Nuova Zelanda: hotel con internet nella provincia di Auckland (regione)

We were really looking forward to our stay at this hotel, which is new, has a very central location, is very clean, and has a very-well equipped gym. These features were greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, we encountered a few issues that affected our experience. Despite booking for three guests, our room was only prepared for two, and even after requesting additional amenities, they were not fully provided. The in-room phone was also not working, making it difficult to communicate with the front desk. Housekeeping seemed inconsistent—our room was not thoroughly cleaned after the first night, with some items left out of place and the trash not emptied. Additionally, when ordering a breakfast box for an early checkout, we were surprised by the lack of flexibility in food choices, as we could only remove items rather than substitute them. A bit more understanding from the staff in handling such requests would have been appreciated. Lastly, we noticed that some of the buffet food tasted stale, and one of our family members felt unwell afterward. We’re not sure if this was an isolated incident, but it was a bit concerning.

Amazing stay. Loved the location- next to Queen’s steer and close to all the major attractions. Staff were really nice and assured us with charging our mobile as I had forgotten my charger.

Meno di 2 minuti a piedi a Queen St. La stanza è pulita. Si consiglia di stare al piano alto perché alla sera di Fri e Sat potevo sentire persone ubriachi cantare anche se ero al 13° FL. Non c'è colazione asiatica da scegliere, solo colazione americana. In generale, molto buon hotel.

Phoned in for help. VERY kind, patient and helpful. Stayed on the line until I said we were okay.  Valet Service: Excellent in every way.  Concierge: thorough and thoughtful. Made moving from car, to book-in area to the room very simple.  Booking In: polite, efficient, friendly.  Room itself: magnificent!! View: Awesome!  Overall: Staying at SkyCity made our Ak visit stress-less and easy. I’ll be doing this all again, hopefully it will be very soon!! Thank you to all. 😊

I stayed at the Holiday inn, and it was a really good experience. It’s close to the airport, which made traveling easy. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. They also have an airport shuttle, which was very handy. Breakfast was great, with lots of choices, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I asked for non-feather pillows, and they put in a lot of effort to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. The pool and garden area are lovely—perfect for relaxing. It’s also quiet, so it’s a great spot for families or anyone who wants some peace and quiet. Overall, it’s a nice, convenient, and comfortable place to stay. I’d definitely come back!

Loved this hotel! If you’re ever in Auckland and you’re not sure where to stay, I really recommend this hotel! Clean bathroom, clean room, has all the basic amenities and walking distance to eateries as well as the harbour + sky tower :) Great service and staff were all really friendly! I appreciate the hospitality and thank you for reserving the car parking for my family and I :)

I am travelling with family with kids and elderly. The grand is probably the best central location that you can find in Auckland if you are taking public transport. The pickup and dropoff for Skybus to Auckland airport is a 5 min walk away. The surrounding has plenty of restaurants including japanese & Chinese food. Facilities wise it has a gym and a heated swimming pool which the kids enjoy. Room is clean & spacious. Hotel price wise is on a high but weighing all the plus points, I will book it again for all the reasons above.

We arrived late after going to a show and the staff were very nice in getting us sorted. It took a while to heat the place up, but once we figured out the air conditioner, it was fine. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great for our needs. The water in the shower was luke warm and even with an extra blanket, it was not warm in bed. Also, the cleaners must have sprayed the place top to bottom with air freshener because the scent was overpowering. However, the location is great and the cost was very reasonable, so all up, this was a good deal for us.

Hi, hotel is conveniently located in the Airport. Short 2 minute walk from the International terminal. Staff at reception pleasant, Restaurant service very helpful. It was easier to go to the restaurant and get a reservation for dinner. Reception staff struggled to make a reservation for dinner. Rooms are comfortable, for a 5 star hotel it is missing toiletries and the soap provided is not to my liking. Overall a good stay

Io sono arrivato in hotel con i mezzi pubblici senza prenotare in anticipo; non essendo raggiungibile direttamente, ho dovuto camminare un po' e, dato che ha iniziato a piovere, è stato un po' scomodo. Alla reception ho prenotato l'autobus giallo per la partenza del giorno successivo, ritirando il biglietto (vedi Foto 1). Si può scegliere l'orario più adatto in base alla tabella del giorno seguente. L'autobus fa il giro di diversi hotel vicini per raccogliere i passeggeri, come l'Ibis, e di solito ci sono molti posti disponibili. Tuttavia, l'autista deve scansionare il codice QR su ogni biglietto con un dispositivo per registrare i passeggeri che salgono. Per questo motivo, il giorno della partenza per l'aeroporto, è consigliabile non calcolare i tempi all'ultimo. Le lavatrici e il detersivo dell'hotel sono a pagamento, e per utilizzarli è necessario avere delle monete.
