Papua Nuova Guinea: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Distretto della Capitale Nazionale

A short walk down a slope to the Ela beachfront and a good restaurant and bakery. The hotel is ok, but furniture, sheets, and mattresses are old and 'tired'. Staff is really friendly. Pool area nice. Check-in a bit frustrating as they couldn't find our reservation - eventually sorted out.

Molto bel ambiente Il buffet era delizioso. L'hotel ha una posizione fantastica, circa un'auto 10-minute dall'aeroporto. Le noodles di riso vietnamita al buffet erano eccellenti; il cuoco ha aggiunto anche se volesse più.

Buone strutture con palestra, piscina e chiuso al centro commerciale Vision City. Anche buona sicurezza. Ma il servizio di navetta deve migliorare. specialmente dall'aeroporto all'hotel dove tendono a lasciare la persona a riprendersi lì per 1 ora

(+) the hotel room is clean and spacious. Check in from 2pm was possible. The hotel has its own restaurant and rooftop bar. It is located in a safe neighbourhood, I was walking around Boroko and visiting the local market, crafts market during the day and no issue at all. (-) I think I was unlucky cos my room 210 had bedbugs. I suffered from itchy bites the whole night, and thinking what it was until I saw a doctor. At first I thought it was mosquitoes but the room is air conditioned. See picture. I was bitten on my neck, arms and back. Their bedsheet or mattress must have been infested. Travelers do beware.

It was superb👌from upon arrival to the complimentary room upgrade, which I did not expect, just superb and check out was seamless..Great work team Gateway Hotel and Apartments Enjoyed the ladies night event as well upon arrival👌🙌

Il personale è molto utile

Il personale merita un 4/5. La posizione sembra discreta. Innanzitutto, mi hanno fatto aspettare a lungo nella hall. In secondo luogo, mi hanno assegnato una camera non pulita e ho dovuto riportare i bagagli dalla camera sporca lasciata dall'ospite precedente nella hall. Finalmente, dopo ore, mi hanno dato la camera. Il lato positivo è la colazione, che è buona. Offrono anche il servizio navetta gratuito per l'aeroporto. Nel complesso, il mio voto è 3,5/5, in base alla mia esperienza personale. L'hotel è buono, ma avrebbe bisogno di più personale o di una migliore formazione per il personale.

un hotel molto grande, spazioso, confortevole camera con balcone, delizioso colazione e piscina, prezzo un po 'costo ma è normale in POM, buon posto per fermarsi e fare affari in POM.

I found the apartment is dirty on the first day and i didnt have access key due to bad door sensor and i tolled hotel more that 3 times but no one response to my complain, in addition there are no internet on the apartment for theses 7 days, moreover they prommesed me to pickup me to airport but no bus come to my appartment, i was about to miss my flight because of their appointment.

Such a lovely quiet place to be in. Perfect for transit as near to the airport. Very clean and convenient as everything is at the premises. Do not have to go out. Definitely recommending to my work colleagues and circle.
