I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness really stood out — everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s just a short drive from the airport. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with easy airport access, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I am a solo biker doing shift work in the next country so I book resorts and suites on the weekends, Le Grandeur stands out as my favorite location in Johor because it is very exclusive location and away from the crowds.
Because it is situated in nature the resort has a very temperate climate, on my day of arrival it was foggy after the rain and it really felt cooler than Cameron Highlands using natural ventilation. You will barely need the air con in the room and just set it 30 degrees and maximum fan for circulation will do.
The service standards are very high, polite and efficient to all nationalities of guests and feel very welcome when the front desk agents understand I want to be a little cautious and quiet around people.
I will definitely be back for more staycations!

Prezzo della camera considerando superiore a quello di altri hotel. La stanza è pulita, il bagno è pulito per usare, il letto è bello dormire che non causa la sensazione di vomito, solo che la tazza data è sporca e ha una voce leggermente alta fuori dalla porta, come ci sono liti tra i clienti. Tuttavia, considerando che il buono non influenza il sonno notturno. Le strutture fornite non sono abbastanza buone, perché non ci sono sapone neanche lo shampoo dato nel bagno, ma non è in imballaggio, quindi sarebbe preoccupante usare.

Location is good as it is near IOI mall and a 24 hour mamak stall nearby. I stayed 1 night for a morning flight at Senai airport. Check in was fast and seamless and staff was very helpful to address my queries with a smile. Check out was fast with different staff from check-in but staff were still courteous. I travel solo and just needed a basic sleep area. The dorm style female only suits my needs. Clean toilet with shower area and shampoo provided. Good & value for money.

Everything was good except for the toilet cleanliness. The floor in Room 416 was noticeably dirty, which was disappointing. We were too tired to request a room change as we arrived in the evening with kids. We chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location near Senai Airport, but we do hope the management can take cleanliness more seriously, especially for the toilets. Thank you.

IIMKHALILSono rimasto per due notti. In generale, è stata una piacevole esperienza. Il design moderno dell'hotel, lobby pulito e personale amichevole hanno fatto una grande prima impressione. Il buffet di colazione aveva una varietà decente, amava le opzioni locali come nasi lemak, anche se le pasticce erano solo belle. Per il prezzo, è grande valore per un hotel 4-star con queste strutture. Lo consiglierei per i viaggiatori di business o per chiunque abbia bisogno di un conveniente fermo vicino all'aeroporto o alle uscite.

La pulizia media della camera, la porta igienica ha rumore una volta che ho provato a swing aprirlo .
Dal momento che l'hotel si trova sulla strada principale, il rumore da passare attraverso i veicoli non può essere evitato.

SSamanthaBoth my friends and I booked separately for different types of room. Supposedly my deluxe king should be better than my friend which is superior king. But was given a room at second level with urine smells in my toilet and room was not properly cleaned and dusty. But surprisingly my friend was upgraded to deluxe king with much better cleaning on third floor than me?? Just because she checked in before me? Checked with reception and requested to move to much cleaner room, regardless of the view outside. And was changed to same number of room on the second floor. On the second day, shower bath and shampoo was not refilled. Requested on the third day before check out few times yet didn’t receive after we checked out the hotel. I didn’t take pictures of my complaint given that the hotel location was great and lobby area was impressive. Hopefully the cleanliness will improve and room was properly maintained and reserved and allocated for guests.

JJamie00The location is secluded and peaceful. The building, rooms and grounds are a little old and crumbly but clean and green. The sounds of nature are amazing and awesome.
We were prepared for simple meals without much of a choice, having read reviews and understanding that the location has a part to play.
However, we did not expect the food to be bad. What made it worse was that when we gave feedback on my brother’s dish, which was especially hard, the server said he would talk to the chef, then came back with the receipt saying it is what we ordered. It was also interesting that when we were still hanging around after dinner, we indicated to the server (who was attentive) that we were done and that he could clear the dishes, sensing that he wanted to. He offered the information that yes the chef wants to go home!
There are no telephones in the room. The TV turned on by itself 3 times at night, disrupting our sleep.
Basically you are on your own if you need assistance at night.
The nice part of this stay is the horse riding stables. We had a nice chat with the very friendly trainer the next morning and had fun playing with the horses. If you want to try horse riding, the fees are additional.
All in all, I can’t rate this accom highly as we did not get proper rest (good, uninterrupted sleep is a basic expectation), food was not good with no accessible options, and service was nonchalant; almost laughable. Not worth what we paid.
However the place has a lovely proposition with its serenity and horses - I hope it does better.

WWin BkkSituato a Kulai, un conveniente 10-minute Grab percorso dall'aeroporto di Johor Bahru. L'ho usato come hotel di transito. Ho organizzato un check-in tardivo via WhatsApp, che era liscio. La camera da letto era pulita. A/C ha funzionato bene. La ricezione non sapeva la password wifi sul pavimento che ho soggiornato, quindi dovevo usarla sulla ricezione.
In generale, ho goduto il mio soggiorno al N45 e lo consiglierei.
