"Hotel location is after a very happening area, a little bit dark at night. But quite and peaceful. (However room soundproofing can be improved). Size of room is spacious.
Hotel swimming pool is quite good in size, breakfast is typical Malaysian buffet breakfast, nasi lemak, curry, noodles, porridge, roti Canai, salad bar, bread and pastry, cereal bar etc.....
Water pressure is good.
Every floor have water station, so, can refill easily.
Showel gel, shampoo, toothbrush, shower cap was provided.
Hotel is very kind to help arrange the room for me due to I am attending activities and at same time wanted to pre deco the room by myself for later stay with family. You can always write in and ask for certain arrangements.

"Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno a Wyndham Ion Majestic, Bentong, la stanza era spaziosa, moderna e molto pulita, con una vista sulla montagna sorprendente dal balcone che rendeva il soggiorno molto memorabile. Il letto era confortevole, e il semplice ma elegante design ha creato un'atmosfera confortevole.
La cucina e le strutture fornite erano pratiche, rendendole conveniente per un breve soggiorno.
La posizione era buona, poco lontana dalla ruggine e dalla bussola, che lo rendevano tranquillo, ma ancora accessibile alla città di Bentong in breve viaggio. Il servizio era amichevole e utile, anche se c’è ancora spazio per migliorare l’attenzione.
Uno dei problemi è che le strutture e il ristorante sono un po' meno ridotti rispetto alle immagini lucidate mostrate sotto la marca Wyndham. Sarebbe bello se si facessero miglioramenti in queste aree per corrispondere alla norma generale dell'hotel.

"The room is clean and the shower has strong pressure and water temperature is hot enough. The staff is friendly and explained everything in detailed. Slight inconvenience with the car park as we need to validate everytime we go out. The swimming pool is quite clean but the jacuzzi is overcrowded by young kids playing in there. The sauna is not hot enough and does not come with water pail."

"It was a good hotel for a short stay. Location wise, if you drive, it shouldnt be an issue as there are eateries (both halal and non-halal) and convenient stores nearby. Just a few mins away by driving to skyway & GPO. Breakfast was also fine - limited choices, but for the price, it's worth it."

Bintang : maybe 4 /5 . X pasti berapa sekarang.
Lokasi: Dekat Genting Highland Premium Outlet ( shuttle bus disediakan percuma). Makan2 di Gohtong Jaya.

AAlly YongFrom start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive.
My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special.
Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night.
The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.

JJoJoWe arrived at about 1am, their check-in counter was open 24hr, a malay girl receptionist assisted me with check-in and instructed me how to get to the car park, she was friendly and professional.
The room was tidy and the view was nice. There was a problem with microwave heating, it wasn't hot at all, and the bathroom sink was a little stuck except for these, overall good.
I was lucky enough to upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, I was impressed with the management of this hotel.
My 1st choice hotel👍👍

It’s very cheap — only around RM100 per night including tax! Really affordable and super worth it! The room is also spacious. Parking can be waived for free!
Cons:
It’s about a 20-minute drive up to Genting First World (about 10 minutes drive down from Genting to the hotel). The location is a bit far and secluded. The reception, parking, and hotel entrance are quite far apart. Every time you go out, you need to get the parking waived, change elevators, and walk quite a bit. After getting our room card and parking ticket, we had to go to the 7th floor, exit the lift, and switch to another elevator just to get to the one that leads to the rooms. We noticed it wasn’t just us — everyone seemed lost and confused. The directions and signage were really unclear. Every time we went out, someone was asking for directions.

It might be a bit confusing for some people to find their hotel room since they have lots of towers but if you follow the instructions and signs, you will find your room. Will come here again for sure 😊 oh you can just watch the sunrise from the hotel too!

UUtente ospiteOverall not recommended for impatient person, check in process was miserable (they delayed us for an hour, then we need to pickup our room key from they housekeeper by ourself?????(CANNOT BRAIN AT ALL)), lift at windmill upon hill was miserable too during check out hour.
Access card for lift cannot be used and customer service asked us to deal with hotel’s security guard (HELLO WE CANT EVEN USED THE LIFT SO HOW WE WANT TO GO DOWN AND MEET THE GUARD), thank god some good people helped us during when up.
Only room was comfortable, but at 1.30am we smell cigarette from another room.

TTayThe check-in area is very confusing... Why can't they place the lobby on the ground floor of the main building together with the car park? The signage is not very clear, and customers were made to criss-cross among different buildings. The staff is not very well trained.
I have the same negative feedback from other guests when we talk in the hotel area.
Won't be staying there again. Getting to Genting Sky Arena is a big hassle and they charge you for the shuttle bus.

TTanKai000For 2 beds, 1 single and 1 queen sized the room is surprisingly small and quite difficult to walk in. I thought it would be bigger as it is made for 3 people to stay in. The TV is old too and does not work half of the time
