The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern — perfect for a relaxing retreat in the cool weather. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Breakfast was also well-prepared with a good variety. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in Cameron Highlands. Will definitely return again!"

"I really love this place! It’s elegant, classy, and classic, yet also very comfortable. The room and the scenery give off a nice overseas vibe. The price is a bit on the higher side, but honestly, it’s worth it. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a public park where you can take a walk or do activities with your family. Plus, the hotel is near a 7-Eleven, so you can just walk over to grab food instead of driving if you’re feeling lazy. Overall, I really recommend this place!"

"A relatively new and modern hotel compared to other options in Cameron Highlands. Located in the middle of Tanah Rata, it offers great convenience via walking distance to most shops and eateries. A covered walkway is provided just a few steps from the main lobby but take note it's on a steep slope. For those driving, a free covered parking is provided as well. The king size room is spacious enough for a couple. Balcony is also huge, offering a great view of the town and the mountains in the background. However a small outdoor table and couple of chairs would've been perfect here. We are happy with the room on initial impression since everything looks new and clean. However upon more detailed inspection it seems the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned. There's several dark mold spot and leftover foam spots on the walls and shower screen. There's also a weird odour (like damp) lingering in the shower area. It seems the provided ventilation is not sufficient, since I only noticed an extraction fan at the toilet bowl area but not the shower area (They are separated). I was also planning to use the kettle on the 2nd day but was shocked to see some rust forming in the spout. Considering this hotel is quite new, the maintanence and upkeeping is a bit concerning. It would be a bit of a shame if no improvement was done considering this hotel is in a great location and it offers a modern interior compared to other options within the area. Service by the staffs are great. No complaints here. There's also in room dining service provided but we didn't bother since it's too overpriced for simple local dishes or even a bottle water (RM11 for a 500ml bottle of water!). We would just walk to the town for cheaper and better options. In the end, I would still consider this hotel for my next stay in Cameron Highlands since it offers a modern interior and convenient location. However the clealiness and detailed upkeeping needs to be improved."

"The surroundings are very peaceful and serene and perfect if you’re looking for a quiet escape from the city. Rooms were clean, staff were polite, and the stay overall was comfortable. However, because of the age and ambience, it can feel a little creepy, especially at night. Personally, I even felt like I got kena kacau a bit during my stay. It wasn’t anything major, but it did add to the eerie vibe of the place. If you enjoy calm, quiet environments and don’t mind a slightly spooky atmosphere, this hotel is still worth considering."

"The hotel is nice and cosy, not the budget hotel type that will overhead the noises. But the bike rental is slightly higher than the hotel that just less than 1 min walking distance. Other than that, everything is good. They provided an unlimited free flow of coffee and biscuits."

"L'ambiente è ok, carino e bello, anche l'addetto alla reception è molto bravo e cordiale, anche i servizi in camera sono ok, abbastanza, ma le strutture non sono troppo buone, la stanza non ha la TV, anche la TV nella hall si guasta, mio figlio si sente così annoiato, la spina è solo due in camera, l'asse da stiro si trova nella stanza esterna.. Anche la stanza non è troppo grande.. Anche il parcheggio è limitato, primo arrivato, primo servito.. L'ospite non è autorizzato a portare e mangiare camera. L'ospite inoltre non è autorizzato a fumare in camera, ma l'area fumatori è prevista all'esterno della camera. L'hotel si trova di fronte al PPD Cameron Highlands e all'ostello della scuola secondaria, quindi la sera puoi vedere e ascoltare la voce dello studente che gioca a sport."

"Il Tekoma Resort è un po’ come stare a casa. Abbiamo da subito avuto una comunicazione fantastica con Sophia la ragazza che lavora in reception. È stata gentilissima, sempre pronta a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande con un meraviglioso sorriso. Ha organizzato il nostro pick up alla stazione dei bus il giorno del nostro arrivo. La struttura si trova in salita ma hanno il servizio navetta e comunque ci vogliono solo 7 minuti a piedi per scendere in centro e qualche minuto in più per risalire. Molto vicino anche al trail numero 10 e 6. Mr Chan ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per muoverci in autonomia alle Cameron Highlands. Ahimè non ricordo il nome del ragazzo del servizio navetta. Anche lui sempre sorridente. La colazione ottima, sopratutto per chi come me ama il salato (c’è di tutto) Bollitore in camera e acqua refill a disposizione nei corridoi. Lo consiglio vivamente."
