Repubblica Ceca: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Regione di Karlovy Vary

Great location with a multilingual staff! The free 3-hour access to Saunia is a big plus + the added convenience of an in-house clinic that offers several therapies as well as spa services. The breakfast buffet is very filling and varied. All in all, a very convenient location and hotel stay!

Purtroppo l'hotel non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, ma le camere erano ben tagliate e generose, ma sembravano un po' abituate e avevano alcuni punti. Anche il benessere ci ha convinti solo in una certa misura: la piscina era piuttosto fredda e non tutte le saune erano in servizio. Tuttavia, è positivo sottolineare il personale estremamente amichevole e precoce.

Wir hatten zu dritt eine Suite, mit herrlich viel Platz auch gerade im Bad, wenn man sich morgens schnell fertig machen will. Sauna und Schwimmbad waren eine positive Überraschung. Ich vermisste echtes Vollkornbrot beim Frühstück. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Very good. I could check in even at 11 in the morning, instead at 2 pm. The room was small, but perfect for solo traveller. Plenty of the SPA facilities, friendly staff, speak multiple languages. Nice breakfast ( except water melon, at some point, in the beginning it was empty, but not refilled during the service) I really loved the tea room with the amazing choice of different teas. I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Karlovy Vary.

We have reserved amd paid 5 rooms but only provided 4 rooms upon arrival. Eventhough that the hotel offered another room in a nearby hotel (which is less renovated than Corso), it takes us nearly an hour to negotiate, the staff is super helpful in this case but it was an unpleasant experience at all.

L'hotel è impeccabile. Quando ho prenotato l'hotel semplicemente non sapevo che la camera non era nell'edificio principale (foto 2) e dovevo attraversare la strada per andare a fare colazione e fare sauna. Spero che le informazioni sulla camera forniscano un promemoria. Vivendo di fronte all'edificio principale (immagine 1), l'esperienza è notevolmente cambiata e sembra di soggiornare in un hotel a 3 stelle. Naturalmente il prezzo sarà sicuramente diverso.

Очень удобно, что в отеле есть источник минеральной воды. Персонал на рецепшн, в ресторане и бассейне очень доброжелательный. Для меня не хватало чайника в номере, люблю пить в течение дня горячую воду. В отеле есть хороший бар на первом этаже

The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2. My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night. The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.

Le strutture erano buone e la vista era buona. Ho ricevuto un servizio di spa, ma il tempo era breve, ma il bambino e la nostra coppia erano soddisfatti. La colazione era un po' sfortunata ma in generale soddisfacente per il prezzo.

Naja, das Hotel hat enormes Potenzial… Probleme beim Checkin und auch Probleme beim Checkout haben den Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht zu einem Erlebnisaufenthalt gemacht. Das Hotel selbst ist von der Bauart wunderschön, alles qualitativ hochwertig. Die Lage selbst ist Geschmackssache, was stört, ist die Straße gegenüber, sehr stark befahren und lauter Lärm. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert, wir hatten nachts 26° bei Außentemperaturen von 15°. Beim Service gibt es sehr viel Luft nach oben, man hat den Eindruck, dass das Personal erst vor ein paar Tagen angefangen hat, das Hotel zu leiten. Wir entschieden uns, am ersten Abend das Abendessen im Hotel zu uns zu nehmen. Qualitativ ganz okay, jedoch haben sie es nicht geschafft, in 45 Minuten den bestellten Wein und einen zweiten zu besorgen. Wir waren mit dem Essen bereits fast fertig, als uns zwei Gläser Chianti gebracht wurden, die qualitativ unterirdisch waren. Wir hatten uns aufgrund des schönen Wetters sehr darauf gefreut, das Frühstück auf der Terrasse einzunehmen, das wurde aber nicht zugelassen, 30 Minuten später wurde es anderen Gästen jedoch gestattet. Das Personal ist bemüht, keine Frage, aber mit der Tätigkeit in diesem anspruchsvollen Hotel total überfordert. Wir haben mit Sicherheit einen hohen Anspruch, aber angesichts der Preise auch gerechtfertigt. Leider wurde dieser dreitägige Kurzurlaub durch oben beschriebenes deutlich getrübt. Sollte sich der Service der Qualität des Gebäudes anpassen, ist das mit Sicherheit eine Empfehlung, aktuell für uns überhaupt nicht. Schade!
