sia cortine, illuminazione, sistema di raffreddamento. Belle camere spaziali decorate. Il cibo era meglio di quanto si aspettasse. Essendo vegetariano, so che le mie opzioni saranno molto limitate, ma il cuoco mi ha davvero aiutato facendo paste di verdura e panini falafel, ecc. Vorrei rimanere qui di nuovo, certamente non sotto il pacchetto di quarantena, per esplorare ulteriormente le strutture disponibili. Qui vorrei ringraziare in particolare il gruppo di ricezione (scusate, ho dimenticato il nome della signora e del ragazzo della ricezione) che erano sempre pronti a aiutarmi e a aiutarmi a ogni passo durante la quarantena. Uno si fermerà in questo hotel.

I’m a resident in Jeddah but stayed with Crowne Plaza Al-Salam for 2 nights while we had some works going on in our house. The choice was based on 2 factors: location which was not far from our house and a friend’s recommendation. And let me start with saying it was a great choice. The location is on prince Sultan Street and convenient for any visitors to Jeddah as it has access to the main roads that take you anywhere in the city. And most importantly not far from airport. The hotel is relatively new and staff are amazingly friendly. Yousif from the reception team made our stay awesome with his kindness, support and free upgrade. He is really the best Saudi receptionist I’ve ever met. Parking is available for free. Our room was very nice and got everything we needed. Highly recommended for business visitors or tourists.

Checkin in late for one night to attend an important meeting.. i Asked for a late checkout and take the breakfast (Ramadhan time) at the hotel and my request was denied and they asked for a half day payment.. I paid for a half day and the insisted for me to leave at 6pm while I invited 2 of my friends to have the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant where Maghrib orayer was at 6.38pm.. noting that I have requested to make up the room at 12pm and returned back to my room at 5.15pm and no one cleaned the room, so, I was supposed to believe that someone will make up the room during Ramadhan at 6pm for the next quest!!!! It was one of my most terrible experience and the hotel is classified 5 stars! Real disappointment, I will reconsider staying again despite being very close to my office. Rating of location, rooms is 4.0-4.5/5 and based on valye of money.. Service and available staff is 1/5 Duty manager: 0/5

It was a really bad experience overall... The room had an old dirty smelly carpet. The room and the bathroom lighting was so bad, it was so dim that you can't see clearly until you open the curtains during daytime (otherwise it's so dim, in the night there is no solution to this issue). The parking area in the hotel is always a big problem👎🏻👎🏻 They have a very busy meeting rooms all week days, which means busy elevators, less parking spots and of course the staff will be busy looking after them. This goes on from early morning until the evening (if you are looking for a calm place then this place is not for you). The streets around the hotel is full of potholes (it's really bad).. The breakfast buffet was below average (nothing tasted good for me personally). Also the omelets were always bad (my nephew can make much better omelets). The restaurant staff had really bad attitude, whenever I asked for help it is either they weren't there or didn't help or gave me an attitude for asking for basic things. (Younis 👎🏻, Mushtag and Pasang). The gym was good enough. There is a rooftop swimming pool with good atmosphere at night. The only really good thing about this hotel was the receptionist Sara. She was really welcoming, friendly and helpful...
