Hotel con parcheggio a Rotorua

Excellent location. Beautiful grounds and property. Stunning views. Spacious room. Helpful staff. Nice bonus that there are animals on the property. One major goof up — thankfully acknowledged quickly however could have been much more sensitively handled. 

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Hana Lodge. Ho soggiornato in una casa 4-bedroom, e aveva tutto quello che avevamo bisogno con eccellenti strutture e attrezzature. Il colazione era delizioso, e tutto il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Un ringraziamento speciale a Shweta, che ha fornito un servizio eccellente e ha sempre risposto alle mie domande con pazienza e professionalità. Io darei questo posto 100/10! Raccomando fortemente Hana Lodge a chiunque pianificare un viaggio. Rimarrò sicuramente qui in futuro. 😊

We stayed there in mid-May. Very clean accommodation. Comfortable beds too. One reverse cycle air-con upstairs in the lounge/kitchen area. Rooms were provided with a portable column heater each. There was a towel heater in the bathroom located downstairs but it was inadequate to warm the bathroom. When one of the column heater stopped working, it was replaced immediately. We were happy with the accommodation. The only negatives were lack of mirrors and hooks (to hang wet towels) in the bedrooms but these were minor issues. Will stay again.

Location is excellent with lot of cafes and restaurants. I took the Intercity coach which dropped off at the tourist information site. From there it is a less than 5 minutes straight walk and then turning right to reach the hostel. Very friendly and helpful receptionist however do note it is closed at 6pm. Toilet and shower areas are very clean despite huge group during my stay. Shower gel and towel are provided which is great for me. I stayed in private single room which is good enough for me. Have kitchen with fridges, microwaves, stoves , utensils, pans , cleaning soap…… paid washing machines. U can parked your luggage after checkout for free. Walking distance to Rotorua Central Mall which has a food court and McDonald n KFC for slightly cheaper meal options. Entrance to hostel are always locked with passcode thus felt safe . I will definitely stay there if I am in Rotorua.

Come la maggior parte delle persone ha detto, l'hotel è data e ha bisogno di un po' di lavoro. Eravamo sfortunati per il lento check-in. Inizialmente ci è stato detto che c'era un problema nella nostra stanza e sono stati completamente prenotati il giorno, quindi ci è stato chiesto di muoversi verso l'ibis della porta successiva. Più tardi, quando gli ho detto che avevamo prenotato una stanza gemella, ci hanno trovato una stanza.

Amazing hotel , stay and view. Mattress was excellent. I liked breakfast a lot , it had really good variety with taste in every item in menu, and lots of healthy options. Staff is super amazing. They have water filling station, tour information , all things needed. Will definately choose again. Made trip memorable. Highly recommended. Much better than our stay at Auckland city hotel.

The hotel's environment and location are excellent, and the underfloor heating is a great touch. The front desk made check-in feel very warm and welcoming, and check-out was smooth and hassle-free. I really wanted to give a 5-star rating.However, the breakfast experience was extremely disappointing. A female staff was busy clearing tables the entire time and provided no service at all. Many food items were already gone — we went at 8:10 AM, and breakfast was supposed to be available from 7 to 10 AM. There was no bread, no croissants, no apple pastries. As for fruit, only three pieces of orange were left, and they didn’t even have any pulp. I pointed this out to the staff member, and she simply told me that the breakfast supply was already finished, then continued tidying up without offering any help. But there were still over two hours left before breakfast was supposed to end! I was honestly speechless. I had no choice but to drive into the city center to buy some croissants myself. I don’t know if this was a cost-cutting measure or if they genuinely ran out of pre-frozen pastries, but either way, the experience was very poor. This was already our third time staying here, and the previous two visits did not have this issue.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'AWA Hotel. I proprietari erano molto accoglienti e ci hanno dato un caldo benvenuto. Ci hanno concesso di controllare in anticipo a causa del temporale, perché non avevamo dove trascorrere tempo all'aperto. La camera era pulita e temperata, il bagno era pulito e la resistenza sonora nella stanza era eccellente. In generale, una soggiorno confortevole e piacevole che mi consiglierei molto.

L'esperienza generale è stata molto deludente: il servizio è stato sempre occupato, poiché c'era solo un membro del personale disponibile, che ha fatto i check-in e le richieste molto temporanee. La questione più grande era la calda calda dell’acqua nella stanza, che era in terribile condizione, con la polvere e le tinture visibili. Ho dovuto bollire l’acqua per il mio bambino, ma non potevo usarla in modo sicuro. Questo era un incubo e mi ha lasciato molto insoddisfatto con il soggiorno.

Questa volta, l'hotel distinzione è davvero sorpreso! Inizialmente abbiamo prenotato una camera di avanzamento comune, e quindi siamo arrivati presto. La reception ha detto che la stanza era ancora pulita, e ci ha dato un aggiornamento speciale intimità gratuita alla Deluxe Twin Room!Non mi aspettavo davvero ～ e il personale era molto educato durante tutto il viaggio e mi sentivo particolarmente caldo. La stanza è più grande di quanto immaginasse, due letti grandi sono morbidi e comodi, e un ufficio e due comodi divano blu, che siano seduti con un telefono mobile, bere caffè o pulire i bagagli sono particolarmente comodi. L'intero processo di soggiorno è particolarmente timido, e il servizio è anche molto in posizione. Il senso è che il tipo di hotel ”molto prenderà cura dell'esperienza degli ospiti” è molto intimido.Non ho aspettato che un soggiorno comune diventi così felice ～
