Il parcheggio era conveniente con un sacco di spazio e facile accesso al lobby, che era un grande plus. Il personale era amichevole, gentile e sempre pronto ad assistere con un sorriso. L’iscrizione e l’uscita erano semplici ed efficienti. In generale, il servizio è stato eccellente e rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole."

"Have stayed here many times.Strategic location, convenient for finding food.My family and I like to stay here since long ago just for vacations.In the evening relax and swim in the pool. Car parking is easy and safe.A very comfortable, spacious hotel with various facilities. There is a water filter and wifi internet provided.For me everything is very comfortable and quiet. "We stayed at the Premium Quadruple Studio and it was absolutely breathtaking! The room was spotless, with super comfortable beds, a big TV, and excellent high-speed WiFi. The small kitchen area was a nice touch—perfect for preparing light meals like ramen. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and had reliable hot water, which made our stay even more comfortable. The entire studio felt roomy and well-designed, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Reception was very easy to access, and we also loved that there’s a retail shop right on the ground floor with plenty of variety. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are very satisfied—highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great travel experience!"

"Overall, my stay was good and comfortable. The service and facilities were generally satisfying. However, housekeeping needs some improvement. For example, the kettle in my room had a broken lid, which should have been highlighted and replaced before guests checked in. The room could also use some refurbishment to keep it looking fresh and well-maintained."

"Location wise it’s quite far from tourist spots but still okay as grab rates not that affects, just dont get out around 4pm onwards as all roads near to hotel is crowded. Very affordable and clean yet i think the front office staffs must wear some proper uniforms to recognize. I expected also a couple of coffee as amentiies as our flight by 8am morning and we prepared around 4am unfortunately convenience store down stares are closed so luckily i got some coffee from vietnam. Facilities are very amazing for its price but again the staffs needs to be presentable as most of them are indians/south asians (not for shaming but they will be more good if they act so good with that facilities)"

"Pro : 1. Very clean and new hotel. 2. Comfortable bed + towels 3. Spacious room for cheap price Cons 1. This is the first hotel that claims that they will charge me for stains on towels and bedsheets etc, are they expecting me to check all their towels, bedsheets etc to make sure that there's no stains when I check in to avoid being charged? 2. Literally no soundproof at all, I can hear whenever people talk on corridors, when they open their room door etc."

"We checked in at almost midnight. No problem as the counter is open 24/7. Our stay was 4 nights. On the night we checked in, I walked bare footed in the room & found the floor quite dusty. I mentioned it to the receptionist the next day & after that, everything was cleaned well every day. For stay that is more than one night, you have to request for room cleaning. The cleaners do not go into your room without permission. I would request for room cleaning each day when I was going out for a few hours at least. The toiletries that we have used are replenished each day. There is even a shower cap which many budget hotels now no longer provide. 2 bottles of drinking water are given daily & there is also a drinking water machine you can use for free. The quality of the water is good, no chlorine taste. The TV has only local channels. The room was mostly quiet except for occasional honking of cars. Location is good & safe even when late at night. There are all sorts of food shops, from coffee shops to restaurants. Watson & Guardian are on the same row as the hotel. We had good roast duck dinner less than 5 mins walk away. There are 3 convenient marts nearby. The public market is 2 mins away & there is a hawker food court beside it. All clean with many types of food offered. Cons: There were a few spots in the room that showed wear & tear as you can see from my photos but It did not affect our comfort. I dislike that there is only a rain shower which means we would get our heads totally wet each time we shower and the shower head is almost right above the toilet bowl meaning it is all wet after our shower. In fact, the whole bathroom gets wet. Unfortunately the hose for cleaning after toilet use is just left lying on the floor. I don't know why the management doesn't bother to put in a holder at least."

"We stayed for a night in this low budget hotel, which is located in PJ SS2 business area, surrounded by various shops and eating places, making it so convenient. The room was basic but comfy. However, ▶️ The soundproofing was very poor; we could hear people walking and talking in the corridor, especially one family with kids, they running, playing & shout in the corridor, soooo annoying. ▶️ Cleanliness could have been better as the bedsheets and towels are really seasoned. Although it's a budget hotel, basic hygiene is still essential. ⏩ Its was great that water dispensers and fridges provided."

"Staying here just ok but the staff didn't tell earlier when you wnt to extend need to checkout first to change the date voucher. We have been charge rm40 for late checkup between 1 to 4pm. Not detail at all. I think only sun inns kota damansara got an issues to guest. The rest sun inns hotel at kelana jaya I think the staff there is more friendly than this. I request for makeup room they didn't do they job. Apa kerja goyang kaki Dan bergaduh dgn guest je ke??? Please do your job"
