Room was cleaned , simple and sufficient for me. Hotel is 15-20 walking distance from taksim but if you check the bus, it is an alternative to walk around. Breakfast was a nice turkish breakfast.

Very very good price for a quality place. I’ve stayed at some bad places in Istanbul for the same price. The breakfast is very good.

my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. I had made a reservation for a king-size suite room for four persons from [29 july 2023] to [01 August 2023] under the reservation reference number [55251989]. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards that were advertised and expected. Upon my arrival on [29 july 2023], I was shocked to discover that the room I was assigned did not match the specifications I had booked and was promised in the booking confirmation. Instead of the king-size bed and an extra bed, the room contained a double bed and a single sofa bed. This left our group with a missing bed, causing significant inconvenience and discomfort throughout our stay. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning at all during the first two nights of our stay. Despite my attempts to contact the front desk and address the issue, the AC remained inoperative. It was only on the third day, late at night, that an electrician was sent to fix the AC unit. This prolonged lack of basic amenities significantly marred our experience and made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially considering the sweltering weather. I believe that as a guest, I have the right to expect a comfortable and accurate accommodation that aligns with the reservation I made and the promises outlined in the booking confirmation. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of this expectation, and it has left deeply dissatisfied.

I wish I could give them 0 or maybe less. Super filthy room, no elevator, unsafest location in Istanbul. Photos of the hotel are unrealistic. Breakfast can’t be worse. Literally awful. I stayed for 1 night but they charged me for 4 nights and never refund me. Since I reserved it for 4 nights initially but due to reasons that I have mentioned I cancelled that but they didn’t refund me. Never ever recommended whatsoever. If you would like to loss your money choose this garbage.

Was staying in this hotel room 102, for 11 nights the people are good but to be honest some of them don’t speak 1 word english. It’s oke but it would be nice if they would try because with good communication everything would go way smoother. But the first guy that received us was amazing for fixing a problem we had. I had a great stay at this funky little hotel. The rooms have modern decor and illuminated signs in room that are pretty cool. The staff are friendly and always try to help, a big thank you to the manager Baris who speaks good English and assists guests. This is a family business hotel and they are trying hard to please guests. The rooms are clean and have tv air con and it was a bargain last minute price for me so i will stay here again. It is in a good area by the foot of Taxim but is at the bottom of a steep hill. I recommend staying here.

Black art was the best thing , stayed there for three days and the two gentlemen were so kind to me

I informed the owner or front desk person that I would not return..I took all my suitcases. The property is not what the description presented. The owner would not refund my money. The place was not safe, clean, and very outdated. The internet did not work ...or I should say the connection was very weak and I was unable to connect to the internet.

It is very noisy all hours of the day, the wifi here does not work, rooms are very small, and the receptionists are very shady. I checked out of my hotel and waited in the lobby for a taxi for about 15 minutes and when the taxi pulls up the hotel worker claims I still owe money.
