The staff at the hotel were so kind and helpful. The rooms are very coz and the location of the hotel is perfect, being within walking distance of many amazing places and sites. Highly recommend, and I would stay at this hotel again if I return to Istanbul in the future!

L'hotel è molto ben situato. Ha anche molti ristoranti con una varietà di prezzi. Supermercato e lavanderia vicino. Le camere sono medie ma ok per poche notti, la doccia è molto buona. Vecchio posto ma pulito. Il personale è molto utile e gentile e sempre utile se necessario. Ho letto le recensioni molto cattive, ma forse per le camere più economiche. Il prezzo medio è davvero buono per le camere e le strutture + posizione vicino tram e passeggiata lontano dai principali luoghi turistici.

This was most certainly the worst hotel I've stayed in till date. After reading poor reviews for many Istanbul hotels close to sultanahmet, i saw some good reviews for this and decided to book. On arrival, the front office manager on the reception desk couldn't find our reservations, this took at least 10mins for him to sort, which I wasn't too pleased with, especially as we'd been travelling for around 15hours and had got off an overnight flight with no sleep with my elderly mother with me, that, and he didn't as so much apologise. Oh well, I let it go and we made our way up to the room. The deluxe room I'd booked was *tiny*, there was just enough floor space to open one suitcase, take what you need, close it and put it away to be able to move past it. The bathroom was nice and spacious and clean too. I was about to hop into the shower when I pulled a towel off the rack.....brown poo stains were smeared over it. I was absolutely disgusted. I rang reception (the only number you can ring) and the front office manager said he'll send up housekeeping, yet again, not even a simple 'sorry'. I expressed how disgusted I was, I had only been in the hotel half an hour at this point! Housekeeping arrived shortly and replaced the towels. I had booked breakfast with our stay. The selection of food is very minimal. There were 2 waitresses who spent their time cleaning tables and stocking plates, guests were mainly ignored. Despite having paid for breakfast, you had to buy eggs and fresh juices. the only eggs available in the breakfast buffet were scrambled eggs and the juice was one I saw the waitress reconstituting from a powder and water. I've never stayed in a hotel where I've paid for breakfast and then been told I'd have to pay extra for certain items on the breakfast menu! Daylight robbery! I asked for an iron, which was sent up promptly. I rang down to enquire about the ironing board as there was nowhere to iron. The front office manager said ”Lady, you asked for an iron and you've got one now so what do you want!” I explained that i need a board to iron on, he said he'd see and call me back and angrily put the phone down. I didn't hear back for a few hours and needed clothes to go out in. So i had to use the bed as a make shift ironing board, not to mention the spits of hot water that burnt my hand in the process. Later in the day I rang for something else and also mentioned I didn't hear back about the ironing board- front office manager simply said he's been busy-no apology. He sent housekeeping to the room- a friendly lady who couldn't speak English and yet when i explained to her she understood and promptly brought me one. Be careful when ordering room service - the hotel don't actually make the food....they order takeout! I was told it would come in 20mins, I chased up 30mins later and was told 5mins, and then I chased up again and someone else who picked up laughed and said no it wouldn't be 5mins, it'll be another 20mins. E'solo un orribile terrore.Ero stato sistemato al primo piano nel 102, è considerato una stanza standard. Con la porta del cartone, e sento assolutamente tutto quello che accade sul stand di resepshne e costantemente tutti hanno bisogno di parlare al telefono dietro la mia porta, parlando a voce alta con il personale. Sulla parte della strada, il flusso infinito di auto con musica alta, che sbagli pneumatici e grida della gente. E il più idiota è il cane infinitamente cera in questo hotel. Giudizio per la legge è una sorta di cera di aragoste che si cera senza stanchezza. Il personale non fa nulla con esso. L'ultima goccia era lai alle 4:00 (!!!), la gente non sopravvisseva e andò a comunicare con l'amministratore. Il cane non poteva essere rassicurato per molto tempo. E le richieste di rumore - non si preoccupano. Voglio - muoversi per 30 euro più alto. In breve, non ti consiglio affatto. Ti aspetto di trasferirti da qui a un altro hotel. Pulizia - non ci sono richieste, tranne per capelli lunghi neri su asciugamani. Mobili vecchi. Muri uccisi tutti. La matrice è solo insoddisfacente.Il secondo giacca è doppiamente piegato per dormire in qualche modo mentre le fonti sono pompate in fondo (D'altro canto, le norme sono più che WiFi.

Ξενοδοχείο στη πλατεία Ταξίμ , σε τοποθεσία που εξυπηρετεί τις μετακινήσεις στο κέντρο της πόλης και βρίσκεις πολλά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια. Δωμάτια χωρίς καθόλου θέα και με πολύ θόρυβο από το δρόμο. Το πρωϊνό φτωχό, μόνο η θέα από την αίθουσα του πρωϊνού αξίζει.

Mir hat dieses Hotel sehr gut gefallen, denn wenn man das Hotel betritt, ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und man merkt, dass ihnen die Sauberkeit ihrer Zimmer sehr am Herzen liegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die U-Bahn-, Bus-, Minibus- und Taxihaltestellen sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Im Badezimmer gibt es alles von Shampoo, Duschgel, Handtüchern und Hausschuhen. Ich denke, ich werde diesen Ort immer wählen.

Perfect location between Taksim and Nisantasi. I preferred to stay here because of location mainly. In my second visit, the missing thingsvin the room were not completed although i had informed the reception such as kettle. I lost my interest in this hotel but I may come back.

La posizione dell'hotel e il personale di accoglienza e custodia erano molto belli, ma non siamo stati soddisfatti del colazione. Il tè, il caffè e la varietà non erano soddisfatti, e un individuo non era richiesto per il cibo. Sarebbe meglio stare senza colazione. Ci sono molte opzioni intorno, e la stanza era profumata di sigarette.
