It’s a very charming place with a real wabi-sabi atmosphere - simple, quiet, and full of nostalgic beauty. Quite old-fashioned, but well maintained. This spot became popular on a Russian platform, so there are many tourists from Russia ( me as well) . When I visited the onsen, there were seven people in total - all Russian girls. Overall, it doesn’t stop you from having a great rest. However, it’s not really suitable for a honeymoon, as my husband and I were separated the whole time — there are no mixed onsens for men and women, probably because the place is now mostly visited by foreigners.
When we checked out, they kindly drove us back to the station. I left with a complete sense of relaxation. Thank you!

The staffs are elderly uncles and aunties, they are super friendly, we communicate with them with simple japanese, and they can communicate with us with some english too.
The room has really nice sea view, it is big and wide, with very comfortable futon in the middle of the room.
The shower came with bath tub.
The hotel also has free family private onsen that can be use as long as no one is using it, managed to use it on the two night we stayed there, very comfortable and relaxing.
Besides that, the hotel also has private onsen with sea view to be rented.
We drove rental car there, the hotel has private car park nearby to park the car.

La posizione è fantastica in quanto è un collegamento diretto ai Gotemba Premium Outlets. Non c'è servizio in camera e nessun servizio di pulizia... si limitano a rifornire le tue comodità quotidiane. La cosa peggiore in assoluto, non c'è il caffè in camera, la caffetteria apre solo alle 11:00, puoi prendere la tua dose di caffè al caffè Tully più vicino che apre alle 10:00. L'onsen dell'hotel è fantastico. Complessivamente 3 su 5, perché nessuna pulizia giornaliera della camera e niente caffè, che sono le basi.

The hotel deserves an excellent mark.
The hotel is situated next to Central Station; nevertheless, it is a very calm area. I was on my way from Mt. Fuji to take the Shinkansen to Osaka, so I decided to stay in the little town of Numazu to get real fresh sashimi at the Fish Market. Daiwa Roynet Hotel Numazu was a perfect solution. The room was very bright, clean, and spacious. The personnel were very kind and spoke English. If you are lucky enough, you'll get a room with a view of Mt. Fuji just from your window.
So, I can give only positive feedback. Highly recommended!

La posizione più conveniente intorno alla stazione Jr, un bel front desk, ho controllato 1 ora prima di regolato. La colazione è decente anche. La stanza è più grande di quanto mi aspettavo, le attrezzature funzionano bene. Il personale è professionale, reagisce rapidamente e gentile quando chiedo aiuto. Molto consigliato!

Ho soggiornato qui per un viaggio più lungo durante un evento al Fuji Speedway.
Personale alla reception estremamente disponibile, buona colazione (in stile giapponese) e ottimi servizi in tutto l'hotel (bagno turco, yukata, microonde e servizio lavanderia, tutti forniti).
Vicino a un supermercato e in prossimità della stazione degli autobus e di altri punti strategici.
Ci tornerei senza esitazione.

L'hotel è molto ben mantenuto e tutte le cose sono amichevole. Abbiamo avuto alcuni piccoli problemi inaspettati al check-in. Grazie al grande aiuto del ricevimento del signor Chikara Chino, era stato molto paziente e risponde a trovare soluzioni. Presto la questione è stata risolta e abbiamo controllato in modo regolare. L'hotel è super grande. Raccomanderò ai turisti di rimanere e di esperienze in questo luogo storico, iconico. Grazie anche a tutto quello che abbiamo incontrato durante il nostro soggiorno - tutti voi fate una squadra molto buona :)

가격: 온천을 전세로 한 타임 (40분) 사용할 수 있다는 메리트와 일본 전통스타일 룸 거의 료칸인데 1박에 20만원대이니 2인 여행객들에게 추천드려요 완전 만족

기타: 이 곳 바로 옆은 산이기 때문에 벌레가 나올 수 있습니다. 이건 당연히 이해하고 가셔야합니다. 저희는 306호를 배정받았는데 도마뱀인가 도롱뇽같은 친구랑 지네가 나왔는데 프론트에 전화로 말씀드리니 (벌레는 일본어로 무시 , 방 번호말하고 헤야니 무시가 아리마스 ) 바로 오셔서 잡아주시고 정말 되려 미안할정도로 사과와 함께 훌륭한 대처를 해주셨습니다. 방에서 문제가 생겨도 나몰라라하는 숙소가 많은데 여기는 계속 놀라셨겠다며 죄송하다며 수차례 말씀하시더라고요 저희는 정말 괜찮았고 따뜻한 대처에 감사했습니다.
온천은 가능하면 이른저녁시간은 비추합니다 시골이라 주변식당이 일찍 닫습니다..ㅜㅜ 그래도 전세 1타임 (1인당 온천사용료 150인가 200엔)에 아침, 밤으로 다같이 사용할 수 있기 때문에 온천 많이 이용하세요!
조식으로는 생선구이, 젓갈, 낫또, 수란, 샐러드 등등이 나오고 여기 자체가 외국인 관광객보다도 일본분들이 휴가로 오시는 것 같더라고요 진짜 찐 일본 가정식을 체험할 수 있었습니다!

JJakub MikolajObsługa co prawda nie mówi po angielsku, ale dało się dogadać przy użyciu translatora. Użycie pralki kosztuje dodatkowe 500 JPY, ale wtedy w cenie są środki do prania. Całkiem ładny onsen, który rezerwuje się na 45 minut, pełni on również rolę prysznica, więc jeśli chcesz się wykąpać to i tak musisz go zarezerwować. Nam udało się to zrobić mailowo, za co jesteśmy wdzięczni, gdyż przyjechaliśmy dopiero po godzinie 19. Nie polecam natomiast śniadania - jest dość drogie, a do tego nie ma go zbyt dużo, ok. 1-2h po śniadaniu byliśmy już głodni.

CcometdebrisI stayed at Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace for 5 nights booking though Trip.com. Be warned that problems may occur when booking through travel websites such as this one. I booked a standard room with no meals. What I did not know however, was that this reservation did not include any room cleaning services for the entire stay, no taking of garbage or towel replacement, no bed making, nothing at all. When I contacted the travel website to show my disappointment, they immediately contacted the hotel requesting a full refund. I did not expect a full refund for my entire stay. What I did expect, was for someone to acknowledge the fact that this important piece of information should have been indicated someone on the online reservation confirmation. Neither the travel site nor the hotel would acknowledge this.
The travel site replied with a response from the hotel, saying that I was a regular guest and knew about this “regulation”. It’s true, I have visited Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace on several occasions when housekeeping services were not included. However, this was clearly indicated on the reservation, and I stayed during the COVID STATE OF EMERGENCY, when it was standard practice for many hotels to exclude cleaning services. My recent stay was at the beginning of August, WHEN THE STATE OF EMERGENCY AND COVID RESTRICTIONS HAD BEEN LIFTED. It is no longer standard practice to exclude cleaning services at hotels in Japan.
The hotel stated that I visited the front desk every day to get towels and never mentioned the need to clean the room. This is untrue. I only came to the front dest 2 times during my stay, and this is because room cleaning staff entered my room on 2 occasions, so I was expecting them to clean or take out the trash, but they did nothing and left. I expected them to return, however, they never did. The bottom line is the hotel is responsible for communicating their services to customers, especially after covid restrictions have been lifted. Blaming guests for their lack of communication is completely unprofessional.
Now in regards to the hotel itself, I have stayed here on several occasions, I find it to be perfect, mainly because of the location and modest room size. The hotel is conveniently located near Lake Ippeki (Ippekiko) and there is plenty of nature and a few trails in the area. You can step out the door and be on a simple hiking trail within minutes. It’s a very quiet area and very good for children and families. Though the hotel is dated, the rooms are all quite large and include a living room, kitchen with cooking supplies and dishes (but no forks or spoons), a large bath, and both Western and Japanese style bedrooms. Some may be discouraged by the age of the hotel (it’s quite old and could use some renovation), but if you don’t mind that, then I would highly recommend staying here. One point that I need to mention is in regards to the bedrooms. The hotel has replaced their blackout curtains with super thin curtains which allow sunlight to easily shine through. We were woken up at 5:00 am every morning because of the bright sunlight in our room. If you’re a light sleeper, please take note. I wish management would consider this. Also, it’s highly recommended that guests come by car, public transportation is very inconvenient in the area.
Overall, Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace is a very convenient place for a reasonable price. I will definitely be staying here again in the future, but hope that they act with a little more professionalism and consider the fact that the covid state of emergency ended long ago.

UUtente ospiteWe had a truly wonderful stay at Ittouan. The experience was exceptional from beginning to end.
The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They noticed us from far away and immediately came to help carry our luggage. One of the staff members, a lovely young lady who spoke excellent English, was especially helpful and made communication very easy. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but I would like to thank her again.
We booked both dinner and breakfast, and the meals were fantastic. The ingredients were very fresh and the variety was impressive. Every dish was different and beautifully prepared. However, for two women like us, the portions were honestly quite generous — even sharing one meal between two people might have been enough!
The location is excellent. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Kawazu Station, which makes it extremely convenient for visiting the Kawazu cherry blossoms. It is also very close to the beautiful coastline, so the surroundings are lovely.
Our room had a private onsen bath where we could soak while enjoying the view of cherry blossoms, which was a truly special experience. There is also a larger private bath available by reservation (free of charge). We also tried the hot stone spa, which was incredibly effective in relieving the fatigue after my marathon.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I would love to come back again in the future, hopefully with my family.
一灯庵で本当に素晴らしい滞在をさせていただきました。最初から最後までとても心温まる体験でした。
到着したとき、スタッフの皆さまは遠くから私たちに気づいてくださり、すぐに荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくださいました。その心遣いにとても感動しました。特に英語がとても上手な可愛らしい女性スタッフの方がいらっしゃって、丁寧に対応してくださり安心して滞在することができました。残念ながらお名前を伺うのを忘れてしまいましたが、この場を借りて改めて感謝をお伝えしたいです。
夕食と朝食の両方をお願いしましたが、お料理はどれも本当に素晴らしかったです。食材はとても新鮮で、品数も多く、一つ一つ丁寧に作られているのが伝わってきました。すべて違う料理で楽しませていただきました。ただ、私たち二人（女性）には少し量が多く、とても贅沢なボリュームでした。
立地もとても良く、河津駅まで無料の送迎があるので河津桜を見に行くのにもとても便利でした。また、美しい海岸も近く、散歩するだけでもとても気持ちの良い場所でした。
お部屋の温泉では桜を眺めながらゆっくり入ることができ、とても特別な時間を過ごすことができました。また、無料で予約できる貸切風呂もあり、温泉を存分に楽しめました。さらにホットストーンスパも利用しましたが、マラソンを走った後の疲れが本当に和らぎ、とてもリラックスできました。
スタッフの皆さまの温かいおもてなしのおかげで、忘れられない滞在になりました。ぜひまた家族と一緒に訪れたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

UUtente ospiteRecentemente ci siamo trasferiti in questo affascinante hotel a un passo dal cuore della città, ed è risultato una delle più piacevoli sorprese del nostro viaggio.
Una delle cose che apprezzavamo più è stata la valuta per i soldi i prezzi delle camere erano molto ragionevoli, soprattutto considerando la posizione e ciò che è stato incluso.Se si guida, parcheggio non è affatto problema. C'è un parcheggio dietro l'hotel, e il desk front offerte coupons di sconto per aiutare a ridurre il costo un piccolo contatto che va a lungo.
Il nostro hotel è stato particolarmente ideale per noi, ma è stato facile esplorare la città a piedi. Da l'hotel ci siamo recati al Museo degli strumenti musicali e abbiamo visitato diverse altre attrazioni vicine senza dover spostare la macchina. Dopo mezzo giorno di esplorazione, abbiamo semplicemente guidato circa 10 minuti per raggiungere la Yamaha Innovation Road, che è stato un altro punto di attenzione del nostro viaggio.
L'hotel è sul lato più piccolo, ma non si è mai sentito incazzato, ma ha dato una vibrazione affettuosa e boutique che ha reso il nostro soggiorno personale e accogliente. Il colazione era semplice ma soddisfacente, e il loro piatto di firma il grilletto di riso fritto era assolutamente delizioso.È un must-test se stai qui!
L'hotel offre anche un'ottima comodità, tra cui vestiti yukata, champagne di qualità e sapone, e anche un umidificatore nella stanza perfetto per mantenere l'aria comoda durante le stagione secche.
Per tutta la nostra permanenza, il personale si è spostato sopra e oltre per farci sentire a casa. Erano attenti, caldi e sempre pronti ad aiutare con un sorriso. Qualunque cosa fosse per fornire consigli locali o per aiutare con il parcheggio, il loro servizio era davvero fuori.
In generale, questo hotel offre una miscela di comodità, comfort e ospitalità. Se visitate la zona e volete una base pacifica con facile accesso alle attrazioni urbane, un servizio eccellente, e questo raro senso di essere veramente accolto questo è il posto. Ci saremmo felici di rimanere qui di nuovo.

HHAN SENGHotel New Akao is a huge hotel. It was built quite many many years ago, we stayed at the older wing, so the room tends to be oldish, but well maintained and super clean. For the price we paid, one would expect 5 star facilities, at least a gym for morning workouts, but they did not have that. However, the meals (Dinner & breakfast) provided with the price is fantastic and wide spread. I guess its a onsen hotel so people tend to go there just for the hotel onsen which is great and nice. We do love the big buffet spread of meals. The room is old, if you prefer the rustic feel. There are no convenient store nearby so when it comes to hunger, you only have vending machine beer. We actually expected to have free flow of snacks and beer but it is only limited to very off peak timing when most people are out for their day trips. Again, we feel that the hefty price tag should at least provide that free beer, drinks and snacks all day and all night. Overall, we still love the experience staying in the hotel. A word of advice - avoid peak seasons like New Year, you will expect to queue up for meals :)

OOsama BoussifThe hotel was located about 3 to 4 minutes walking distance from Shizuoka Station, and there was a 7-Eleven at the base of the hotel, so you could even walk there in your pyjamas because you didn’t have to go outside.
The hotel room was nice and spacious enough for two people, and it had all the amenities we needed. The laundry room was really good and was one of the few, if not the only, laundry rooms I encountered where you could pay with cash, card, or even online (Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.).
One thing worth mentioning is that the hotel did not have a smart TV, so YouTube or other streaming services were not available. This is something you sometimes miss when you return to your room early in the evening. This does not require replacing the TV, but simply adding a Google or Android TV dongle, which I would also suggest as an improvement.
The only downside of the hotel was that the staff spoke or understood only limited English. In most cases this is manageable, because you do not need much beyond check-in, check-out, sending your luggage, or asking for an iron. However, in my case it involved renting a parking spot. Even though I used translation apps and tried my best to communicate, and the staff also did their best to understand and translate their side, it still did not work out. I ended up renting a parking spot just 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel in a public parking garage.
In the end, this was not a problem, as you pay the same fee (1000 yen) for parking either behind the hotel or in the public garage 2 minutes away. However, my suggestion for the hotel would be to provide an English instruction sheet explaining what to do, where to park, and how the parking process works, so that future guests who wish to park will have clear information.

I didn’t know that regardless of you use it or not you will be charged for the onsen fee, which no one tell us at check in, it’s a small thing but it would be nice to be told everything upfront.

Le camere sono splendide, tranquille e spaziose e tutto era eccezionalmente pulito. L'equipaggio di pulizia fa davvero un lavoro sorprendente.
La struttura è stata molto accogliente, e la struttura è stata molto accogliente, e si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, e lavastoviglie e asciugamani sono stati molto più importanti.
