Papua Nuova Guinea: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Distretto della Capitale Nazionale

A short walk down a slope to the Ela beachfront and a good restaurant and bakery. The hotel is ok, but furniture, sheets, and mattresses are old and 'tired'. Staff is really friendly. Pool area nice. Check-in a bit frustrating as they couldn't find our reservation - eventually sorted out.

The two bedroom suite is such a good deal when you are three or. 4 people. Brand new big suites Hilton style quality. You can use the restaurants from the normal. Hilton Hotel also. Pool is good but not large and is in the Shadow in afternoons.

Il servizio è grande, il posto è grande, la navetta all'aeroporto è stata fornita che è bello. È stato fornito un bagno, ora era un bumper. Fornito un cappello, una capsula da doccia, lozione corporea e lo shampoo, condizionatore e lavatrice corporeo, ma questo è. Non c'era un tovagliolo, un pasto, un asciugacapelli. (+) the hotel room is clean and spacious. Check in from 2pm was possible. The hotel has its own restaurant and rooftop bar. It is located in a safe neighbourhood, I was walking around Boroko and visiting the local market, crafts market during the day and no issue at all. (-) I think I was unlucky cos my room 210 had bedbugs. I suffered from itchy bites the whole night, and thinking what it was until I saw a doctor. At first I thought it was mosquitoes but the room is air conditioned. See picture. I was bitten on my neck, arms and back. Their bedsheet or mattress must have been infested. Travelers do beware.

A fun and enjoyable stay. A very unique and very large property. I would’ve preferred my room have been in the main building. But this is a very busy and popular hotel. Breakfast is decent, and they have a very good onsite shop for all your conveniences. I’d definitely stay again.

The Hotel great service and great staff , the staff and front office to understand and monitor what type of guest either business, pleasure etc...Also priorizing the customers need wants and not to turn away customers whom are there for good cause in helping our country . The hotel clean and nice and needs monitoring of poolside use for the guest in house only and family kids not the public . Staff and supervisor agu in front customers in pool side restaurant it's bad .Solve your problems quietly not for customers to hear or know .

Il personale è molto utile

Sarebbero necessarie opzioni migliori per il cibo al bar al piano superiore, dato che i prezzi erano eccessivi e la qualità scadente. Sarebbe inoltre utile un incentivo per gli ospiti dell'hotel a mangiare al ristorante. Migliori opzioni di trasporto incoraggerebbero un maggior numero di soggiorni, con la possibilità di usufruire di navette verso altre località e zone, facilitando così gli spostamenti. Tutto il personale è stato molto disponibile. Forse sarebbe opportuno aprire il bar nella sala giochi e renderla più attraente.

Buona sala di servizio pulita e serbatoi rilassanti

I found the apartment is dirty on the first day and i didnt have access key due to bad door sensor and i tolled hotel more that 3 times but no one response to my complain, in addition there are no internet on the apartment for theses 7 days, moreover they prommesed me to pickup me to airport but no bus come to my appartment, i was about to miss my flight because of their appointment.
