Hotel in zona Bilali Habeşi Cami, Istanbul

Irem, in particolare, la signora Reception Hotel, ha un'accoglienza molto interessante e, soprattutto, ha un accolto ridendo, con dieci punti su dieci. Anche i colleghi del bar di BD hanno parlato di un'accoglienza ridondante, che ha tenuto il piacere dei clienti prima di tutto, come il personale della cucina e del cibo 🙏🙏🙏 L'hotel ha una bella camera e un'ottima attrezzatura che funziona con un concetto che si assomiglia al marchio Ramada. Io e lui sono sempre cliente, e mi sistemano regolarmente. Grazie, signore e signori, soprattutto il direttore dell'hotel, il direttore degli acquisti e il Reception Bank e tutta la squadra. Ho avuto un'esperienza di viaggio di lavoro, il personale che si interessava molto all'aeroporto, le camere erano nuove e letti confortevoli. Un bel hotel, ho già soggiornato nella stessa zona, e mi piacciono gli hotel, e mi piacciono gli hotel, e mi piacciono i miei viaggi a Istanbul.

For years since the new airport opened, there was no hotel chain close to Istanbul airport so the only choices were Yotel at the airport itself or drive very far for a much better hotel at lower price but you pay for taxi and you waste time in the taxi. Now there is a middle ground solution: the new Hampton in Arnavutköy. The rooms are nice (even nicer than many Hilton Garden Inns) but they ruin it with a staff speaking rubbish at guests, and poor design. First of all, upon arrival there is no reception, it's the restaurant. It's a long walk in a narrow aisle with tables on one side and the buffet on the other side, finally you reach reception and farther away, the elevators. So in the morning there is constant traffic with people with luggage crossing the entire restaurant to go take a taxi – I am sure some guests bang into each other and spill food and drinks on occasion at this hotel; I have never seen such poor hotel design. Anyway I am not going to Hampton brand hotel for the breakfast so I could overlook this aspect. The room types at this hotel are king or twin (cheapest), and king+sofabed or twin+sofabed (only a bit more expensive). I booked the regular twin. Upon arrival, as Hilton Diamond I did not receive any upgrade and given keys to the regular twin room. Not that I cared much for only 1 night but I asked if the room types with sofa bed are bigger, or if all room types are the same size. I was told all same size. So I stuck with my room and went upstairs. I arrived in the room and I was surprised how small it was. There is not a snowball's chance in hell that a sofabed could possibly fit. Nice room, but just small. I went back to reception and asked what room size is this and how can a sofa bed could fit. Another receptionist told me rooms with sofa bed are double the size: 33 sqm vs 16 sqm. I was not overly pleased at the first guy because by then we were settled in the room and his wrong answer was the ONLY reason I did not ask if an upgrade was possible as Hilton Diamond. Hampton brand hotels are not even obligated to upgrade Hilton Diamond guests as per Hilton terms and conditions, but it this case it was not the point. Then he told me upgrades are not possible because they are sold out. I showed him my phone which showed availability, he said it's not possible, Hilton must make a mistake. Easy to blame Hilton but bottom line a guest could have booked a room with sofabed on the spot and then what? They would tell a guest sorry we will downgrade you? Then he said they have one such room but it's out of commission (king + sofa). Never mind that I had booked twin + sofa so upgrade to twin+sofa would have been possible so he was focusing on the wrong issue anyway just to win an argument. Anyway it was a lot of rubbish coming out of their mouths and a conversation was clearly pointless so I wanted to end it, then the receptionist said to apologize the GM would give me a discount for a future stay. Perfect location between Taksim and Nisantasi. I preferred to stay here because of location mainly. In my second visit, the missing thingsvin the room were not completed although i had informed the reception such as kettle. I lost my interest in this hotel but I may come back.

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

Mir hat dieses Hotel sehr gut gefallen, denn wenn man das Hotel betritt, ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und man merkt, dass ihnen die Sauberkeit ihrer Zimmer sehr am Herzen liegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die U-Bahn-, Bus-, Minibus- und Taxihaltestellen sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Im Badezimmer gibt es alles von Shampoo, Duschgel, Handtüchern und Hausschuhen. Ich denke, ich werde diesen Ort immer wählen.

Grande hotel. Tutti i membri del personale erano carini e molto utili. le strutture erano grandi e così era la posizione per accedere alla Metrolink e per raggiungere Istanbul. Letteralmente 10 minuti sul tram per la maggior parte delle visizioni. (circa 70p a cavallo) Abbiamo chiesto una stanza lontano dal fronte dell'hotel, mentre abbiamo letto recensioni che era rumoroso rimanere nelle camere del fronte. Il Wifi era anche molto buono e la piscina al tetto era perfetta. La palestra era molto povera. una palestra che non funzionava, molto grigia e 2 biciclette che non sembravano funzionare affatto. Quindi non l'ha usata. Per essere giusti, abbiamo camminato intorno a Istanbul così tanto, che siamo riusciti a ottenere qualche esercizio in quel modo. Non molto da fare in questa zona, ma negozio e solo un paio di bar. Ma come già detto, un posto per arrivare in tutte le altre aree, si è sentito molto centrale.

C'è un hotel così romantico in questa romantica Istanbul. La sua vista è molto bella, puoi vedere direttamente il mare, il bagno è molto pulito, la stanza è ordinata e anche l'atteggiamento dei camerieri è fantastico. Mi trattano come familiari e amici. La colazione è turca. Ci sono molte varietà. Fammi assaggiare l'autentica colazione turca e attendo con ansia il mio prossimo soggiorno.
