Pernottamento all'hotel Mercure Jakarta Kota sabato sera. L'hotel non è troppo affollato. Il prezzo è conveniente Le strutture della camera sembrano vecchie ma comunque ok. Bagno, palestra e piscina sono le strutture che ho ricevuto durante il soggiorno. La posizione strategica vicino a LTC e non troppo lontana se vuoi andare alla Fiera di Giakarta. Purtroppo il sorriso fumante è troppo forte. L'hotel deve effettuare una pulizia profonda in tutta l'area dell'hotel per ripristinare le condizioni. Non corrisponde al segnale di divieto di fumare ovunque, ma l'odore di fumo è quasi ovunque. Forse la politica precedente consente di fumare in tutto l'hotel. Alcuni rubinetti necessitano di essere controllati per mantenerli funzionanti. Nel complesso vale la pena soggiornare qui…

Hotel was good enough for a two nights stay. The room was a bit dated, the holder for the air con remote was barely hanging on, the floor had what looked like paint drips that dried up over time, it was a bit dated needed a bit or more maintaince. The elevators took a long time to come to the floor and go up and down. Might have been to have more since there are so many floors. Was surprised when there were loud sounds coming from a speaker outside which could be an alarm for prayer time during the early morning around 4:30am. It went on for a while. The buffet breakfast spread was well equipped with a variety of choices.

The location is very good and it is connected with the food shop. Beside there is a very famous nasi padang. Room is big but i find there is not much space to hang the cloth as we are staying for 5 nights for business traveling. Need to have some improvement. Somehow, the housekeeping need to take note of the cleaness of the shower area.

Stayed here for a friend wedding. Booking through Trip.com. Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room). Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved. For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there. breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.

My boss always tells to book this hotel. Not far from Kota Tua and other places. We can find a few restaurants. Thank you

Per il prezzo offerto, non ci sono denunce. È sorprendente che era abbastanza quando si accende. Realizzato la sera potrebbe essere dovuto alla costruzione della linea ferroviaria. Corto a Gajah Mada Plaza, ma è una scelta piuttosto piccola e limitata. Il centro commerciale recentemente ristrutturato e alcune opzioni di F&B. Purtroppo nessun caffè. Per un fermo, dovrebbe essere buono ma vicino con il traffico pesante dall'aeroporto.

È stato un ultimo minuto di prenotazione e abbiamo scelto questo hotel a causa della vicinanza al luogo dove dobbiamo andare e il prezzo era piuttosto ragionevole rispetto a tutti gli altri hotel vicini. All’inizio abbiamo prenotato una stanza gemella perché era quella che aveva un prezzo promozionale. Quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo trovato che la stanza era riempita di fumi di pittura, e invece si sono accontentati di cambiare la nostra stanza in un bellissimo letto di grandezza. Il centro di Wi-Fi è stato molto ampio, ma non abbiamo avuto tempo di nuotare. Forse la prossima volta dobbiamo rimanere nella zona di Kingan, sceglieremo questo hotel di nuovo.

Very convenient location. Less than 5 minutes drive to PIM mall. The staffs are very friendly and ready to assist you. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast place was very crowded tho. I couldn’t find place to sit for breakfast.

This was my second time at the hotel. The first time was when it was still owned by Harris. Everything went well, except the breakfast menu wasn’t as good as the one offered under Harris
