1. Siamo arrivati a circa 12:45PM, ma il ricevitore ha informato che il primo check-in è dopo 2PM. Un po 'calcolato lì. Dato che la politica dell'hotel è solo concordiamo. Ma sarà bello se permettono il check-in precoce. Almeno rendere felice la gente dopo aver guidato per 5 ore. 2. Quando si è verificato, ha notato che non c'è tovagliolo a mano/faccia. Ha chiamato il custode, e hanno informato che forniscono solo tovagliolo per doccia e mattoni di pavimento e ci saranno ulteriori oneri per tovagliolo a mano/faccia. È ridicolo! Se non è un hotel a stelle non mi importa. Ma 3 hotel a star con controllo rigoroso in politica? Questo è troppo. Inizialmente volevano dare uno e ci hanno chiesto di condividere. Non so quale sia il loro livello di igiene. Infine, dopo un lungo dibattito, hanno convenuto di fornire 2 paia di tovaglioli a mano/faccia senza alcuna tassa supplementare. 3. Durante il fine settimana di vacanza vi è alta occupazione, suggerire che il personale dell'hotel non parcheggiare al parcheggio coperto e dare il passaggio all'ospite pagatore al parcheggio. Il personale parcheggiava la moto proprio accanto alla mia auto e altri membri del personale parcheggiavano anche le loro auto nel parcheggio coperto dove c'erano parcheggi aperti che possono parcheggiare. 3. Grande camera, alta pressione idrica, vista molto bella.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera Deluxe. L'intero posto è buio, buio, bagnato e moldo. La testa calda/ calda è una sfida. Nel giro di 10 secondi può essere troppo caldo, e nei prossimi 10 secondi troppo freddo. Quindi puoi immaginarlo. Il doccia non è stato affatto piacevole. Il desk con anatre ovunque. Mi sentivo così annoiato. Il capo della signora indiana non è amichevole. Solo colazione. Non preoccuparti di avere uno. Questo posto era bellissimo prima, ma in grave bisogno di aggiornamento e di migliore manutenzione. E'uno spreco vedere questo posto in ruina. Adilla, la receptionista, è amica e fortunata. E no, non torneremo a Bala's.

In generale è ok.. tranne il bagno un po' piccolo e il pavimento è bagnato e scivoloso dopo aver fatto il bagno ... pericoloso per gli anziani.. mobili anche vecchi e nessun piatto elettrico vicino al letto ...necessità di aggiungere piatto vicino al letto.. colazione è ok e buon ...lavoro è ok e utile ....

L'ambiente è ok, carino e bello, anche l'addetto alla reception è molto bravo e cordiale, anche i servizi in camera sono ok, abbastanza, ma le strutture non sono troppo buone, la stanza non ha la TV, anche la TV nella hall si guasta, mio figlio si sente così annoiato, la spina è solo due in camera, l'asse da stiro si trova nella stanza esterna.. Anche la stanza non è troppo grande.. Anche il parcheggio è limitato, primo arrivato, primo servito.. L'ospite non è autorizzato a portare e mangiare camera. L'ospite inoltre non è autorizzato a fumare in camera, ma l'area fumatori è prevista all'esterno della camera. L'hotel si trova di fronte al PPD Cameron Highlands e all'ostello della scuola secondaria, quindi la sera puoi vedere e ascoltare la voce dello studente che gioca a sport.

Me and my family stayed here for 2 days and 1 night.Overall it was a fantastic experience and exellent serivce. The hotel is very enviroment friendly which is great for clearing your mind and to have a relaxing holiday.The room has a lot of windows that gives you natural lighting and chilled night too.Unfortunately, the toiley does not have bidet but it has a different toilet bowl for cleaning.Besides, there's also not much channel on the tv as well as old fridge, the freezer dosen't work.It was full of ice.Lastly, this hotel is quite strict since you have to book the room according the number of your family members.Example, you have to book a family sized room for family of 4.Will come again for sure because its a very lovely and nice hotel!

Had a great time at this boutique hotel. It’s relatively new and adopt a very interesting design concept. They only have 10 rooms I think. The landscaping around the hotel was really nice. The location of this place is in Tanah Rata, so it’s not as crowded as Brinchang, also it’s not as congested in terms of traffic. You only get one car park per room. It’s situated right at the end of the street, quite secluded and very private. There’s no one waiting during check in, basically, you text a number and someone comes out to give you keys to your room and ask for breakfast selection for the following morning. All communication was done through the WhatsApp. We also asked for extra towels and shampoo, owners were very courteous and generous. Felt very safe for my family with young children could just roam around freely. In terms of amenities, there’s no swimming pool or gym facilities. But there’s a place to do bbq and gather in the common area. They give you the auto gate lock if you were to drive out and come back late at night, you can allow yourself in and lock the gate yourself. In the morning you can hear very loud bird chirping. The air was very fresh! But we were awoken by the loud noise of grass trimming from next door, some government office. There’s also a dormitory next door and you can hear evening prayers. Nearby, there’s a lot of shops and restaurants whereby you will find no problems settling your meals, about 5 mins walk down to the Main Street. Just a few things to note : - There’s a lot of stairs and if you have elderly in your entourage, it is not very convenient getting to the room. You may ask for ground floor rooms of course. The stairs worked super well for my children though, they just enjoyed going up and down so much! - We booked loft rooms. The toilet and bath tub is located next to the main door. It’s open concept, meaning if you were to take a shower at night or go to toilet, it’s going to be cold. - The beds are on the top floor, so if you need the bathroom in the middle of the night, you have to walk down the stairs. - The bathtub and shower design is not so convenient for young children or elderly. - Breakfast comes in very cute tiffin boxes. They place it outside your door around 8 plus. However, I always couldn’t catch their delivery on time, and most times the food is rather cold already. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay very much. I think would very suitable for young couples, and groups of young travelers.

Bella e pulita camera. È stata pulita quotidianamente e abbiamo ricevuto nuove bottiglie d'acqua e asciugamani puliti ogni giorno. Hanno anche cambiato le foglie durante il nostro soggiorno 3-days. Il ricevitore è stato utile quando abbiamo bisogno di taxi. È stato molto difficile dormire una buona notte. È stato sentito ogni suono dal corridoio e dalle camere vicine. Il suono viaggia davvero! Il balcone è stato condiviso con la stanza addiacente, che porta a mancanza di privacy e (se sei infelice) ci sono ancora più rumore quando stai cercando di dormire.

1. Siamo arrivati a circa 12:45PM, ma il ricevitore ha informato che il primo check-in è dopo 2PM. Un po 'calcolato lì. Dato che la politica dell'hotel è solo concordiamo. Ma sarà bello se permettono il check-in precoce. Almeno rendere felice la gente dopo aver guidato per 5 ore. 2. Quando si è verificato, ha notato che non c'è tovagliolo a mano/faccia. Ha chiamato il custode, e hanno informato che forniscono solo tovagliolo per doccia e mattoni di pavimento e ci saranno ulteriori oneri per tovagliolo a mano/faccia. È ridicolo! Se non è un hotel a stelle non mi importa. Ma 3 hotel a star con controllo rigoroso in politica? Questo è troppo. Inizialmente volevano dare uno e ci hanno chiesto di condividere. Non so quale sia il loro livello di igiene. Infine, dopo un lungo dibattito, hanno convenuto di fornire 2 paia di tovaglioli a mano/faccia senza alcuna tassa supplementare. 3. Durante il fine settimana di vacanza vi è alta occupazione, suggerire che il personale dell'hotel non parcheggiare al parcheggio coperto e dare il passaggio all'ospite pagatore al parcheggio. Il personale parcheggiava la moto proprio accanto alla mia auto e altri membri del personale parcheggiavano anche le loro auto nel parcheggio coperto dove c'erano parcheggi aperti che possono parcheggiare. 3. Grande camera, alta pressione idrica, vista molto bella.

Bella e pulita camera. È stata pulita quotidianamente e abbiamo ricevuto nuove bottiglie d'acqua e asciugamani puliti ogni giorno. Hanno anche cambiato le foglie durante il nostro soggiorno 3-days. Il ricevitore è stato utile quando abbiamo bisogno di taxi. È stato molto difficile dormire una buona notte. È stato sentito ogni suono dal corridoio e dalle camere vicine. Il suono viaggia davvero! Il balcone è stato condiviso con la stanza addiacente, che porta a mancanza di privacy e (se sei infelice) ci sono ancora più rumore quando stai cercando di dormire.

La posizione era buona, la posizione era molto parcheggio, la colazione era una buona scelta. L'unica cosa che era il servizio di front desk potrebbe essere un po' più flessibile per permettere agli ospiti di controllare in anticipo e tornare più tardi quando le camere erano pronte o addirittura offerte di lasciare il bagaglio prima.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in Cameron Highlands. Best experience. The provide the breakfast buffet and it was very nice. They've got a variety of foods, drinks and all of that are tasty. I will definitely come back again whenever visit Cameron Highlands.

Stai solo pulendo il polvere. Molto cattivo, soprattutto nel bagno. Cambia il sedile del bagno. Sembra che la gente si stia mettendo su un sedile con un pantaloncino. Sedile del bagno molto nero e scratch. La condizione non vale la pena chiamare nemmeno un hotel di bilancio.
