La posizione è buona, c'è servizio di autobus dall'aeroporto, molto conveniente. Ma è difficile capire se gli ospiti della nuova stella possono salire sull'autobus solo ”Chateau Nova”.Penso che sarebbe più facile capire se scrivesse anche ”Nova”. La stanza è molto grande e confortevole. In generale, la posizione è buona. Penso che sia un hotel facile da usare.

Molto soddisfatto, il capo ride ogni giorno quando si trova. Come ha detto un commento, il caffè usato dal capo è buono. Dopo quattro notti, il caffè è stato bevuto. Non è abituato a bere il caffè lungo dopo essere tornato a casa. Il caffè è stato bevuto in modo insolito.Desidero il business e il coltello giallo andrà di nuovo.

The hotel location is well, we like the view from our room window. We can see the sunset from the room. The staff are politely, only hotel restaurant area may not fit enough table as we wanted to having dinner but the staff told us we had to book, and then ask us go to bar and lodge area to have our dinner, this was quite not happy experience.

She was so kind and took care of me. She helped me when I asked for a taxi. House was cozy for stay yellowknife. I wanted to go again. It was near from quality inn.

We booked the hotel at Chateau Nova one year ago in advance for Aurora tour in late September!! They sent an email to confirm the room reservation 2 days before the check in date. When we arrived Yellowknife Airport, we called the hotel for pickup. They came in 10-15 minutes. Checkin is fast and they upgrade our 3 rooms to suites. The suite room numbers are 254, 255, and 257. The suite has a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer!! You can do your own laundry 😊👍 The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, can opener, utensils, cookware, wine glass and mugs. Please bring your own wine opener. The room temperature is fine. Our room has a small balcony with tree view. They provide a potable AC in the bedroom but we never use it. They do daily housekeeping if you turn off the green light on the front door. They provide with plenty of towels, shower bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and makeup remover. I did not try the food in their restaurant since we have a full size kitchen and a living room. We ordered food from DoorDash and the food is delivered to your hotel room doorstep!! It’s so convenient. Overall the hotel is good and quiet. I found a stain on the bedsheet and they changed the sheet right away!! The sauna and steam room are always out of order. It’s part of hotel amenities but they never are available for guests. Gym is good. I will go back again!! Book early.

Non c'è spazio interno, C'è un grande supermercato vicino, e la stanza è povera senza cucina, L'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto. La stazione di servizio può aiutare a chiamare un taxi. Arrivo in cinque minuti. Il costo del taxi all'aeroporto è circa 15 galloni. Posso avere una carta di credito. Il servizio del taxi 24 ore è molto conveniente.

Il personale di servizio di Liu Tai è molto amichevole, e può anche rilasciare bagagli con bagagli , trasformarsi in centro di prova, quindi è fantastico compilare carte di posta, coprire il capitolo del centro turistico e andare all'ufficio postale e andare al centro di prova!
