"This family-run guesthouse is priced on the higher side. Objectively speaking, the rooms are reasonably spacious and the hardware facilities are decent, but the hosts have an extremely poor sense of service—they completely fail to position themselves as service providers; instead, guests feel like strangers ”crashing” at their home.
What makes the experience even worse is that the shared living room and dining area are used by both guests and the host family. The hosts' children often run and make noise in these public spaces, which seriously disturbs the guests' rest. We initially chose this place mainly to meet our need for twin-bed accommodation. However, upon check-in, one of the rooms did not have two sets of bedding as promised. When we asked the hosts for the missing bedding, they responded with a bad attitude; from the next day onwards, they even treated us with unwarranted rudeness and indifference.
The most outrageous part came during checkout: the bills for all three rooms were overcharged by more than 60 to 70 euros each. After we checked each room's bill one by one and raised questions, the hosts reluctantly admitted the miscalculation, yet still insisted on charging an additional ”service fee”. When we pressed them to explain what specific services this fee covered, they flew into a rage because they couldn't answer, and even rudely drove us away.
The hosts of this guesthouse have no sense of contract or basic service awareness. We strongly advise everyone to choose carefully to avoid such a terrible experience."
