Abbiamo prenotato la stanza 270. La finestra era grande e aperta, offrendo una vista marina stupenda. Anche se il personale non parlava inglese, abbiamo comunicato facilmente utilizzando un app di traduzione non era un problema. Tutto era pulito, e la stanza aveva caratteristiche intelligenti. La luce e i controlli di cortina erano a buon fine vicino al letto, che rendevano il nostro soggiorno ancora più confortevole.
Se stai pianificando un viaggio in mare, questo hotel ha una vista veramente lussuosa e una posizione perfetta. Era sia cordiale che elegante. Siamo sicuramente pronti a rimanere qui di nuovo. Grazie!

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del mio primo soggiorno all'Hotel Sofia, devo elogiarlo:
1. La posizione è ottima, a soli due semafori dal Summer Resort.
2. La stanza è abbastanza grande e pulita. Le grandi finestre possono vedere il fiume in città.
3. La guida turistica autonoma dell'hotel dall'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo offre un tour approfondito del resort estivo per soli 9,9 yuan. Altre guide turistiche all'ingresso dell'area panoramica offrono un minimo di 150 yuan e del Tempio di Puning Anche il tour approfondito della guida turistica costa 9,9 yuan. La guida turistica Xiaoyu è molto professionale, bella, paziente e attenta. Lo scenario durante l'intero viaggio è diventato vivido e vivido dopo aver ascoltato la sua introduzione. Il luogo in cui un tempo vivevano le concubine dell'imperatore Qianlong era anche lo studio dei principi. Sul cancello della torre si trovano iscrizioni di Kangxi e Qianlong. Com'è vivere in una reliquia culturale? !La stanza nel cortile in cui abbiamo alloggiato era la stanza in cui all'epoca vivevano i generali. Quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo incontrato la prima forte nevicata di quest'inverno a Chengde e i bambini erano molto felici. Il cibo del ristorante è conveniente e gustoso, perfetto per gli abitanti di Guangzhou, che amano la vita tranquilla. Il personale era molto cordiale e attento e nel cortile sul retro c'erano dei cervi che vagavano. Mi piace al cento per cento 👍

Era comodo salire al piano superiore. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, pulita e ordinata, dotata di tutti i comfort e molto calda. La ragazza alla reception è carina e il servizio è molto buono. Vengono preparati limonata e longan, datteri rossi e tè alle bacche di goji. I dipendenti sono tutti molto entusiasti. Mi piace molto la colazione. Ne esistono di molti tipi. Mi piace bere una ciotola di zuppa di montone da sola, con qualche peperone. Ci sono stili occidentali e cinesi, tradizionali ed emergenti, nonché piatti speciali.

they had a good service! the breakfast was a typical chinese breakfast (dumplings, noodles, buns, sausage, fried rice and fried noodles, watermelon, yoghurt, and many more). it's very clean and the amenities were refilled daily too.
the location is very strategist! 10 mins walk from shijiazhuang railway station (5 mins by bicycle / 电动). there's few bus stop too near the hotel.

Buona igiene, servizio cordiale, bevande gratuite e pantofole per bambini. Il letto matrimoniale ordinato è alto 1,35 metri. È molto comodo dormire in due letti separati, 2 grandi e 2 piccoli. La colazione a buffet è molto ricca e ognuno può trovare qualcosa di suo gradimento. L'hotel è di altissimo livello. Le strutture sono complete e il trasporto è molto conveniente. Se arrivi qui in auto, puoi raggiungere il centro commerciale in pochi minuti, il Baishi Park e la Nanchuan Old Street. C'è una grande area di intrattenimento all'aperto per bambini a Baishiyuan, che costa 10 yuan. È fantastico giocare con i bambini. Bellezza del crisantemo del giardino botanico

MMumuqianerCome ci si aspetta da un hotel a quattro stelle di lunga data, il servizio è stato eccellente ed è perfetto per le famiglie. L'hotel è a tema Capibara, con tante bambole di Capibara nella hall e veri animali da nutrire. I bambini possono anche prendere il tè pomeridiano e partecipare a corsi di artigianato con l'argilla. I miei genitori non sono molto abili nell'artigianato, quindi il risultato finale è stato un disastro. Grazie anche alla responsabile della hall, Jia Rui, che è stata molto disponibile e ha risposto a ogni nostra richiesta. È stata un'esperienza molto positiva.

UUtente ospiteRoom & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer.
Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient.
Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk!
Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away.
Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December).
Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

UUtente ospiteStayed over for one night at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel at Chengde. The entrance to the hotel was congested with cars. The parking attendance in front of the hotel wasn't really helpful when my driver dropped us off to check in to the hotel. What he cares was just faster unload and removed the car form that area. He offered no help at all. I was not sure if the parking attendance was employed by the Hilton hotel. If yes then the service was really not up par with the Hilton standard for customer service standard. We carried one large luggages and few smaller bags. We have to carry it over few flights of stairs to get in to the hotel entrance. The sliding path to get into the hotel entrance was not located in front of the hotel entrance but was hidden at the side that was obscured or partially blocked by the parking car at the front. The reception lady was very friendly though. We were given high floor and she scanned my WeChat to easy contact with the hotel later. The hotel room was very spacious and beautiful but the room was stuffy. Only one tiny small window was able to open a little bit to let the outside air go in. The afternoon temperature was as high as 25 degrees Celcius and rather HOT inside the room. We cannot adjust the aircon in the room as it is central setting! Called to the reception to ask why the room air con can't be adjusted and it seems not working but was told it is central setting. Well, you paid a lots to stay at the hotel without proper ventilation but to rely on the outside air to go in the tiny window. Despite the hotel facility was complete but we still cannot really enjoy and sleep comfortably as we felt HOT. The hotel separates the bathroom from toilet. The washing basin was outside of the bathroom. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. After checking out, I realised I might have left my traveller adaptor in the room. Immediately Isent a text to the hotel via WeChat but to my disappointment, it took two days for them to reply my message asking me to self contact the front desk counter to ask yourself?! What kind of service of that??? Asking hotel guest to add them on WeChat but still asking us to self call the front desk? Not all tourists will have local Sim card to make phone call. That is really a disappointment. They should have offered a better service by checking with the front desk counter and then get back to us via WeChat. This Hilton is definitely still a long way to go to achieve better rating. The hotel is closed to q night market that offers lots of street foods. There was one food stall that offer very palatable Chu Cheong fun. The experience was not pleasant for my one night stay.

Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. UUtente ospiteI recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken.
The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work.
I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied.
The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service.
I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone.
In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.
