The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room. The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off. Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.

Traveller type: family with young kids (2 under 2) and elderly (60s). Writing this in hopes of helping others make a decision while choosing their stay in Genting highlands. ✔️ Minimalist - only functional platform, mattress(es), toilet and hanging knobs. So less prone for accidents when you have toddlers ✔️ No door to toilet. I like this because less accidents too, but you need to ensure your toddler stays out. But you can't ensure the smells stay in. Plus ventilation is bad. ✔️There is a kids playground at the reception area! ✔️Fully self-help. You can check in and out with ease IF you are IT proficient. I checked in within 10 mins and checked out in 1 minute. ✔️Tiny minimart near reception - really like this! Very convenient. Otherwise, there's a larger supermarket right where you would walk entering the genting shopping area. ✔️They do clean! After 2nd night stay onwards. ✔️Value for money when comparing with the other hotels in genting highlands area ✔️ They provided bedroom slippers so no need to bring your own. I also loved their 2 in 1 shampoo / soap. ❓right by the road side. We were ok with this - my kids can sleep with noise. Mentioning because others might not be. We consider ourselves lucky coz the road came with the most wonderful view down the acres of forest and this is a plus for us. ❓ The windows can be opened but have been child-proof (only can open 1 inch wide). On warmer days, this felt horrible because the room becomes stuffy and that's what we experienced. I bet it's ok on colder days. 2 ceiling fans are provided. ❓ We considered ourselves really lucky because we begged the front desk to give us a room in the main block. I said yes to everything even if they said the room was bad. But we ended up having a nice room. Despite having the best located room in this hotel, the main shopping area is about 10 mins walk away (1 escalator, 1 winding road, then through a sheltered part of what used to be arena of stars). Those with wheelchairs or cannot make do without strollers should take note. We overcame this because I'm good at pushing strollers up and down escalators. ❓ Comparably cleaner. To be honest when we first opened the room, we were a little disappointed. It feels and looks like the hostel/backpacker grade of hotels,but the longer we stayed the more comfortable we felt. So to manage expectations, this is definitely not your typical/luxury type of hotel.

I haven't been to Genting in 15 years, and this trip to Genting left me with a rare experience. To be honest, although it is troublesome to wait for the room, it cannot be used if you encounter a 1st world member card. It cannot be automatically checked in, there must be a long line. Fortunately, the waiters there were very friendly. The room is older, but it's still clean. Decorated leisure area, personal feel very stewed, not as comfortable as before cool. You'll get lost in there. Fortunately, there are more restaurants there, and the price will certainly be a little more expensive than normal. It is also suitable for people who like to shop. These are all personal opinions.

Overall had a wonderful stay, not the best but it’s good enough for a short staycation, took king balcony studio, unfortunately is low floor, view blocked by 3 buildings. Toilet sink is clog and smells, but just 2nights so I didn’t care much. Recommendations to add some towel rail and hooks in the toilet, no place to put towel and dirty clothes.

Reception was not able to find our booking and we waited almost half hour to check in. Hotel staff (Shini) gave sarcastic look when she couldnt find the booking.  On 2nd day, we were asked to check out when we booked 2 nights. The booking was messed up either by hotel or trip.com. Overall bad experience

My second time stayed in this suites, but using different platform.. this time i was booked thru trip.com, the rooms cleanliness are much more better than the rooms that i booked with other travel platform.. highly recommended to book thru trip.com 👍👍👍👍👍

It was a quick getaway before starts working..not my first time here in windmill and booking under maple home..easy to check in and check out..parking card access provided..everything was smooth..only that there's only one mirror in the house..that's only in the toilet..appreciate if you could add one mirror at the hall or in the room..will definitely come back some time soon..

Il mio soggiorno a Le Verts Genting Highland durante il mio viaggio a Genting un mese fa è stato assolutamente meraviglioso! Dalla nostra arrivo, mi ha colpito il lussuoso arredamento dell’hotel, che ha davvero messo il tono per una via di relax. La stanza era incredibilmente comoda, con una pulizia di alto livello che lo faceva sentire come una casa lontana da casa. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e utile, andando sempre in un migliaio di distanza per assicurarci di avere tutto quello che ci serviva. Il clima freddo di Genting lo ha reso perfetto per uscire dalla rabbia e dalla rabbia della vita quotidiana, permettendo a me e a mio marito di calmarsi sia fisicamente che mentalmente. Una delle nostre evidenze era semplicemente andare in giro per l'hotel, e trovammo chestnuts e patate dolci, che erano il trattamento perfetto dopo un passo tranquillo. Le opzioni alimentari in questo settore non sono mai state una questione, e tutto ciò che avevamo era delizioso. In generale, la nostra esperienza a Le Verts è stata fantastica, e lo consiglio molto a chiunque visita Genting Highland.
