Please note that there is a $25 convenience fee + the cost of shipping to ship items left behind. If it is left during peak shipping season (Christmas) there will be a $50 convenience fee + shipping. Remember, this is a RV (an Avion, looks like an Airstream) , it is not a huge RV, its 31 feet long, about 8 feet wide, has a full shower (the owner is 6'2" and says its small, but he is able to shower fine), but is a camper and is not a full size apartment/house. We do not allow any other guests for this rental. In most cases you will have the whole property to yourself, but there may be guests in the main house.
