Activities and POI's include Beaches (Coco, Melbourne Beach, Vero, and Sebastian inlet), Disney Orlando (1:20 drive), Disney Vero Beach (10 miles), Sebastian Inlet Park/museum, Bike the Jungle trail or Malabar trails, Charter fishing, boat rentals, River Cruises, Air boat rides, Brevard Zoo, Port St. Lucie river boardwalk, Cape Canaveral launches and tours, antiquing, golf (Sandridge, Sebastian municipal, Habitat), pickle ball (Sebastian municipal), fishing off the dock, and or bring your own boat and tie it up. Guests agree to the following prior to booking: -Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors. -Pets are not allowed on furniture and droppings must be cleaned from the yard. -No animals are allowed in the pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration.-Non-disclosed pets will be considered a major house rule violation and may result in dismissal from the property. -Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans. -This is a quiet family neighborhood - no loud music/parties/large gatherings. -Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping. -Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy.
