"Very clean and spacious hotel! Service provided by the staff were very good as well. Room was clean and tidy and amenities are provided at the reception area when you check in. The hotel is also walking distance from various food stalls and just right beside is a shopping mall. Very nice experience!"

"Their was no buffet as mentioned on their profile, imagine expecting to get breakfast buffet and then later go exploring the city and be deceived by the front desk agent not even knowing that was actually include on your reservation, so they ended up made you some breakfast with a small choice between 2, it's like a scam to get you there 😫, but after that everything was ok for me"

"La posizione è all'interno della zona urbana, molto conveniente.
Da una stazione ferroviaria a Bike a Hayan Road, ci sono pochi minuti per andare.
Controllo di autoassistenza in/out a mezzanotte non c'è problema. La passeggiata può andare a cena in N. Hua Street vicino al mattino.
Lavatrice è molto lucida, scarico lenta, e il posto bagnato non è separato da secco, ma lo spazio è sufficiente e pulito, e lavatrice è completa.
Il frigorifero ha due bottiglie di acqua per la miniera.
La stanza ha un tavolo, un telaio e un pannolino senza lavanderia, e uno specchio sul tavolo.

"My stay at Hotel Tainan was just okay overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good, offering a decent variety of options to start the day.
The room itself was fine, though it felt a bit outdated, particularly the bathroom, which was noticeably old, except for the modern heated toilet. While functional, the overall atmosphere of the hotel didn’t feel particularly pleasant or inviting. It served its purpose, but I wouldn’t describe it as a comfortable or memorable place to stay."

"Un hotel familiare, in modo che i viaggiatori solitari possano sentirsi un po' ignorati.Aggiungere una macchina per il caffè al lobby sarebbe molto utile.
Seguono il controllo giapponese in ore di check-out e anche molto rigoroso... Penso che sia il più grande sfondo dell'hotel. Dovrete aspettare esattamente dopo le 3:00 per la stanza e fuori alle 11 anche se non sono pieni.
Altrimenti la camera e la posizione sono buone, consiglierei."

"I stayed in this hotel for the 2nd time for business and leisure. 5 days and 4 nights stay experiences the same breakfast. As we were a group of 4 in a family room, ask for an hour extend till 12:00 pm for check out, the unfriendly receptionist replied we would be charged NT400 per hour. I was really annoyed on this matter."

少少林華Ho soggiornato in questo hotel in aprile, che è una splendida esperienza. Così ho portato la mia famiglia (totale 4) a rimanere di nuovo in questo hotel. Purtroppo, l'esperienza di questa volta non è piacevole.
In primo luogo, come membro dell'IGG, ho il diritto di bere benevento; l'ultima volta, possiamo bere nel lobby, ma questa volta, la cameriera ci ha rifiutato di bere al lobby e ci ha chiesto di prendere le bevande. L'hotel offre una bevanda benvenuta, ma non sono venuto a bere in sala.
In secondo luogo, il servizio di pulizia non è piacevole, due tazze nella mia stanza non sono state pulite.
In terzo luogo, la soppa di carne è molto insoddisfacente, non capisco perché ho chiesto di avere più soppa e di avere un viso nero dal cuoco.
Ho trascorso oltre US$600 per due notti, ma non sembra essere benvenuto dal salone o dal ristorante. Non consiglierei agli altri di rimanere in questo lussuoso, ma non benvenuto a questo hotel

UUtente ospiteNice modern hotel / hostel in the city with nice big kitchen and relaxing area (unfortunately on the 3rd floor, without a room key or the help from reception not able to get there). Room was spacious. Toothbrush, laundry etc. need to pay for it. Got a voucher of 50 ********* dollar to spend at the hotel. Very strict with check out time (11am). Got a call at 11:02 that I need to check out. Free water in the room available. Overall happy with the hotel, room and service.

UUtente ospiteGreat location and interesting old house. It was as shown in the pictures. The host is very friendly and recommended a few places to go and explained the house. He could have given more detailed instructions on the car park, which is closeby but you need to park in the area 62 to be closeby to the house. It’s a long car park so it’s seems far from where you go in but it’ll work out! The car park right next to the house is very expensive.
The house faces towards the car park and the street to the motorcycles are a bit noisy.
Water and cups are provided by the hotel.
Trip.com didn’t tell the owner my email or phone number so he couldn’t contact me and there was no one for checkin. We called him and he came quickly, just would be nicer for everyone if he had those details. Otherwise I recommend proactively contacting him.

YYeungÈ la mia terza o quarta permanenza in questo hotel. La stanza è molto spaziosa e confortevole. Questo è l'edificio più alto della città e dovrebbe essere l'hotel più lussuoso lì. È vicino alla stazione ferroviaria Tainan e è super conveniente. Il servizio personale è fantastico. Non ci sono molte modifiche da quando sono rimasto qui l'ultima volta nel 2014. Tuttavia, vale la pena rimanere a Tainan.

the room is slightly smaller than it looks from the picture provided but its of comfortable size
the hotel provides soap n shampoo thru dispenser though they no long provide one time use bottles.. toothbrush is provided too.. the hotel has bicycle for rent...there is a park juz outside the hotel, abt 5mins out..
i see many reviews abt the hotel breakfast half good half bad.. dun expect wide spread.. porridge, salad bar, cooked food and toast are available... drinks like hot cold tea, coffee, milk are oso provided.. the menu changed slight on the the days we were there but still relatively good.. macdonalds is outside along the road abt 15mins walk.. can take a good walk at the park and head out for breakfast too
location of the hotel is slightly inside a residential area not in sight from outside the road.. quiet and serene
oh they have ample parking lots underground the hotel or juz outside the hotel @ a low hourly rate

SSummertoesWe did not drive and took public bus up Guanziling. Alighted at the last stop then were prepared to walk uphill towards the hotel. However the walk was more challenging than expected. To reach the hotel faster, we climbed up Haohanpo which has close to 300 steps with our heavy luggage, and it was raining then. You can imagine our ordeal. After Haohanpo, it will take another 15 mins uphill to arrive at the hotel. Fortunately the spa at the hotel was wonderful and soothed all the aches we got. The lesson learnt is to avoid public transportation or opt for a nearer spa hotel to the bus stop.

MMichelle ElziraWe cannot stop our praises for this hotel! We intended to just stay the night and explore a little of Tainan before heading to Kaoshiung. The friendly staff engaged us in conversation and shared so passionately about Tainan that we decided to stay an extra day/night in Tainan. They even planned our itinerary for us. We are thankful for the value-added service of helping us warm up our food (we bought food as our stomachs had limited capacity) in the mornings/nights. We got the double room with no window but hardly felt suffocated as the room was spacious, spotless and sooo comfortable. The carpark was a short 3min walk away. We enjoyed the facilities, but what caught our hearts was the heartwarming service from the staff. We do not have the habit of asking to take a photo with hotel staff, but for this hotel, we asked to as we wanted to remember the wonderful experience we had here.
