MM503098****La camera è spaziosa e pulita e l'arredamento è molto attento. Ho incontrato il capo premuroso che ha comunicato con ogni ospite, ha detto a tutti a cosa prestare attenzione, ha inviato cartoline e ha preparato spuntini prima di partire sull'autobus il servizio aggiornato👍🏻. Prima di arrivare temevo che l'hotel fosse scomodo per chi viaggia sulle piste, ma alla fine ci siamo ritrovati con un bus navetta che ci veniva a prendere e ci riportava, e abbiamo anche fornito pasti a chi andava alla base dei panda a mezzogiorno . C'è un ristorante al primo piano. Ogni piatto è buono e anche la colazione è buona. Non abituato alla pentola calda.

PPlum31Friendly service checking in quite late (coming back from Siguniang late at night - we originally planned to drive all the way to dujiangyan, but the foggy mountain roads made us drive significantly more slowly!). The place was mostly clean, and a great location. Breakfast was extremely simple and not exactly appetizing, but it was comparable to some other similarly priced hotels I've stayed in. Would personally just eat outside next time.

EElizabeth YapThe hotel location is super convenient and near to the Shenshuping Panda Base which just less than 5 mins walking distance from the hotel to the ticket entrance. This is the key reason why I chosen this hotel. The hotel room is within my expectation level except for the toilet design and room WIFI issue. The floor of the shower area can be too slippery and the non-shower area easy to get wet after shower. No room WIFI service to me for the first two days of my whole 4-night stay because I even cannot on the TV!But at least the hotel has solved this WIFI problem on the 3rd day after I kept complaining. Anyway, I am still a bit disappointed on this issue as it should be settled before my check-in which the hotel actually already aware on it. Another last improvement that I think the hotel should take into consideration is the lunch & dinner service provided to the hotel guests.

衞生：在藏區屬於很乾凈的了，沒有什麼灰塵，床單被套也都是沒有毛或者污漬
環境：緊靠公路，一下就能找到。要去甘海子，卧龍熊貓基地的可以選擇這家。
服務：老闆娘非常熱情，漢語也很好，還會為客人去買下酒菜送給客人。
這是在川西受到的一次非常熱情的接待，雖然這邊本身因為區域受限物資不是特別豐富，但是老闆一家竭盡所能給遊客提供了便利和熱情的招待，下次還來！！！！

RRuthYeoI was a solo traveller who stayed in the villa in early December 2023, an off-peak season. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. The Villa owners, Mr Deng and Mr Miao were friendly and very helpful. They offered a free to & fro ride to Mount Siguniang on one of their business trips during my stay. Even the staff were friendly and helpful too.
The Villa is a great location for anyone who wants to stay opposite 卧龙大熊猫苑神树坪基地. It would be more convenient to drive there though.
