Il personale era gentile e disponibile. Le camere erano pulite. Si trova proprio accanto al molo di Kadıköy e a 25 minuti da Sabiha Gökçen con Havabus (per la notte. Durante il giorno il viaggio può durare fino a 1 ora). Abbiamo deciso di soggiornare nuovamente qui la prossima volta che andremo a Istanbul. Anche la colazione e la vista dell'hotel erano belle. Ringrazio il personale.

Personale cordiale che ha fornito una camera pulita in 20 minuti con vista sul Mar di Marmara. La colazione sul tetto dell'hotel con una bellissima vista è affascinante. 😍 La stanza è pulita e compatta. Non c'erano né spazzolino né dentifricio😉. La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda. Dall'argine puoi raggiungere altre zone di Istanbul facendo un giro in traghetto.🩷

Ogni tanto vado sempre in albergo, tutti super gentili e puliti, bellissimo anche il terrazzino per la colazione con vista in più 👍🏼

Tutto quello che posso dire è che il personale è eccezionale e onesto, l'hotel era buono ma nella posizione sbagliata per me dato che avevo prenotato per errore, sono stati molto utili

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del servizio e della cordialità del personale. Sono pronti ad aiutare con un problema o una richiesta. Le camere sono molto pulite e spaziose. Era in una posizione molto centrale e non ho avuto difficoltà con i trasporti.

This hotel was AMAZING in every way!! They allowed us to check in 6 hours early at no extra cost. ❤️❤️ Very clean and quiet in the rooms, even though there’s a busy street outside. Very good breakfast with a great view. 10 minutes walk from the main Kadikoy area.

We used this place as a stopover in between two Istanbul airports. The location is super convenient, near the metro and boats. Room was qute spacious and warm. There was a kettle and water. Two minor things: the electric cord of the hairdrier looked very unsafe. I was afraid to get an electric shock. And in the evening there was a strong food smell from the outside - kitchen probably. But otherwise, a nice hotel, we will be back.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels so far, I have never seen a hotel as awful and disgraceful as this one. I would not stay in this hotel again even if they paid me extra.

The location and the services were excellent. Loved the view of the waterfront from the room. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Excellent location and nice facilities

日本人です。設備は確かに年季が入っていますが、サービスはとても気持ちの良いものでした。 丁寧に掃除されていて、ベッドメイキングやタオルの交換もきちんとされています。そして何より、フロントのスタッフや朝食会場のスタッフが笑顔で対応してくれることがとても嬉しいです。 ドライヤー、タオル、石鹸、ハンガー、室内スリッパがあります。石鹸はおそらく手洗い用で、その他のシャンプーやボディソープなどはありません。 朝食はバラエティ豊富で、とても見晴らしの良い会場でした。また利用したいです。

スタッフが皆笑顔でフレンドリー。気持ちの良い滞在で、安心して過ごせました。 地下鉄やバス、フェリー乗り場も近くて自由に動けて便利な場所。 唯一残念なのは、壁が薄く隣の話し声が気になるくらい。 また機会があれば泊まりたいです。
