Hotel 4 stelle a Xiaojin

Recensione inglese (pollito e naturale): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Se ci fossero dieci stelle, darei certamente a questo hotel tutte dieci. Francamente, non so nemmeno dove iniziare, perché tutto era semplicemente incredibile. La posizione è molto conveniente, vicino alla valle di Shuangqiao. L'hotel stesso è bella e moderna. Il sistema di riscaldamento funziona rapidamente ed efficiente, mantenendo la camera molto calda, che è estremamente importante in questa zona. L'ossigeno è fornito anche quando abbiamo avuto problemi di salute a causa dell'altezza non c'era davvero niente mancante. Durante il nostro viaggio da Chengdu fino a arrivare qui, questa è la prima volta che abbiamo incontrato un ospite che parlava eccellente inglese. Era incredibilmente gentile, paziente e carino. Il marito ci ha anche guidato dopo la nostra prenotazione originale era già completata. Il giorno dopo avevo prenotato un altro hotel, ma anche se il prezzo era più alto, le condizioni erano ingiustificate e negarono di fornire un trasporto. Poiché non siamo familiari con la lingua locale, il proprietario dell'Hotel ShanShangShan e suo marito sono usciti dalla loro strada per aiutarci e comunicare per noi. Infine, ShanShangShan è stato quello che ci ha curati e ci ha dato un giro. Ora, mentre sto giacendo in un altro hotel per scrivere questa recensione, mi dispiace davvero non rimanere più a ShanShangShan. Il cibo qui era anche delizioso, e il cuoco era estremamente amichevole e carino. Siamo stati incredibilmente confortevoli, felici e rilassati durante il nostro soggiorno. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Siguniangshan Xingshan Yueying B&B. The first thing that strikes you is the incredible view ,waking up to the majestic sight of the Four Sisters Mountain right from my window was a dream come true. The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They really make you feel at home. Lastly, you cannot leave without trying their Yak Hotpot. It was hands down one of the most delicious meals I’ve had perfectly seasoned and so comforting in the chilly mountain air. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed at this hotel from 17 to 18 May 2025 and had a wonderful experience. The interior design of the room was both beautiful and thoughtfully done, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Every detail in the room reflected care and style, and the amenities provided were complete and well-considered. The hotel’s shared living room was another highlight — tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also a lovely surprise: nicely presented, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. One of the most heartwarming parts of our stay was meeting three friendly furry companions — the owner’s Husky and the two neighbor’s Golden Retriever. All the dogs were gentle and playful, bringing a unique warmth to our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, this hotel offered not just a place to stay, but a memorable and heartfelt experience. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

Una delle cose migliori su questo posto era certamente la vista sulla montagna, che si trovava proprio da me. La stanza era molto confortevole, spaziosa e pulita. Tutto era ben mantenuto e l’atmosfera era accogliente per tutta la stanza. Era il luogo perfetto per riposare dopo un lungo giorno di esplorazione. What a pleasant surprise! Nestled quietly in the mountains, this place offers views that are simply breathtaking. If you're looking for peace, fresh air, and stunning scenery, this is it. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It comes equipped with heating and hot water, which is all you need in this cool mountain climate. There's no air-conditioning, but honestly, it isn't necessary as temperatures remain comfortable throughout the year. Since the property is located away from town, there's an in-house chef (20yrs of experience under his belt) who prepares meals from a menu with a good selection of dishes. Prices are very reasonable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. This is an excellent base for anyone planning to hike or explore the surrounding snow-capped mountains. The location is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. One unexpected bonus was the excellent projector setup with a surprisingly good sound system and access to the latest movies. After a long day of hiking, there's nothing better than returning to a warm room, enjoying a freshly cooked meal, and ending the evening with a movie. The property also offers private parking, which is very convenient. Overall, an amazing stay. One of those places that makes you want to extend your trip and stay a little longer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the ”faulty” sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.

Hotel is located quite conveniently to the town, had troubles booking Didi, but the front desk staff offered a private driver that can bring you around including to Shuangqiao Valley. Breakfast selection was good with a good view, room view was also good. Rooms are equipped with air humidifier as well as oxygen supply, there is also hot water. Overall a good stay.
