A short walk down a slope to the Ela beachfront and a good restaurant and bakery. The hotel is ok, but furniture, sheets, and mattresses are old and 'tired'. Staff is really friendly. Pool area nice. Check-in a bit frustrating as they couldn't find our reservation - eventually sorted out.

Sono rimasto qui per due settimane, ed è stata una delle migliori esperienze che avrei potuto chiedere: la proprietà era eccezionalmente ben gestita, l'atmosfera era benvenuta, e ogni membro del personale era professionale, attento e rispettoso. Come una sola donna, il senso di sicurezza e conforto è incredibilmente importante, e la squadra mi ha fatto sentire al sicuro durante il mio soggiorno e durante la mia attività. La loro ospitezza, professionalità e attenzione ai dettagli sono state veramente espresse. Hospitalità: 10/10 Professionalismo: 10/10 Ambiente: 10/10 Vorrei rimanere ancora una volta e lo consiglierei molto ai viaggiatori di attività e di svago.

Buone strutture con palestra, piscina e chiuso al centro commerciale Vision City. Anche buona sicurezza. Ma il servizio di navetta deve migliorare. specialmente dall'aeroporto all'hotel dove tendono a lasciare la persona a riprendersi lì per 1 ora

Very good overall. Excellent location especially for anyone attending rugby league match as hotel is right next to stadium. Only issue was there was no representative at the airport on arrival to arrange transfer to hotel. However, other representatives contacted the hotel and the transport arrived

The Hotel great service and great staff , the staff and front office to understand and monitor what type of guest either business, pleasure etc...Also priorizing the customers need wants and not to turn away customers whom are there for good cause in helping our country . The hotel clean and nice and needs monitoring of poolside use for the guest in house only and family kids not the public . Staff and supervisor agu in front customers in pool side restaurant it's bad .Solve your problems quietly not for customers to hear or know .

Sarebbero necessarie opzioni migliori per il cibo al bar al piano superiore, dato che i prezzi erano eccessivi e la qualità scadente. Sarebbe inoltre utile un incentivo per gli ospiti dell'hotel a mangiare al ristorante. Migliori opzioni di trasporto incoraggerebbero un maggior numero di soggiorni, con la possibilità di usufruire di navette verso altre località e zone, facilitando così gli spostamenti. Tutto il personale è stato molto disponibile. Forse sarebbe opportuno aprire il bar nella sala giochi e renderla più attraente.

Grande hotel. Molto vecchio, ma ben mantenuto. Le luci nella suite esecutiva sono piuttosto povere. Ci sono solo una vecchia luce principale, che non poteva accendere la stanza bene, quindi ho dovuto switchare sulle due piccole luci da letto per fare il mio lavoro.

I found the apartment is dirty on the first day and i didnt have access key due to bad door sensor and i tolled hotel more that 3 times but no one response to my complain, in addition there are no internet on the apartment for theses 7 days, moreover they prommesed me to pickup me to airport but no bus come to my appartment, i was about to miss my flight because of their appointment.

Such a lovely quiet place to be in. Perfect for transit as near to the airport. Very clean and convenient as everything is at the premises. Do not have to go out. Definitely recommending to my work colleagues and circle.
